Description

Vehicle seat, in particular motor vehicle seat
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle seat, in particular a motor vehicle seat, which can be transferred from at least one use position suitable for the transport of persons into a non-use position, having: a base; a leg releasably lockable with the base; a backrest hinged on the support leg; a linkage, by means of which the foot is movable relative to the base part in order to bring the vehicle seat from the use position into the non-use position and is at least indirectly articulated to the base part.
Background
DE 102008050468B 3 discloses a vehicle seat which can be transferred from at least one use position suitable for the transport of persons into a non-use position, having: a base; a rocker hinged to a front lock mounted on the base; a seat cushion hinged on the rocker and having a seat cushion bracket as a structure; the guide rod is hinged on the front lock; a rear foot hinged on the guide bar and releasably locked with the base; and a backrest which is pivotably articulated about a backrest pivot axis on the rear foot by means of a lockable attachment and whose inclination relative to the rear foot is adjustable. The seat cushion is articulated on the backrest offset to the backrest pivot axis. When the vehicle seat is transferred to the upper position, the rear leg is unlocked and is moved away from the base by means of the link. Thereby, the rear end portion of the seat cushion and the backrest are lifted, and the backrest pivots forward.
Vehicle seats are known from DE 102006007139 a1 and DE 20122324U 1, respectively, which can be converted from a use position suitable for the transport of persons into a non-use position. The vehicle seats respectively include: a base; a foot releasably lockable with a base; a backrest which is pivotably articulated on the legs about a backrest pivot axis by means of a lockable attachment; and a link transmission by means of which the foot is movable relative to the base part to bring the vehicle seat from the use position into the non-use position and is at least indirectly articulated to the base part.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to improve a vehicle seat of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the raising of the backrest is less pronounced when the vehicle seat is transferred into the upper position, in particular in order to make it possible to use the vehicle seat in a vehicle with a low-lying roof (in particular an SUV coupe). Furthermore, the vehicle seat should be selectively expandable so that the vehicle seat can be electrically driven from the use position into the non-use position.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a vehicle seat, in particular a motor vehicle seat, which can be transferred from at least one use position suitable for the transport of persons into a non-use position, having: a base; a leg releasably lockable with the base; a backrest hinged on the support leg; a linkage, by means of which the foot is movable relative to the base part in order to bring the vehicle seat from the use position into the non-use position and is at least indirectly articulated to the base part. The link gear has a first and a second rocker, wherein the first and the second rocker are pivotably articulated to one another by means of a first swivel hinge, and the first rocker is pivotably articulated by means of a second swivel hinge on the base or on an adapter fixedly connected to the base, and the second rocker is pivotably articulated by means of a third swivel hinge on the foot.
The link gear has a first rocker and a second rocker, which are articulated to one another by means of a first rotary joint, wherein the first rocker is articulated pivotably by means of a second rotary joint to the base or to an adapter fixedly connected to the base, and the second rocker is articulated pivotably by means of a third rotary joint to the support leg, in such a way that the backrest does not rise or rises only slightly when the vehicle seat is transferred into the non-use position, in particular the upper vehicle position. The backrest performs a lower movement in the vertical direction during the transition of the vehicle seat from the use position into the non-use position than the vehicle seats known from the prior art. The vehicle seat according to the invention can also be easily upholstered.
Advantageous configurations which can be used individually or in combination with one another are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
The non-use position may be an upper position in which the foot and the backrest are displaced forwards relative to the use position (i.e. relative to the previously occupied use position). The backrest is preferably pivotably articulated on the legs about a backrest pivot axis by means of a lockable attachment.
The link transmission can have a link which is pivotably articulated on the first rocker and pivotably articulated on the second rocker by means of a first rotary hinge. The connecting rod can be articulated on a further transmission element of the connecting rod transmission by means of a fourth rotary joint. By means of the connecting rod, the first rocker and the second rocker are in particular movable in relation to further transmission elements and thus move the foot and the backrest.
The further transmission element of the link transmission is preferably a third rocker. The third rocker may be pivotably hinged on the base by means of a fifth swivel hinge. The third rocker may be hinged by means of a fifth swivel hinge to an adapter fixedly connected to the base. The third rocker may be pivotably hinged on the foot by means of a sixth swivel hinge.
Preferably, the fourth swivel hinge is arranged between the fifth swivel hinge and the sixth swivel hinge. Thereby, the link may be arranged not too close to the passenger of the vehicle seat, whereby a good cushion comfort may be achieved.
The link drive is preferably a six-link chain (Sechsgelenkkette). The six-link chain includes a first rocker, a second rocker, a third rocker, a link, a foot, and a base as drive train elements. These transmission elements are connected in a suitable manner with six rotary joints to form a six-link chain.
In the use position of the vehicle seat, the first swivel joint is preferably arranged above the third swivel joint. In the non-use position of the vehicle seat, the first swivel hinge is preferably arranged above the third swivel hinge. The first swivel hinge is preferably arranged above the second swivel hinge. Thereby, a low level articulation of the foot is achieved. Preferably, the second rocker is oriented in the use position such that the third swivel joint is lowerable by pivoting of the second rocker when transitioning into the non-use position, the upper-vehicle position.
In the use position of the vehicle seat, the second swivel joint is preferably arranged in front of the third swivel joint. In the non-use position of the vehicle seat, the second swivel joint is preferably arranged behind the third swivel joint. The angle between the first and second rockers is preferably sharper in the non-use position than in the use position.
The foot can be lockable with the base or with a component fixed to the base by means of a lock. The member fixed to the base may be an adapter fixedly connected to the second seat rail. The lock may be a tumbler pin lock. The lock is preferably arranged between the third swivel hinge and the fourth swivel hinge, as viewed in the vehicle travel direction. Thereby, a lower force is applied to the base in case of a crash. Furthermore, the lock is arranged forward in the vehicle seat such that it does not come into contact with the feet of a rear seat occupant arranged behind the vehicle seat when the vehicle seat is pivoted back into the use position, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
The vehicle seat according to the invention can be manually converted from the use position into the non-use position and back. Alternatively, the vehicle seat according to the invention can be electrically convertible from the use position into the non-use position and back by the drive. Suitable drive means preferably have a driven pinion which meshes with a toothed segment which is fastened to or formed on one of the gear elements of the connecting rod gear. The link gear of the vehicle seat can thereby be electrically driven. The drive device may be arranged stationary with the base. The toothed segment can be fixed to the third rocker. Alternatively, the tooth segment can be fixed to another of the gear elements of the connecting rod gear. Suitable drives are described, for example, in DE 102017209330 a 1. In the event of a power failure, the conversion of the vehicle seat between the use position and the non-use position can be effected by: the drive is designed to be out of self-locking.
Drawings
The invention is explained in detail below on the basis of advantageous embodiments shown in the drawings. The invention is not limited to this embodiment. The figures show:
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a vehicle seat according to the invention in the use position, and
fig. 2 is a schematic side view of a partial region of the vehicle seat from fig. 1 in a non-use position, in this case the upper position.
Detailed Description
The vehicle seat 1 according to the invention shown in fig. 1 has a seat part 3 and a backrest 5, which vehicle seat is provided, for example, as a middle or rear seat of a motor vehicle (e.g., a minibus). The vehicle seat 1 shown schematically in fig. 1 is explained below using three spatial directions running perpendicular to one another. The longitudinal direction x extends substantially horizontally when the vehicle seat is installed in a vehicle and preferably extends parallel to a vehicle longitudinal direction, which generally corresponds to the direction of travel of the vehicle. The transverse direction extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction x is also oriented horizontally in the vehicle and extends parallel to the vehicle transverse direction. The vertical direction z extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction x and perpendicular to the transverse direction. When the vehicle seat 1 is installed in a vehicle, the vertical direction z extends parallel to the vehicle vertical axis.
The positional and directional specifications used, such as "front", "rear", "upper", "above", "lower" and "below", refer to the direction of the line of sight of an occupant seated in the vehicle seat 1 in the normal seat position, in which the vehicle seat 1 is mounted in the vehicle, in a use position in which the backrest 5 is upright, suitable for transport of persons, and oriented in the vehicle direction of travel as is usual. The vehicle seat 1 according to the invention can however also be mounted in a different orientation, for example transversely to the direction of travel.
For the sake of simplicity, only one vehicle seat side in the substantially symmetrical vehicle seat 1 is described in the following, i.e. the components described below are present in duplicate (if appropriate mirror-symmetrically) if not described differently. First, the vehicle seat 1 is explained according to the particular use position (i.e. design position) shown in fig. 1, in which the seat back 5 is inclined, for example, at a rear angle of 23 ° with respect to the vertical.
The base 9 of the vehicle seat 1 is connectable with the structure of the motor vehicle. The base 9 is in the exemplary embodiment designed as a seat rail assembly, which makes possible a longitudinal adjustment of the vehicle seat 1. The base 9 here has a first seat rail 9a which is directly or indirectly connectable to the vehicle structure and a second seat rail 9b which is movable relative thereto in the longitudinal direction x. The two seat rails 9a and 9b, which have a substantially U-shaped profile, with their inwardly or outwardly bent longitudinal edges alternately snap into one another and are lockable with one another (by means of rail locking devices which are not shown in the figures but are known per se). The rail locking device can be unlocked by a user of the vehicle seat 1 by means of an unlocking bow, which is not shown in the figures but is known per se.
The foot 11 is articulated on the base 9 by means of a linkage 100. The backrest 5 is articulated on the foot 11 pivotably about a backrest pivot axis a, in particular by means of an unlockable attachment. By means of the linkage 100, the legs 11 and the backrest 5 can be transferred with the legs from the use position into the non-use position. The non-use position is an upper position, which facilitates access to a rear seat arranged behind the vehicle seat 1. In the non-use position the foot 11 and the backrest 5 are displaced forwards compared to the use position.
The seat part 3 is depicted very simplified in fig. 1. The seat part 3 has a seat cushion which is carried, for example, by a seat carrier fixedly connected to the legs 11. Alternatively, the seat cushion or the structure carrying the seat cushion can be carried by a seat cushion bracket (as described, for example, in DE 102008050468B 3) which is hinged on the one hand to the backrest 5 eccentrically to the backrest pivot axis a and on the other hand to the base by means of a seat cushion bracket rocker. The components of the seat cushion, the seat carrier and the seat cushion support are not shown in fig. 1 and 2, since the manner of connection of the seat part 3 is not relevant to the invention but is sufficiently known.
The foot 11 is releasably locked with the base 9 by means of a lock 13 mounted on the foot 11, to be precise with a counterpart element fixed to the base, which is here a pin 9c fixed on the second seat rail 9b, and is thus indirectly connectable with the vehicle structure. The pin 9c is fixed here on an adapter 9d of the second seat rail 9 b. The adapter 9d can be embodied in one piece with the second seat rail 9b or fixedly connected to the second seat rail 9b, for example welded.
The pin 9c is centered in a slit-shaped receiving opening of the lock housing of the lock 13 in the state locked with the lock 13 and the pin 9c is prevented from leaving the receiving opening by a pawl of the lock 13. The receiving opening opens in the direction of the pin 9c and extends mainly parallel to the longitudinal direction x. In the use position of the vehicle seat 1, the receiving opening and the detent of the lock 13 fix the foot 11 relative to the base 9 such that no relative movement is possible between the foot 11 and the base 9. In the unlocked state of the lock 13, the pin 9c can be disengaged from the receiving opening of the lock 13 and the foot 11 is displaced by means of the link transmission 100, so that the vehicle seat 1 can be transferred into the upper vehicle position.
In a variant of embodiment, the vehicle seat can occupy, as a non-use position, a floor position in which the backrest 5 is largely pivoted forward flat onto the seat part 3 in addition to the use position and the upper vehicle position. The seat part 3 is here preferably lowered. Such floor states are known, for example, from DE 102008050468B 3.
The link transmission mechanism 100 has a first rocker 110, a second rocker 120, a link 130, and a third rocker 140.
The first rocker 110 is pivotably connected to the second rocker 120 by means of a first swivel hinge I. The first rocker 110 is pivotably articulated on the base 9, in this case on the adapter 9d of the second seat rail 9b, by means of a second swivel hinge II. The second rocker 120 is pivotably hinged on the foot 11 by means of a third swivel hinge III. In the use position of the vehicle seat 1 and in the upper vehicle position of the vehicle seat 1, the first swivel joint I is arranged above the third swivel joint III and the first swivel joint I is arranged above the second swivel joint II. The angle W between the first rocker 110 and the second rocker 120 is sharper in the upper position of the vehicle seat 1 than in the use position of the vehicle seat 1.
One end of the link 130 is pivotably hinged on the first rocking bar 110 and the second rocking bar 120 by means of a first rotating hinge I. Preferably, the first rotary hinge I has a bearing pin rotatably interconnecting the first rocking lever 110, the second rocking lever 120 and the connecting rod 130 about a common rotation axis.
The other end of the link 130 is pivotably connected with the third rocker 140 by means of a fourth rotating hinge IV. The third rocker 140 is pivotally hinged by means of a fifth rotary hinge V on an adapter 9e fixedly connected to the base 9. The third rocker 140 is pivotally hinged on the foot 11 by means of a sixth swivel hinge VI. The fourth rotation hinge IV is arranged between the fifth rotation hinge V and the sixth rotation hinge VI.
The second rocker 120 is articulated in the rear region of the foot 11 by means of a third swivel hinge III. The third swivel hinge 140 is articulated in the front region of the foot 11 by means of a sixth swivel hinge VI. The link transmission 100 is a six-link chain due to the aforementioned structure.
In the use position of the vehicle seat 1, the second swivel joint II is arranged in front of the third swivel joint III. In the upper position of the vehicle seat 1, the second swivel joint II is arranged behind the third swivel joint III.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the vehicle seat 1 can be electrically transferred from the use position into the non-use position and back by means of the drive 200. The drive device 200, which is depicted only symbolically in the figure, has a drive motor and a gear mechanism with planetary gear stages which can be driven by the drive motor.
The planetary gear stage comprises: a housing; a sun gear rotatable about a sun gear rotation axis; a planet carrier rotatable about a sun gear axis of rotation; at least one planet wheel rotatably mounted on the planet carrier about a planet wheel rotation axis, the planet wheel meshing with the sun gear; a ring gear rotatable about a sun gear axis of rotation, the ring gear being in meshing engagement with the at least one planetary gear; and a switching device, wherein in a first switching state of the switching device the rotation of the carrier relative to the housing is locked and in a second switching state of the switching device the rotation of the ring gear relative to the housing is locked. Such a drive device 200 is described, for example, in DE 102017209330 a 1.
In a first switching state of the switching device, the lock 13 is unlocked when the motor is actuated. As soon as the lock 13 is unlocked, the switching device switches into the second switching state. In a second switching state of the switching device, the third rocker 140 is driven when the motor is actuated and thus the vehicle seat 1 is transferred from the use position into the upper vehicle position. For this purpose, the drive 200 has a pinion connected to the planet carrier, which pinion meshes with the toothed segment of the third rocker 140, which is not shown in the drawing.
The drive device 200 can drive another transmission element of the link transmission 100 instead of the third rocker 140 in a variant of the embodiment. In order to transfer the vehicle seat 1 from the use position shown in fig. 1 to the upper position shown in fig. 2 as the preferred non-use position, the lock 13 is therefore first unlocked by the drive device 200 and then assumes the upper position.
When the upper seating position is reached, in which the rear seat is accessible, the lock 13 or another locking device can selectively lock the foot 11 with the base 9, in particular with the second seat rail 9b of the base 9. The return from the upper position to the use position takes place in the reverse order of the steps, here by reversing the direction of rotation of the motor of the drive device 200.
The vehicle seat 1 is selectively configured such that the locking of the seat rails 9a and 9b is also unlocked in a positively controlled manner when transitioning from the use position to the upper vehicle position, so that the second seat rail 9b is movable forward, which increases the space behind the vehicle seat 1, i.e. the entry dimension, and additionally provides easy access to the space behind.
The features disclosed in the foregoing description, in the claims and in the drawings may have significance both individually and in combination for the realization of the invention in different configurations.
While the invention has been illustrated in detail in the drawings and foregoing description, the same is to be considered as illustrative and exemplary and not restrictive in character. In particular, the choice of the proportions of the individual elements shown in the figures is not necessary or restrictive. Furthermore, the invention is in particular not limited to the embodiments explained. Further variants of the invention and their implementation will be apparent to the expert from the foregoing disclosure, the figures and the claims.
The use of concepts such as "comprising," "having," "including," "containing," and the like in the claims does not exclude additional elements or steps. The use of the indefinite article includes a plurality. A single device may fulfill the functions of several units or devices recited in the claims.
