Background
At present, three methods are mainly used for PCB board separation detection, and one method is completely manual operation; the other is a semi-manual operation aiming at the improvement of the first; the last is splitting by milling. The first method is used more, and the traditional detection production line is completed by 7 persons. The PCB is electrically detected manually and then separated, and the quality of the PCB is recorded manually and placed separately. The production line needs more human resources, the yield is 600/hour, and the test efficiency is low. Moreover, the worker can be gradually tired in continuous work, and the detection accuracy is influenced.
The second method is that a worker puts the board into a detection device, the detection machine finishes the electrical detection of the PCB, the worker takes out the PCB after the detection is finished and records the good and bad boards, and finally the worker manually divides the boards and places the good and bad boards separately. Although the method improves the efficiency, the improvement is still insufficient, and the production requirement cannot be met.
The third method is that the electrical property detection of the PCB is finished by a detection machine, and then the PCB is divided by a milling cutter after the detection is finished. Although the method has high detection efficiency, when the PCB is divided by the milling cutter, the PCB can be damaged by the vibration caused by the milling cutter. And the milling cutter needs to be frequently replaced, so that the cost is high, and the enterprise benefit is influenced.
Most importantly, the three methods all have a fatal defect that the flow of detecting first and then dividing the plate cannot detect the damage of the plate dividing to the plate material, so that the detection accuracy is slightly poor. Some PCB boards damaged during board splitting may be caused to flow into the market, affecting company reputation.
The invention discloses an automatic PCB detection production line and a using method thereof, aiming at solving the problems of low detection efficiency, high cost and poor accuracy of the traditional production line.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the invention provides an automatic PCB detection production line, which is a linear production line with a total length of 3m, a width of more than 1m and a height of 3 m. The plate dividing module comprises a plurality of automatic plate dividing machines 2 arranged side by side and a feeding platform 1 arranged at the feeding ends of the automatic plate dividing machines 2. The number of the automatic board separator 2 is determined according to the production task amount of a factory, and the automatic board separator can be one, two or even more. Preferably, the number of the automatic plate dividing machines 2 is two in combination with the consideration of cost and efficiency. One automatic board separator 2 corresponds to one station, namely, the preferred invention adopts double-station arrangement. In addition, when the present invention adopts a plurality of automatic board separators 2, part of the parts on the automatic board separators 2 can be shared to reduce the cost, for example, the side wall where the two automatic board separators 2 contact can be omitted.
The automatic board separator 2 comprises a shell, an air cylinder, a detachable cutter 10 and a lower die, wherein the air cylinder, the detachable cutter 10 and the lower die are arranged in the shell, the cutter 10 is arranged on a piston rod of the air cylinder, and the lower die corresponds to the cutter. The cutter 10 can divide a large PCB into ten small PCB boards at a time to increase work efficiency. The cutter 10 can be quickly replaced according to different PCB boards to be produced, so that the flexibility of the production line is improved, and the operation cost of enterprises is reduced. During production, a worker carries the PCB to the lower die, and the cutter 10 moves downwards under the action of the cylinder to divide the PCB into ten small boards.
The conveying module comprises a conveying support, a conveying belt 5, a servo motor and a discharging platform 8, the conveying belt 5 and the servo motor are arranged on the conveying support, the servo motor is connected with the conveying belt 5 and used for driving the conveying belt 5 to operate, one end of the conveying belt 5 is connected with the discharging end of the automatic plate separator 2, and the discharging platform 8 is arranged at the other end of the conveying belt 5. The first mechanical arm 3, the code scanner 4 and the detector 6 are arranged on the conveying support, and the second mechanical arm 7 is arranged on the conveying support and the NG plate storage area 8.
The first mechanical arm 3 and the second mechanical arm 7 respectively comprise a support, a longitudinal girder arranged on the support, a cross beam, a mechanical arm, a cylinder arranged on the mechanical arm, and a mechanical arm arranged at the tail end of a piston rod of the cylinder. The transverse beam is provided with a first sliding groove, a first rack, a first sliding block matched with the first sliding groove, a first driving gear meshed with the first rack and a longitudinal moving motor connected with the first driving gear, and the transverse beam can move back and forth along the first sliding groove under the driving of the longitudinal moving motor. The cross beam is further provided with a second sliding groove and a second rack, the mechanical arm is provided with a second sliding block matched with the second sliding groove, a second driving gear meshed with the second rack, and a transverse moving motor connected with the second driving gear, and the mechanical arm can be driven by the transverse moving motor to move left and right along the cross beam. Therefore, the manipulator realizes the degrees of freedom in three directions of XYZ under the combined action of the longitudinal moving motor, the transverse moving motor and the air cylinder, and can reach a specified position under the action of the control system. In order to facilitate grabbing, a plurality of suckers or grippers are arranged on the manipulator, and the manipulator can grab ten small PCB plates at a time.
The detection module comprises a plurality of detection machines 6 arranged side by side, and the detection machines 6 correspond to the automatic board separator 2 one by one. Preferably, the detection module is provided with two detection machines 6, and can detect two groups of PCB platelets simultaneously. Also, when the present invention employs a plurality of inspection machines 6, a part of the components on the inspection machines 6 can be shared to reduce the cost. Most parts of the detector 6 are the same as those of the existing detector, and the difference is that the detector 6 comprises a pressing cylinder and a needle bed arranged at the tail end of a piston rod of the pressing cylinder, a plurality of elastic probes are arranged on the needle bed, and the arrangement of the probes corresponds to the test points on the PCB one by one. When the detection device is used, the PCB is driven by the conveyor belt 5 to move to the position below the needle bed, the needle bed moves downwards under the action of the pressing cylinder, the elastic probes are contacted with detection points on the PCB, whether open circuit or short circuit caused by insufficient soldering and false soldering exists on the PCB is detected, and the detection result is transmitted to the control system.
Further, the automatic PCB detection production line further comprises a control system, and the control system comprises an upper computer, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a management system running on the upper computer. The upper computer is connected with the PLC, and the PLC is connected with the automatic board separator 2, the first manipulator 3, the code scanner 4, the second manipulator 7 and the detector 6. The PLC controller plays a role in network connection, can connect the upper computer with various devices on the production line, and can directly control the various devices on the production line to work.
