Abstract
本发明涉及一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐,通过在真空或保护气氛下,将酰胺和肌醇六磷酸按照摩尔比大于12:1的比例溶解在有机溶剂乙醇中,加热至55‑70℃,反应2‑4小时后制得。该肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,同时,还特别适用于过敏性肤质使用,不会对皮肤引起不良的刺激反应,可广泛用于各种化妆品中。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化妆品及其原料领域,具体涉及具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,并适用于敏感肤质表面的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用及相应的化妆品。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最重要的屏障性保护器官。皮肤一直是暴露在外部环境中,经受着外部环境的侵蚀和冲击。长此以往,同时随着人年龄的增长,皮肤会出现变得干燥、产生褶皱、黄斑、黑色素、炎症、粉刺、发生过敏反应等损伤。
特别是工业化和城镇化发展迅猛的当今社会,外部环境中的毒性物质、微生物、有害射线等的含量大幅增加,严重损伤着皮肤,使得皮肤的屏障性保护功能下降,并会使得皮肤在各种内、外部刺激下引发炎症反应和过敏性反应。甚至对于少部分人而言,其皮肤会变得特别敏感,特别容易对外界的物质产生过敏性反应。
皮肤中的炎症反应是多种免疫细胞和炎症诱导细胞因子为了协助皮肤细胞抵御外部物理刺激、化学物质或细菌等而引发的防御反应。白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-1β等属于代表性的炎症诱导细胞因子。白细胞介素-1β为由激活的单核吞噬细胞、上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞形成而介导炎症反应的典型的细胞因子,白细胞介素-6为借助T细胞及巨噬细胞而被分泌,刺激免疫反应,并调节炎症反应的细胞因子。
为了修复皮肤的炎症,提供具有抗炎、抗过敏效用的日用化妆品,最初的研究集中在天然提取物的研究上,例如茶花提取物、石榴提取物、洋葱提取物、石斛提取物、人参提取物等,但是,这些天然提取物虽然毒副作用小,但是其抗炎、抗过敏的效用也不理想。随后,人们的注意力开始转向人工合成的抗炎、抗过敏因子,但是,这些人工合成的抗炎、抗过敏因子的制备方法通常比较复杂,成本高,往往还存在较大的毒副作用和皮肤刺激性,因而不被社会大众所接收。最后,将从植物中提取的天然物质进行改性,以获得性能优异的抗炎、抗过敏物质成为了研究的重点。但是,尚未见到具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,并适用于敏感肤质表面的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用的相关报道。
发明内容
针对现有的天然提取物的抗炎、抗过敏效用不足,而人工合成因子成本高、毒副作用大的缺陷,本发明期望提供一种具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,并适用于敏感肤质表面的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐,以及包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的化妆品。即,本发明包括两方面的内容,一方面是提供一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用;另一方面是提供一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的化妆品。
其中,R选自氢、C1-C16的烷基或苯基,R1、R2独立地选自氢、甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、异丁基中的一种。
其中,满足式(1)的酰胺可以选自乙酰胺、丙酰胺、异丁酰胺、苯甲酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基苯甲酰胺、N-异丁基苯甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基苯甲酰胺,但不限于所列举的这几种酰胺,只要能够满足式(I)所示的结构式即可。
一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的制备方法,在真空或保护气氛下,将式(I)所示的酰胺和肌醇六磷酸按照摩尔比大于12:1的比例溶解在有机溶剂乙醇中,加热至55-70℃,反应2-4小时后,即可得到肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的乙醇溶液,去除溶剂后即可得到肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐。
其中,肌醇六磷酸中的磷酸基团和酰胺反应形成酰胺盐需要在55-70℃的温度条件下才能有效进行,温度过低,则酰胺与肌醇六磷酸的结合摩尔比例远低于12:1,得到的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐中仍然存在大量的磷酸根基团,不利于其在化妆品中的应用。若温度过高,反应产物存在不稳定,易分解的趋向,因此需要将温度控制在55-70℃的范围内。同时,还需要将原料中的酰胺和肌醇六磷酸按照摩尔比大于12:1的比例提供,以确保足量的酰胺与所有的磷酸基团结合形成酰胺盐。
本发明所提供的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用,所述化妆品包括但不限于面膜、面霜、精华素、爽肤水、乳霜、贴膏、营养霜、化妆水、润肤乳。
具体地,本发明所提供的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐特别适用于在面膜、化妆水和营养霜中的应用。具体到特定的化妆品而言,包括单不限于以下三种化妆品。
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的面膜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、卡波姆 0.2-1%、三乙醇胺 0.3-0.5%、抗坏血酸多肽 2-3%、棕榈酰五肽-4 3-5%、甘油 8-12%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 8-12%、丙二醇 3-5%、水解明胶 2-4%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1-2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 0.5-2%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯 2-4%、去离子水余量。
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的化妆水,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、甘油 3-6%、丙二醇 1-5%、乙醇 2-8%、三乙醇胺 0.1-0.5%、氢化聚异丁烯 0.1-0.5%、甜菜碱 0.2-1%、去离子水余量。
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的营养霜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1-2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 0.5-2%、蜂蜡 2-4%、鲸蜡醇 1-3%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯 2-4%、甘油 8-12%、液体石蜡 3-6%、三乙醇胺 0.1-0.5%、坚果油 3-6%、去离子水余量。
本发明的有益效果是:通过将酰胺和肌醇六磷酸结合反应,形成肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐,具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,同时,还特别适用于过敏性肤质使用,不会对皮肤引起不良的刺激反应,可广泛用于各种化妆品中。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的保护内容不限于以下实施例。在不背离本发明构思的范围下,本领域技术人员能够想到的变化都被包括在本发明中。
本发明的实施例中,所使用的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐通过以下制备方法获得:
所使用的酰胺为异丁酰胺和N,N-二甲基苯甲酰胺,在真空或保护气氛下,分别将上述两种酰胺与肌醇六磷酸按照摩尔比为13:1的比例溶解在有机溶剂乙醇中,加热至60℃,反应3小时后,即可得到相应的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的乙醇溶液,去除溶剂后即可得到相应的异丁酰胺肌醇六磷酸盐、N,N-二甲基苯甲酰胺肌醇六磷酸盐。
将所制备得到的异丁酰胺肌醇六磷酸盐、N,N-二甲基苯甲酰胺肌醇六磷酸盐分别用于制备面膜、化妆水和营养霜,得到三个实施例,具体的面膜、化妆水和营养霜的组成满足以下要求:
实施例1
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的面膜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 2%、卡波姆 0.3%、三乙醇胺 0.5%、抗坏血酸多肽 2%、棕榈酰五肽-4 3%、甘油 10%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 8%、丙二醇 5%、水解明胶 2%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 1%、癸酸甘油三酯 2%、去离子水余量。
实施例2
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的化妆水,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 3%、甘油 4%、丙二醇 2%、乙醇 8%、三乙醇胺 0.1%、氢化聚异丁烯 0.5%、甜菜碱 0.4%、去离子水余量。
实施例3
一种包含肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的营养霜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 2%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯2%、蜂蜡 4%、鲸蜡醇 3%、辛酸甘油三酯 3%、甘油 8%、液体石蜡 3%、三乙醇胺 0.4%、坚果油6%、去离子水余量。
相对应地,设置三组对照例,分别为:
对照例1
一种面膜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
卡波姆 0.3%、三乙醇胺 0.5%、抗坏血酸多肽 2%、棕榈酰五肽-4 3%、甘油 10%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 8%、丙二醇 5%、水解明胶 2%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 1%、癸酸甘油三酯 2%、去离子水余量。
对照例2
一种化妆水,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
甘油 4%、丙二醇 2%、乙醇 8%、三乙醇胺 0.1%、氢化聚异丁烯 0.5%、甜菜碱 0.4%、去离子水余量。
对照例3
一种营养霜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 2%、蜂蜡 4%、鲸蜡醇 3%、辛酸甘油三酯 3%、甘油 8%、液体石蜡 3%、三乙醇胺 0.4%、坚果油 6%、去离子水余量。
为了更好地体现本发明的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,以及对于敏感肤质的良好适应性,分别对实施例1-3和对照例1-3的化妆品进行了相应的抗炎症功效评价、敏感性皮肤适应性效果评价和皮肤刺激性评价,具体的评价结果如表1所示。
其中,抗炎症功效评价的标准为:
10分:痊愈,症状完全消失。
5分:症状有明显改善。
0分:症状无改善。
敏感性皮肤适应性效果评价的标准为:
10分:过敏性皮肤适应良好。
5分:过敏性皮肤轻度不适。
0分:过敏性皮肤明显不适。
皮肤刺激性评价的标准为:
10分:无皮肤刺激敏感性。
5分:轻微皮肤刺激敏感性。
0分:明显皮肤刺激敏感性。

从表1的结果可以看出,本发明的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐应用在各种化妆品中均可以使得化妆品具有优异的抗炎、抗过敏作用,以及对于敏感肤质的良好适应性。
Claims (8)
2.如权利要求1所述的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐,其特征在于,满足式(1)的酰胺可以选自乙酰胺、丙酰胺、异丁酰胺、苯甲酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基苯甲酰胺、N-异丁基苯甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基苯甲酰胺。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的制备方法,其特征在于,在真空或保护气氛下,将式(I)所示的酰胺和肌醇六磷酸按照摩尔比大于12:1的比例溶解在有机溶剂乙醇中,加热至55-70℃,反应2-4小时后,即可得到肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的乙醇溶液,去除溶剂后即可得到肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用,其特征在于,所述化妆品包括但不限于面膜、面霜、精华素、爽肤水、乳霜、贴膏、营养霜、化妆水、润肤乳。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐在化妆品中的应用,其特征在于,所述化妆品为面膜、化妆水和营养霜中的一种。
6.一种包含权利要求1或2所述的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的面膜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、卡波姆 0.2-1%、三乙醇胺 0.3-0.5%、抗坏血酸多肽 2-3%、棕榈酰五肽-4 3-5%、甘油 8-12%、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物 8-12%、丙二醇 3-5%、水解明胶 2-4%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1-2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 0.5-2%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯 2-4%、去离子水余量。
7.一种包含权利要求1或2所述的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的化妆水,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、甘油 3-6%、丙二醇 1-5%、乙醇 2-8%、三乙醇胺 0.1-0.5%、氢化聚异丁烯 0.1-0.5%、甜菜碱 0.2-1%、去离子水余量。
8.一种包含权利要求1或2所述的肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐的营养霜,包括以下重量百分比的各个组分:
肌醇六磷酸的酰胺盐 1-3%、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯 1-2%、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯 0.5-2%、蜂蜡 2-4%、鲸蜡醇 1-3%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯 2-4%、甘油 8-12%、液体石蜡 3-6%、三乙醇胺 0.1-0.5%、坚果油 3-6%、去离子水余量。
