本发明公开了一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用,包括溶剂、引诱剂、保湿剂和载体。本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用,氨释放物质,选自乙酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、柠檬酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸铵、氢氧化铵、氨基甲酸铵、乙酰胺用作引诱作用,制备引诱剂方法简单,条件可行,具有微量高效、经济、无毒等特点,本发明提出的诱集组合物制备简单,原料易得;具有很强的诱集能力,稳定性好,持效期长。

一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及食蚜蝇技术领域,尤其涉及一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用。
背景技术
食蚜蝇,双翅目(Diptera)食蚜蝇科(Syrphidae)昆虫。成虫体小型到大型。体宽或纤细,体色单一暗色或常具黄、橙、灰白等鲜艳色彩的斑纹,某些种类则有蓝、绿、铜等金属色,外观似蜂。头部大。雄性眼合生,雌性眼离生,也有两性均离生,斜斑鼓额食蚜蝇卵一般产在蚜群中的为白色,长形,卵壳具网状饰纹,食蚜蝇是农业害虫的重要天敌昆虫。其幼虫捕食对象广泛,除捕食麦长管蚜、棉蚜、桃蚜、甘蓝蚜等多种蚜虫外,还捕食叶蝉、介壳虫、蓟马及鳞翅目害虫的卵和初孵幼虫。食蚜蝇幼虫捕食量大,在整个幼虫期均可以捕食麦蚜,成虫有访花习性,是重要的传粉昆虫。通过授粉作用可以明显提高作物授粉率和结实率。因此,在自然和农业生态系统中具有重要意义。
蚜虫俗称腻虫,属同翅目中一类有害的昆虫,由于它喜欢寄生于多种植物的幼苗、嫩叶、茎上,靠口器刺吸植物汁液作为食物,导致宿主植物严重缺失水分、营养,叶片皱缩、枯萎,最终死亡;此外还会传播病毒,引发病毒病,加之蚜虫的繁殖力极高,不及时防治会严重危害作物正常生长发育,造成损失。为了克治蚜虫,人们广泛使用杀虫剂,在有效灭蚜的同时,又会带来农药残留问题,影响作物产品质量,危害人们身体健康。在自然界里,蚜虫亦有一些天敌,像食蚜蝇就是其中的一类,成蝇或幼虫均会大量捕食蚜虫,只要达到一定数量的蝇口密度,既可以有效地防治蚜虫对作物的危害,又能避免农药残留问题,但天然的食蚜蝇受到自然环境的诸多制约,数量有限,无法满足人们防治蚜虫的需求。
目前一些植物挥发物已被发现对食蚜蝇具有引诱作用。例如,门氏食蚜蝇在Y型嗅觉仪中对己醛和橙花醇具有显著趋性,水杨酸甲酯对缘箭股食蚜蝇具有明显引诱活性,大茴香醛及其衍生物对食蚜蝇具有优异的引诱作用,但引诱效果仍不十分理想,为此我们设计出了一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,包括溶剂、引诱剂、保湿剂和载体。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述引诱剂为氨释放物质,选自乙酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、柠檬酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸铵、氢氧化铵、氨基甲酸铵、乙酰胺和它们的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述溶剂包括正己烷、环己烷和正辛烷中的至少一种,所述溶剂和引诱剂的重量比为(50~100)∶1。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述载体选自水合硅酸盐、硅铝化合物、地开石、膨润土、埃洛石、高岭土或高岭石,蒙脱土以及它们的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述保湿剂山梨糖醇、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、赤藻糖醇以及它们的组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,其中所述溶剂和引诱剂混合,且粘土与保湿剂混合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物。
一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物的应用,所述食蚜蝇诱集组合物诱芯至于诱捕瓶中,悬挂在田间外半径100m的范围内,悬挂密度为田地面积的两倍。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述每亩田悬挂诱捕瓶5~8个,相邻的诱捕瓶间隔10~50m;每隔10天添加一次诱集组合物。
本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物及其应用,氨释放物质,选自乙酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、柠檬酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸铵、氢氧化铵、氨基甲酸铵、乙酰胺用作引诱作用,制备引诱剂方法简单,条件可行,具有微量高效、经济、无毒等特点,本发明提出的诱集组合物制备简单,原料易得;具有很强的诱集能力,稳定性好,持效期长,防治效果可维持30天以上;专一性强,不会使食蚜蝇产生抗性;对人畜无害,环境友好;抗逆性强,使用方便。本发明可应用于食蚜蝇虫情监测和大量诱集捕食麦蚜,对于综合治理麦蚜具有重要意义利用上述活性成分制备引诱剂方法简单,条件可行,具有高效、廉价、无毒,环境友好等特点,安全无毒、无残留、对人和其它有益昆虫无害,良好的引诱效果。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,将溶剂和引诱剂混合,粘土与保湿剂混合,粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物,粘土、保湿剂的混合物与溶剂、引诱剂的混合物体积比为1∶0.5。
选择溶剂和引诱剂的重量分别为50份和1份,将诱芯放入昆虫诱捕瓶放置诱芯的装置中。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,将溶剂和引诱剂混合,粘土与保湿剂混合,粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物,粘土、保湿剂的混合物与溶剂、引诱剂的混合物体积比为1∶2。
选择溶剂和引诱剂的重量分别为60份和1份,将诱芯放入昆虫诱捕瓶放置诱芯的装置中。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,将溶剂和引诱剂混合,粘土与保湿剂混合,粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物,粘土、保湿剂的混合物与溶剂、引诱剂的混合物体积比为1∶0.5。
选择溶剂和引诱剂的重量分别为80份和1份,将诱芯放入昆虫诱捕瓶放置诱芯的装置中。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,将溶剂和引诱剂混合,粘土与保湿剂混合,粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物,粘土、保湿剂的混合物与溶剂、引诱剂的混合物体积比为1∶2。
选择溶剂和引诱剂的重量分别为100份和1份,将诱芯放入昆虫诱捕瓶放置诱芯的装置中。
选择安徽省濉溪县孙疃镇王圩村该县小麦新技术研究所培育的小麦新品种新研7号(隆跃98)示范基地,在小麦田内对食蚜蝇进行引诱试验,选择长势、管理条件一致、地块大而整齐的小麦田作为试验田,将实施例中制备好的诱芯至于诱捕瓶上,分别相隔20m放置诱捕瓶,每个处理设置两个重复,随机排列,正己烷的橡胶载体,然后每两天调查引诱的食蚜蝇的数量,结果如下所示:

试验结果表明,本发明引诱剂对食蚜蝇的平均诱集量均明显高于对照,表现出优异的引诱作用,利用该类引诱剂进行对食蚜蝇的招引诱集,对于提高蚜虫、介壳虫、粉虱、叶蝉、蓟马等害虫的防治效果以及农作物的授粉率与结实率具有重要意义。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,包括溶剂、引诱剂、保湿剂和载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,所述引诱剂为氨释放物质,选自乙酸铵、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵、柠檬酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸铵、氢氧化铵、氨基甲酸铵、乙酰胺和它们的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括正己烷、环己烷和正辛烷中的至少一种,所述溶剂和引诱剂的重量比为(50~100)∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,所述载体选自水合硅酸盐、硅铝化合物、地开石、膨润土、埃洛石、高岭土或高岭石,蒙脱土以及它们的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂山梨糖醇、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、赤藻糖醇以及它们的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,其中所述溶剂和引诱剂混合,且粘土与保湿剂混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物,其特征在于,所述粘土包裹在溶剂和引诱剂的混合物表面,获得固态诱集组合物。
8.一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述食蚜蝇诱集组合物诱芯至于诱捕瓶中,悬挂在田间外半径100m的范围内,悬挂密度为田地面积的两倍。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种食蚜蝇的诱集组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述每亩田悬挂诱捕瓶5~8个,相邻的诱捕瓶间隔10~50m;每隔10天添加一次诱集组合物。
