step1, performing priming construction by taking the water-based paint A as a raw material;
cleaning dust and dirt on the surface of the wall surface base layer;
the construction requires the temperature to be between 5 and 30 ℃ and the humidity to be less than 70 percent;

during construction, the principle of firstly up and then down and firstly point behind is followed, the brushing direction and the stroke length are uniform, and rollers are usually criss-cross in a well shape and mutually overlapped during roller coating, so that the thickness of a paint film is uniform;
the coating is required to be uniform in thickness and free from sagging and leaking. During construction, the working surface is cleaned, and dirt such as dust is prevented from falling on the coating which is not dried, wherein the square dosage is 4-5m2Per Kg, drying for 1 to 2 days;
step3, performing surface coating construction by taking ceramic underglaze painting paint and glaze paint as raw materials;
uniformly mixing the ceramic underglaze painting paint and the glaze paint, placing the mixture into a curing machine, adjusting the rotation speed of a shaft to 350-400 rpm, performing curing treatment, and placing the cured material in a constant-temperature warehouse for 24 hours to achieve the best use effect;
construction requires that the environmental temperature is between 10 and 30 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 70 percent, the water content is less than or equal to 8 percent, and the pH value is less than 9.3;
the construction tool adopts a short wool roller and a wool brush for corners according to the requirements of working conditions, the construction is carried out by adopting a 'well' word method according to the principle that the wool roller is arranged from top to bottom and the wool brush is arranged behind the point, and the brushing direction and the stroke length are uniform and consistent;
painting the first-pass surface coating according to the colors specified by the drawing, paying attention to uniform painting and proper thickness, leveling and cleaning during spraying, adopting a short-hair roller during brushing, needing no obvious brush lines, needing no too prominent lines during roller coating, and paying attention to no sagging and brush leakage;
at the corners such as internal corners and window sleeves which are inconvenient to roll and coat, a goat hair brush is used for dipping a small amount of top coat and coating;
after the first time of coating is finished, rolling and coating are carried out for the second time immediately after the first time of coating is dried, so that the uniform coating, proper thickness, no brush leakage, sagging, color biting and other phenomena are ensured;
during construction, the working surface is cleaned, dirt such as dust is prevented from falling on a coating which is not dried, remedial measures are taken to recoat once the coating is polluted, and the polluted part can be cleaned by ethanol;
when in painting, the joint is necessarily arranged at the color separation line, the internal and external corners and the segmentation seam;
in order to prevent cracks from generating due to excessively thick coating, the top coating consumption is controlled to be 10-13m2Per Kg, drying time is 37 days;
and (3) performance testing:
the normal-temperature wall paint based on ceramic underglaze painting is coated on a metal plate base material according to the coating process, and the metal plate base material has the delivery test performance shown in the following tables 1-3.

Claims (8)

1. A normal temperature wall paint based on ceramic under-glaze painting is characterized by comprising a water-based paint A coated on a bottom layer of a wall surface, a water-based paint B coated on a middle layer of the wall surface, a ceramic under-glaze painting paint coated on a pigment layer of the wall surface and a glaze paint coated on a surface layer of the wall surface;
the ceramic underglaze painting coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-51 parts of silicon dioxide, 8-14 parts of magnesium silicate, 7-12 parts of sodium silicate, 7-13 parts of nano antimony trioxide, 4-9 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 4-7 parts of silicon powder, germanium powder, 9-15 parts of oleic acid polyoxyethylene ester, 10-18 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of microcrystalline wax and 20-25 parts of water.

The normal-temperature wall paint for ceramic under-glaze painting according to claim 1, wherein the water-based paint A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35.8 parts of waterborne epoxy polyester resin, 5.5 parts of thixotropic agent, 16.4 parts of amino resin, 7.8 parts of cellosolve, 7.0 parts of mixed pigment, 4.3 parts of filler, 2.4 parts of curing accelerator and 20.8 parts of distilled water.

The normal-temperature wall paint for ceramic under-glaze painting according to claim 2, wherein the water-based paint B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of 60% water-soluble itaconic acid epoxy ester resin, 3.5-5.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 3.0-4.5 parts of initiator, 3.5-5.5 parts of accelerator, 0-0.22 part of retarder and 1-1500 parts of hydrosolvent.

The normal-temperature wall paint for ceramic under-glaze drawing according to claim 3, wherein the glaze paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.8 part of dispersant, 0.4-4.0 parts of water-based bentonite, 0.2-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 15-25 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 5-15 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 40-70 parts of water-soluble itaconic acid epoxy ester resin, 0.2-0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of flatting agent, 3-6 parts of dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 0.2-0.8 part of thickener and 100 parts of coupling agent.
5. A normal-temperature wall paint coating process based on ceramic under-glaze painting is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step1, performing priming construction by taking the water-based paint A as a raw material;
step2, carrying out intermediate coating construction by taking the water-based paint B as a raw material;
step3, performing surface coating construction by taking ceramic underglaze painting paint and glaze paint as raw materials;
uniformly mixing the ceramic underglaze painting paint and the glaze paint, placing the mixture into a curing machine, adjusting the rotation speed of a shaft to 350-400 rpm, performing curing treatment, and placing the cured material in a constant-temperature warehouse for 24 hours for use;
construction requires that the environmental temperature is between 10 and 30 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 70 percent, the water content is less than or equal to 8 percent, and the pH value is less than 9.3;
