The other example was conducted in the same manner as example 8 except that no treatment with Hibiscus mutabilis powder, Sanguisorbae officinalis and fresh rice was conducted.
Comparative example 4
The other example is the same as example 8, except that the water source was directly loaded through the bamboo charcoal soil ceramic jar without being guided to the horizon through the small bamboo chips, and the ultrasonic vibration treatment was performed for 20 min.

From the data in table 3: the anion small cluster water of the embodiments 8 to 10 of the present invention can obtain high content of anions. Sonic waves, plant extracts, and treatments of hibiscus jade powder, sanguisorba officinalis and new rice all have varying degrees of influence on the production of negative ions.
4. The sizes of the negative oxygen ion small particle diameter cluster water obtained in inventive examples 8 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 4:

As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the small cluster water obtained in examples 8, 9 and 10 has a small particle size, and can maintain the particle size equivalent to that of natural mineral water, resulting in a softer mouthfeel.
The sound wave treatment, the plant extract treatment and the vibration treatment of the small bamboo chips introduced to the horizon have obvious influence on the particle size of the small molecular group water.
And experiments show that: the shelf life of the small cluster water of comparative examples 2 and 3 was significantly less than examples 8-10. This is because the treatment of the plant extract and the powder of hibiscus mutabilis, sanguisorba officinalis and new rice has a significant effect on the antibacterial action and the maintenance of the size of the particle size of the small molecular particle size cluster water.

Claims (7)

1. The preparation method of the negative oxygen ion small-particle-size cluster water is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, vibrating natural mineral water by a fall of more than 10 meters, and standing in a bamboo charcoal soil ceramic jar for 2-5 days;
s2 filtering: sequentially filtering natural mineral water through activated carbon, mineral magnesium material and tourmaline filter material;
s3 acoustic wave treatment: placing the filtered natural mineral water in a completely sound-proof ceramic container, and treating for 25-35 days by using sound waves with the frequency of 200-800 Hz and the corresponding sound intensity of 60-70 dB;
s4 plant extract treatment: adding plant extract which accounts for 2 to 15 percent of the weight of the natural mineral water after ultrasonic treatment into the natural mineral water, and sealing and standing the mixture for 1 year; the plant extract comprises one or more of herba asari extract, rhizoma anemarrhenae extract, Scutellariae radix extract, and cortex et radix Polygalae extract.
2. The method for preparing small-sized anion oxide cluster water of claim 1, which comprises a step S5 of treating natural mineral water in an atomizer or an anion shaker.
3. The method for preparing the small-particle cluster water containing negative oxygen ions according to claim 1, wherein: the natural mineral water is obtained from mountain stream with the altitude of more than 10 meters and the environmental temperature of 16-24 ℃.
4. The method for preparing small-size cluster water of negative oxygen ions according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 comprises the steps of: introducing natural mineral water from water source with altitude of more than 10 m into bamboo charcoal ceramic jar in sea level line through bamboo chips.
5. The method for preparing small-size cluster water of negative oxygen ions according to claim 4, wherein: the length of the bamboo chips is 400-500 meters, and the bamboo chips are formed by connecting 25-30 sections of small bamboo chips.

The method for preparing small-sized anion oxide cluster water as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural mineral water treated with ultrasonic wave is further treated by the following steps before being added to the plant extract in step S4: adding Hibiscus Mutabilis Jade powder, Ulmus pumila and new rice into natural mineral water treated by ultrasonic treatment, and mixing to obtain water-like product.
7. The method for preparing small-size cluster water of negative oxygen ions according to claim 6, wherein: the ratio of the natural mineral water to the hibiscus jade powder to the garden burnet herb to the new rice is 5-8: 1 by weight.
