Abstract

本发明属于消毒领域,具体涉及一种适于畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末,还涉及上述消毒粉末的制备方法。本发明所提供的一种畜禽养殖场消毒粉末,是以粉煤灰为主料,辅以复合盐类表面活性剂、消毒剂、纳米氧化锌、复合稳定剂制备而成的。本发明的有益效果在于,(1)消毒效果好、起效快、药效强且持续作用时间长,稳定性好;(2)不仅可以杀灭病毒、有害细菌和寄生虫等,还可以去除粪便中的抗生素,大大降低抗生素的含量;(3)在粪便的后续处理中,针对畜禽粪肥中的重金属等污染物高效去除与钝化;(4)还可获得具有清洁环保、环境友好的、土壤改良功能的畜禽粪有机肥,大大促进畜禽粪肥的高效利用;(5)实现了固体废物粉煤灰的有效利用。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒领域,具体涉及一种适于畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末,还涉及上述消毒粉末的制备方法。
背景技术
当前畜禽养殖常见的消毒粉主要是以氧化钙、含氯盐类、过氧化物、抗生素等。虽然具有良好的消毒杀菌的效果,但是过度使用高效消毒剂,不仅会破坏地域的微生态平衡,也会产生对消毒剂具有耐药性的新的超级细菌,这些影响也直接作用于环境和人类自身。此外,在畜禽养殖厂贮存与使用过程中,多数消毒粉因吸湿、光热分解等原因,效果变差,同时消毒后的固体废弃物还需要单独处理。
因此,亟需开发一种针对畜禽养殖场消毒的持久高效、能有效分解抗生素、钝化重金属、消毒粉,来解决现有技术中的问题。
CN201610953462.4披露了一种本发明公开了一种蝎子养殖蝎窝消毒喷剂,涉及蝎子养殖技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:芹菜叶10-15份、花椒叶5-10份、紫苏叶5-10份、红薯藤4-8份、粉煤灰3-6份、三七叶3-6份、氢化棕榈油2-4份、米酒糟2-4份、磷石膏粉1-2份、细辛1-2份、茶籽粉1-2份、辣蓼草1-2份、田菁胶0.5-1份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份、巴豆0.5-1份、复方炉甘石洗剂0.5-1份、水100-150份。
CN201611205834.1披露了一种肉鸽养殖鸽子窝消毒喷剂及其制备方法,涉及肉鸽养殖技术领域,由如下原料制成:厚朴叶、珊瑚姜油、冬青叶、紫苏叶、红薯藤、粉煤灰、连翘叶、氢化棕榈油、麦饭石、米酒糟、磷石膏粉、乙醇、田菁胶、乳化剂、皂角、复方炉甘石洗剂和水。包括如下步骤:将植物类中药捣碎加入水中浸泡,加热蒸煮,加入米酒糟和乙醇,过滤得滤液a;将粉煤灰、麦饭石、磷石膏粉通过研磨成粉末并与复方炉甘石洗剂充分混合后,即得物料b;将珊瑚姜油、氢化棕榈油充分混合,得物料c;将滤液a加热,再将物料b和物料c加入到滤液a中并充分搅拌,将田菁胶和乳化剂加入。
上述两篇文献中,均解决了持久高效的问题,对动物疾病起到很好的防治效果。但是上述两篇文献都只是针对具体某一种类型的养殖,普适性不够。此外,针对动物粪便中的抗生素、重金属问题,上述的文献并没有给出有效的方案。
因此,本发明针对上述的技术缺陷进行改进,提出了一种新的畜禽养殖场普适的消毒粉末及其制备方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供的一种畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末,具有持久高效,稳定性好,而且不仅可以有效的杀灭病毒、有害细菌和寄生虫等,还可以氧化粪便中的抗生素,大大降低了抗生素的含量,降低畜禽粪便中重金属的含量。本发明所提供的消毒粉末对环境友好,对人和畜禽无不良影响。
本发明所提供的一种畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末,消毒粉末主要包括如下的原料:粉煤灰、表面活性剂、消毒剂、纳米氧化锌。
上述的消毒粉末还含有稳定剂;
优选的,稳定剂包括:碳酸钠、磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、氯化钠与纤维素类中的至少一种;
优选的,稳定剂包括羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、氯化钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸钠;稳定剂中羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、氯化钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸钠的重量份数比为:1.0~2.0:0.1~0.5:0.1~0.5:0.8~1.2:0.01~0.05:0.01~0.05。
消毒粉末的pH值为7~8.5。
上述的适用畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,包括如下重量份数的原料:
粉煤灰800~1200、表面活性剂1.5~3.5、消毒剂8~30、纳米氧化锌2~5、稳定剂2~6。
表面活性剂包括:三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯;
优选的,上述的表面活性剂中三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯的重量份数比为:1.0~1.5、0.3~0.5、0.08~0.12、0.1~0.5、0.1~0.5。
消毒剂包括以下的原料次氯酸钙、氧化钙、次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、苯扎氯或溴铵、吡啶溴铵;
消毒剂中次氯酸钙、氧化钙、次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、苯扎氯或溴铵、吡啶溴铵的重量份数比为:2~8、5~10、1~3、0.3~0.6、1~5、1~5。
上述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
1)粉煤灰过筛除杂,取100~300份的粉煤灰,加入表面活性剂,进行预干法改性,备用;
2)取余量粉煤灰,置于密封搅拌器中,再加入(1)中改性后粉煤灰,混合搅拌,再添加消毒剂,搅拌,获得改性负载的粉煤灰;
3)向(2)中改性负载处理后的粉煤灰中,添加复合稳定剂,再搅拌;
4)添加纳米氧化锌,并再次混合物料,搅拌,混匀,获得消毒粉末。
优选的,上述消毒粉末的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
1)粉煤灰过筛除杂,取100~300份的粉煤灰,加入表面活性剂,进行预干法改性,备用;
2)取余量粉煤灰,置于密封搅拌器中,再加入(1)中改性后粉煤灰,混合搅拌15~20min,再添加消毒剂,搅拌5~10min,获得改性负载的粉煤灰;
3)向(2)中改性负载处理后的粉煤灰中,添加复合稳定剂,再搅拌10~15min;
4)添加纳米氧化锌,并再次混合物料,搅拌15~20min,混匀,获得消毒粉末。

本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明所提供的一种畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末以粉煤灰为主要载体材料,通过改性负载复配中、低效无机和有机消毒剂,再添加纳米消毒剂和各种助剂、稳定剂,发挥多种消毒剂的协同作用,制备的产品的稳定性好、消毒高效持久且不易消毒过度;有机消毒剂容易反应消耗,而无机杀菌剂的原理决定了它不容易消耗,当遇到较高浓度的染菌环境,能保证本发明中的消毒粉的消毒效果。
(2)本发明的消毒粉末不仅可以杀灭病毒、有害细菌和寄生虫等,还可以氧化粪便中的抗生素,大大降低抗生素的残留;同时降低畜禽粪便中重金属的含量;由于消毒粉中利用了粉煤灰,改性过后的粉煤灰对重金属具有吸附作用,可以有效降低畜禽粪便中重金属的浸出量;
(3)实现了固体废物粉煤灰的有效利用,本发明将一种固体废弃物转变成一种功能材料,产生了巨大的经济效益和环境效益。同时,利用粉煤灰基消毒粉与粪便的结合产物,可以得到一种具有土壤改良作用的有机肥;
(4)将粉煤灰作为消毒剂的载体是本发明的重要创新点之一,它实现了消毒粉末贮存稳定与长效消毒。利用粉煤灰作为载体,部分消毒剂可以通过表面活性剂的作用进入粉煤灰的多孔结构中,对粉毒剂的稳定性具有很大的益处。在消毒时,最先是粉煤灰孔隙外的消毒剂发挥了作用,当消毒剂损耗较多时,粉煤灰孔隙中的消毒剂会扩散出来,增强了使用效果。
具体实施方式
为了能使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明,现结合具体实施方式对本发明进行更进一步的阐述。
实施例1
畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
1)按表1中的重量配比准备各原料,然后进行以下的操作:
粉煤灰过筛除杂,取1/4的粉煤灰,加入复合盐类表面活性剂的原料,进行预干法改性备用;
2)将余量的粉煤灰置于密封搅拌器中,再加入1)中改性后粉煤灰,快速混合搅拌15~20min,再加入消毒剂,搅拌5~10min;
3)向2)中改性负载处理后的粉煤灰中,加入复合稳定剂的原料,再快速搅拌10~15min;
4)添加纳米氧化锌并再次混合,搅拌15~20min,混匀后取样测试;
5)对上述4)得到的畜禽养殖场的消毒粉末进行检测,经检测合格后,密封包装,阴凉处贮存。
实施例1~6、以及对比例的工艺同上,在具体原料选择上如下表1所示:

依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.7.5载体浸泡杀菌试验中的方法,对所制备的消毒粉末进行载体浸泡定量杀菌试验,杀灭率(%)结果如下:

从表2中可以看出,本发明各实施例的粉煤灰基消毒粉,其除菌率均达到了99.999%以上,这说明本发明的粉煤灰基消毒粉杀菌效果良好。而对比例1中,产品对于大肠杆菌的杀灭率仅为65.354%,对于金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率仅为59.652%,其效果远远不如本发明各实施例的产品。这说明,本发明中所提供的原料用量,是消毒效果非常理想的范围,而一旦改变各原料的用量配比,会导致消毒效果的明显下降。本发明中的各原料作为一个整体,共同作用于有害菌,产生了良好的效果。
将本发明的消毒粉放置3个月、6个月、12个月后,采用上述的《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.7.5载体浸泡杀菌试验中的方法,对所制备的消毒粉末进行载体浸泡定量杀菌试验,杀灭率(%)结果如下:

从以上表3、4中的数据可以看出,将本发明各实施例的产品放置3个月、6个月、12个月之后,产品对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率能达到95%以上的效果,表明本发明的产品经过长时间放置之后,其消毒的效果变化不大仅出现略微的下降,这说明本发明的产品对于杀灭大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的持久性效果较好。
经过3个月、6个月、12个月储存之后,本发明的消毒粉末对于上述大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率略微下降,这是因为,产品在储存期间受到密封性、光热等因素的影响,部分会产生分解,杀菌率会略微有所变化,但本发明的配方中有相应的稳定剂以保持产品的整体效果变化不大。贮存一年之后,产品的杀灭效率大于95%,实际应用效果良好。
实施例8
关于本发明的消毒粉末对于畜禽粪便中抗生素的氧化及降解,本发明选择了如下的几种抗生素进行检测,分别测定使用本发明的消毒粉末前养猪场中猪粪抗生素的含量,然后再测定使用后10小时后抗生素的含量,具体如下:

其中,大环内酯主要是多拉菌素,包括:爱普菌素、阿维菌素、多拉菌素、伊维菌素等;
四环素类包括金霉素等;
磺胺类药物主要是:磺胺胍、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲嘧啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪等。
聚醚类主要是包括盐霉素。
从以上的结果可以看出,本发明中的消毒粉末,对于畜禽养殖场中的畜禽粪便具有优异的氧化效果。

从以上表格中的数据可以看出,采用本发明的消毒粉对养猪场中猪粪消毒前后重金属的浸出浓度变化显著;比如实施例1中,As在消毒前为0.27mg·kg-1;消毒后仅为0.0324mg·kg-1;Cr在消毒前为0.38mg·kg-1;消毒后仅为0.0456mg·kg-1;Cd在消毒前为0.03mg·kg-1;消毒后仅为0.0036mg·kg-1;Hg在消毒前为0.0018mg·kg-1;消毒后仅为0.000216mg·kg-1;可见,以上述的具有代表性的重金属为例,所检测到的数据表明,采用本发明的消毒粉对猪粪消毒之后,使用后的浸出液中重金属的离子浓度远远的低于使用前浸出液中重金属的离子浓度,即本发明的消毒粉对于钝化重金属具有积极的显著的作用。

Claims (10)

1.适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,所述的消毒粉末主要包括如下的原料:粉煤灰、表面活性剂、消毒剂、纳米氧化锌。
2.如权利要求1所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,还包括稳定剂;所述的稳定剂包括:碳酸钠、磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、氯化钠与纤维素类中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的稳定剂选自羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、氯化钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸钠中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的稳定剂为羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、氯化钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸钠;其中羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、氯化钠、焦磷酸钠、磷酸钠的重量份数比为:1.0~2.0:0.1~0.5:0.1~0.5:0.8~1.2:0.01~0.05:0.01~0.05。
3.如权利要求1所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,所述的消毒粉末的pH值为7~8.5。
4.如权利要求1所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:
粉煤灰800~1200、表面活性剂1.5~3.5、消毒剂8~30、纳米氧化锌2~5、稳定剂2~6。
5.如权利要求1所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,
所述的表面活性剂包括:三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯;
所述的表面活性剂中三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯的重量份数比为:1.0~1.5、0.3~0.5、0.08~0.12、0.1~0.5、0.1~0.5。
6.如权利要求1所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末,其特征在于,
所述的消毒剂包括以下的原料次氯酸钙、氧化钙、次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、苯扎氯或溴铵、吡啶溴铵;
所述的消毒剂中次氯酸钙、氧化钙、次氯酸钠、亚氯酸钠、苯扎氯或溴铵、吡啶溴铵的重量份数比为:2~8、5~10、1~3、0.3~0.6、1~5、1~5。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
1)粉煤灰过筛除杂,取100~300份的粉煤灰,加入表面活性剂,进行预干法改性,备用;
2)取余量粉煤灰,置于密封搅拌器中,再加入(1)中改性后粉煤灰,混合搅拌,再添加消毒剂,搅拌,获得改性负载的粉煤灰;
3)向(2)中改性负载处理后的粉煤灰中,添加复合稳定剂,再搅拌;
4)添加纳米氧化锌,并再次混合物料,搅拌,混匀,获得消毒粉末。
8.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
1)粉煤灰过筛除杂,取100-300份的粉煤灰,加入表面活性剂,进行预干法改性,备用;
2)取余量粉煤灰,置于密封搅拌器中,再加入(1)中改性后粉煤灰,混合搅拌15~20min,再添加消毒剂,搅拌5~10min,获得改性负载的粉煤灰;
3)向(2)中改性负载处理后的粉煤灰中,添加复合稳定剂,再搅拌10~15min;
4)添加纳米氧化锌,并再次混合物料,搅拌15~20min,混匀,获得消毒粉末。
9.如权利要求7所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,1)中过200目筛。
10.如权利要求7所述的适于畜禽养殖场所用的消毒粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,2)中混合搅拌的转速为1200~1500r/min;
3)中搅拌的转速为800~1200r/min。
