优选的,所述活性多肽液中精氨酸/赖氨酸多肽的含量为10~30g/L。
优选的,所述乳化增稠剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-25、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物。

第二方面,本发明提供的一种如第一方面所述的祛皱保湿护肤液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、螯合剂、透明质酸钠、部分乳化增稠剂、保湿剂加入乳化锅中均质处理1~5min,再搅拌搅拌至80~90℃均质1~5min,保温5~15min得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A降温至45℃以下,加入部分乳化增稠剂搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将剩余的乳化增稠剂、聚谷氨酸、活性多肽、龙胆根提取物、防腐剂依次加入混合物B中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C;
(4)将剩余配方量的水、甜叶菊苷加入混合物C中,搅拌均匀即得。

(1)将配方量40%的水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、羟乙基脲加入乳化锅中均质处理5min,再搅拌搅拌至80℃均质5min,保温15min得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A降温至45℃以下,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-25搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、聚谷氨酸、活性多肽液、龙胆根提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油依次加入混合物B中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C;
(4)将剩余配方量的水、甜叶菊苷加入混合物C中,搅拌均匀即得。
实施例2

(2)将混合物A降温至45℃以下,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-25搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、聚谷氨酸、活性多肽液、龙胆根提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油依次加入混合物B中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C;
(4)将剩余配方量的水、甜叶菊苷加入混合物C中,搅拌均匀即得。
实施例3

(1)将配方量50%的水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、透明质酸钠、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、羟乙基脲加入乳化锅中均质处理1min,再搅拌搅拌至90℃均质1min,保温5min得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A降温至45℃以下,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-25搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、聚谷氨酸、活性多肽液、龙胆根提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油依次加入混合物B中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C;
(4)将剩余配方量的水、甜叶菊苷加入混合物C中,搅拌均匀即得。

过敏性测试
选取健康的小白鼠,体重为220~250g,雌雄各半,随机分为10组,分别为试验组1~9及空白对照组,试验前剔除背部毛发,面积为3cm×3cm,试验组1~9分别使用实施例1~7及对比例1~2的产品涂于小鼠背部的去毛区域,空白对照组不适用任何药品,每日一次,连续试验14天。
试验结果表明,试验组和空白对照组的动物皮肤均未出现任何过敏症状,致敏率为0%,本发明提供的祛皱保湿护肤液的配方温和、无刺激。
祛皱功效试验
随机选择180名志愿者,年龄为30~45岁,随机分为九组,每组20人,志愿者每天早晚清洁面部后将对应实施例和对比例所得的产品涂抹于面部,连续使用30天后,统计祛皱显效、有效和无效的人数,测试结果如表2所示,统计标准如下:①显效:面部皮肤光滑、富有弹性,面部皱纹明显淡化,细纹消失;②有效:面部皮肤较为光滑,皮肤弹性有所改善,面部小细纹减少,但皱纹仍然存在;③无效:面部细纹和皱纹无明显变化。

9.一种如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的祛皱保湿护肤液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、螯合剂、透明质酸钠、部分乳化增稠剂、保湿剂加入乳化锅中均质处理1~5min,再搅拌搅拌至80~90℃均质1~5min,保温5~15min得到混合物A;
(2)将混合物A降温至45℃以下,加入部分乳化增稠剂搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将剩余的乳化增稠剂、聚谷氨酸、活性多肽、龙胆根提取物、防腐剂依次加入混合物B中,搅拌均匀,得到混合物C;
(4)将剩余配方量的水、甜叶菊苷加入混合物C中,搅拌均匀即得。
