Description

一种用于覆盖车辆中的安全装置的盖板
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域，特别涉及一种用于覆盖安全装置的盖板。
背景技术
随着汽车制造业的发展，安全装置，例如安全气囊作为保证乘客安全的重要设施已成为车辆上的必备装置。其在车辆发生碰撞时能够迅速膨胀弹出，利用缓冲力保护乘客安全。
安全气囊通常设置在方向盘或仪表板的内部，安全气囊被盖板覆盖，为了使汽车内饰美观，盖板表面覆盖有内饰板。盖板具有固定部和翻板部，内饰板内侧设置有弱化线。当车辆发生碰撞时，安全气囊膨胀将翻板部顶开，并撕裂内饰板上的弱化线，从而弹出为驾驶员及乘客提供安全保护。
在现有技术中，文献CN206124972U描述了一种气囊盖板。在该文献中，描述了气囊盖板包括固定部以及与固定部连接的在气囊膨胀时能够被气囊顶开的打开部，打开部和固定部之间连接有在气囊顶开打开部时能够使得打开部与固定部保持连接的柔性连接件。其中，柔性连接件设置在打开部的一个端部。换言之，内饰的内饰板直接覆盖在柔性连接件上，因此，该处由于内饰板的内表面与打开部之间没有结合的部分到弱化线的距离过长而具有导致碎裂，甚至柔性连接件断裂的风险。
本发明旨在解决这个缺陷。
发明内容
为此目的，本发明提供了一种用于覆盖车辆中的安全装置的盖板，安全装置例如为安全气囊，盖板设置在车辆方向盘或仪表盘中，并被内饰内饰板覆盖，内饰板括对乘客可见的外表面和与外表面相对的内表面，内饰板的内表面上设置有弱化线，盖板通过胶接、焊接或其他紧固方式连接到内饰板的内表面。盖板包括：
固定部，其固定在内饰板的内表面一侧，不可被弹出；
翻板部，其位于内饰板的内表面一侧，并且能够被弹出；
固定延伸部，其设置在固定部靠近翻板部的一端，并远离内饰板延伸，进一步，固定延伸部上设置有凹部；
翻板延伸部，其设置在翻板部靠近固定部的一端并且与翻板部可枢转地连接，并远离内饰板延伸，进一步，翻板延伸部上设置有突出部；
其中，翻板延伸部上的突出部容纳在固定延伸部的凹部中，并且翻板延伸部上的突出部具有可形变性。
当车辆受到撞击时，安全气囊膨胀，内饰板的内表面上的弱化线被撕裂，翻板延伸部上的突出部被向上拉直，致使翻板部被顶出并朝着固定部的方向翻转，从而使得安全气囊弹出。
进一步，翻板延伸部上的突出部与固定延伸部的凹部形状互补。
优选地，固定延伸部上的凹部设置在固定延伸部上靠近固定部的一端，翻板延伸部上的突出部设置在翻板延伸部上靠近延伸部的一端。
可选地，翻板延伸部上的突出部具有延展性。当翻板部发生翻转时，突出部不仅被拉直，甚至能更被拉伸。。
可选地，固定延伸部远离所述固定部的一端与翻板延伸部远离翻板部的一端相连或不相连。
可选地，固定延伸部上设置有第一窗口，翻板延伸部上设置有第二窗口，第一窗口与第二窗口至少部分重合。安全气囊通过穿过第一窗口和第二窗口的固定件固定到固定部下方。
可选地，所述盖板也可以不设置窗口。
优选地，翻板延伸部中设置有插入物，能够增加翻板延伸部的强度，同时其也具有可形变性，甚至可延展性，尤其是插入突出部的部分能够在车辆受到撞击时随突出部一起拉直变形，甚至一起拉伸。
优选地，盖板进一步包括防护件，其从翻板延伸部远离固定延伸部的一侧开始沿着翻板延伸部延伸至翻板部的内侧，并且防护件不具有突出部。该防护件用于保护翻板延伸部，尤其是其上的突出部，免于安全气囊在膨胀过程中卡入突出部中，从而影响突出部的延伸。
优选地，翻板延伸部上的突出部上分布有凹槽，有利于突出部的拉伸形变。
本发明提出的这种用于覆盖车辆中的安全装置的盖板，由于其中的突出部，即柔性可形变部分位于固定部和翻板部的下方，避免了内饰板的内表面与翻板部之间没有结合的部分到弱化线的距离过长而导致碎裂，甚至翻板部和翻板延伸部的交界处断裂的风险。同时，使得固定部和翻板部更靠近内饰板的内表面。

图1示例性地示出了根据本发明的一个实施例提出的一种用于覆盖车辆中的安全装置的盖板，安全装置例如为安全气囊，盖板被内饰板6覆盖，内饰板6包括对乘客可见的外表面和与外表面相对的内表面，盖板通过胶接、焊接或其他紧固方式连接到内饰板6的内表面。
从图中可见，盖板包括固定部1、翻板部2、固定延伸部11和翻板延伸部21。其中，固定部1和翻板部2位于同一平面并在车辆的内饰板5的内表面一侧延伸。固定延伸部11设置在固定部1靠近翻板部2的一端，并且远离内饰板5延伸。相应的，翻板延伸部21设置在翻板部2靠近固定部1的一端并与翻板部2可枢转地连接，并且远离内饰板5延伸。由于固定部1的端部与翻板部2的端部紧靠在一起，导致固定延伸部11和翻板延伸部21也紧靠在一起。其中，固定延伸部11上设置有凹部12，翻板延伸部上设置有突出部22，突出部22容纳在凹部12中。优选地，突出部22与凹部12的形状互补。优选地，凹部12设置在固定延伸部11上靠近固定部1的一端处，突出部22设置在翻板延伸部21上靠近翻板部2的一端处。
其中，翻板延伸部21上的突出部22具有形变性，可选地，还具有可延展性，能够脱离固定延伸部11上的凹部12并被拉直，甚至被拉伸。
图1所示的盖板是当安全气囊3处于折叠状态并在储存位置时的状态。而图2和图3进一步示出了当车辆受到撞击时，安全气囊3膨胀时盖板的状态。
在内饰内饰板5的内表面上设置有弱化线4，该弱化线4的位置对应于盖板的固定部1和翻板部2的衔接处。如图2所示，当车辆受到外部撞击时，储存在翻板部2下方的安全气囊开始展开并同时对翻板部2施加向上顶出的力，此时翻板延伸部21上的突出部22开始脱离固定延伸部11上的凹部12并开始被拉直，而固定部1保持原位置不动，原本处于同一平面的固定部1与翻板部2开始发生错位，致使内饰板的内表面上的弱化线断裂。当翻板部2所在平面高于固定部1所在平面后，翻板部2围绕翻板部2与翻板延伸部21之间的连接端发生枢转，从而完成翻板部的打开，使安全气囊弹出。
如图3所示，当翻板延伸部21上的突出部22被几乎拉直，甚至可能被拉伸时，翻板部2弹出较大距离。其中，通过调节翻板延伸部21上的突出部22的长度和/或延展性可以控制翻板部2的最大弹出距离。
如图4所示，可选地，固定延伸部11远离固定部1的一端与翻板延伸部21远离翻板部2的一端连接。相反地，如图1所示，固定延伸部11远离固定部1的一端与翻板延伸部21远离翻板部2的一端可以不连接，从而分别独立设置。
图5示出了本发明的一种变体，在该变体中，优选地，翻板延伸部21中设置有插入物6，优选地，该插入物6沿着翻板延伸部6内部延伸至翻板部2。插入物6的设置能够增加翻板延伸部的强度，同时其也具有可形变性，尤其是插入突出部22的部分能够在车辆受到撞击时随突出部一起拉伸变形。
图6示出了本发明的另一种变体，在该变体中，盖板进一步包括防护件7，其从翻板延伸部21远离固定延伸部2的一侧开始沿着翻板延伸部21延伸至翻板部2的内侧，换言之，防护件7在由翻板部2和翻板延伸部21围成的墙体中，沿着翻板延伸部21的内壁延伸至翻板部2的内壁，并且防护件7不具有突出部。优选地，翻板延伸部21远离翻板部2的一端与防护件7的一端连接。该防护件用于保护翻板延伸部21，尤其是其上的突出部22，免于安全气囊在膨胀过程中卡入突出部22中，从而影响突出部22的延伸。
在本发明的另一种变体中(未示出)，在固定延伸部11上进一步设置有第一窗口，在翻板延伸部21上进一步设置有第二窗口。其中，第一窗口和第二窗口至少部分重合，以便固定安全气囊的固定件，例如固定钩，能够同时穿过第一窗口和第二窗口，从而将安全气囊固定在固定部2和固定延伸部21围城的内腔中，防止当安全气囊展开时飞出。
可选地，盖板上也可以不设置窗口。

Claims (10)

1.用于覆盖车辆中的安全装置的盖板，所述盖板被车辆的内饰板(6)覆盖，所述盖板包括固定部(1)和翻板部(2)，其特征在于，所述盖板进一步包括：
固定延伸部(11)，其设置在所述固定部(1)靠近所述翻板部(2)的一端，并远离所述内饰板(6)延伸，所述固定延伸部(11)上设置有凹部(12)；
翻板延伸部(21)，其设置在所述翻板部(2)靠近所述固定部(1)的一端，并远离所述内饰板(6)延伸，所述翻板延伸部(21)上设置有突出部(22)；
其中，所述翻板部(2)与所述翻板延伸部(21)可枢转地连接，所述翻板延伸部(21)上的所述突出部(22)容纳在所述固定延伸部(11)的所述凹部(12)中，并且所述翻板延伸部(21)上的所述突出部(22)具有可形变性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述翻板延伸部(21)上的所述突出部(22)与所述固定延伸部(11)的所述凹部(12)形状互补。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述固定延伸部(11)上的所述凹部(12)设置在所述固定延伸部(11)上靠近所述固定部(1)的一端，所述翻板延伸部(21)上的所述突出部(22)设置在所述翻板延伸部(21)上靠近所述翻板部(2)的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述翻板延伸部(21)上的所述突出部(22)具有可延展性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述固定延伸部(11)远离所述固定部(1)的一端与所述翻板延伸部(21)远离所述翻板部(2)的一端相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述固定延伸部(11)远离所述固定部(1)的一端与所述翻板延伸部(21)远离所述翻板部(2)的一端不相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述固定延伸部(11)上设置有第一窗口，所述翻板延伸部(21)上设置有第二窗口，所述第一窗口与所述第二窗口至少部分重合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述翻板延伸部(21)中设置有插入物(6)，所述插入物(6)具有可形变性。
9.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊的盖板，其特征在于，所述盖板进一步包括防护件(7)，其从所述翻板延伸部(21)远离所述固定延伸部(11)的一侧开始沿着所述翻板延伸部(21)延伸至所述翻板部(2)的内侧，并且所述防护件(7)不具有突出部。
