Description

Seat and vehicle with unblock handle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a seat with an unlocking handle and a vehicle with the seat.
Background
In the related technology, the side arms of the cushion are rigid bodies and are integrally hinged at the rotating shaft of the backrest, when the seat is integrally inclined forwards, the cushion and the backrest integrally rotate forwards, namely the rotating degrees of the backrest and the cushion are basically consistent. In order to make the seat cushion rotate to a degree substantially consistent with that of the backrest, the height of the seat cushion needs to be raised (otherwise, the seat pan is easy to collide and interfere with the floor surface or the slide rails), so that the distance from the upper surface of the seat cushion to the bottom surface of the slide rails is large, which restricts the seat to be suitable for an MPV with a larger internal space, and is not suitable for an SUV with a smaller relative space. The SUV requires a seat with a small overall thickness, i.e., a small distance from the top of the seat cushion to the bottom of the slide rail.
Moreover, because of the rigid body of side arm of cushion, the back is whole forward rotation with the cushion for sit basin whole descending highly great, when forward rotation to three rows passenger position of getting on the bus, sit the basin because of the forward downstream is great, can encroach the travelling comfort scope of unblock handle, make the position of arranging of handle be in uncomfortable position, make the passenger inconvenient when the operation.
Similarly, because the side arm is of a rigid structure, the backrest and the cushion integrally rotate forwards, so that the whole descending height of the seat basin is larger, and the anti-submergence position on the seat basin exceeds the design range in order to avoid the unlocking handle of the sliding rail; meanwhile, the space is limited, so that the basin can only use the integral basin, and the basin has larger size and higher cost of the die and parts.
In addition, the seat is wholly inclined forward and slides forward and needs to be manually unlocked by a sliding rail, so that the operation is complex, and the user experience is poor.

A seat 100 having an unlocking handle 70 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 22 in conjunction with an embodiment, and the seat 100 may be installed in a cabin of a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, a seat 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a backrest 10, a recliner assembly 30, a seat cushion 40 and a base 20, the seat cushion 40 being mounted on the base 20, the backrest 10 being mounted on the rear side of the seat cushion 40, and the backrest 10 being rotatable relative to the base 20 and the seat cushion 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the backrest 10 includes: the back frame 11, the recliner assembly 30 includes: the backrest comprises a first connecting plate 31, a recliner 32 and a second connecting plate 33, wherein the first connecting plate 31 and the second connecting plate 33 are connected through the recliner 32, the first connecting plate 31 is fixed with the backrest framework 11, and the second connecting plate 33 is selectively fixed on the base 20. The angle adjuster 32 can adjust the angle of the backrest 10 so that it can meet the user's needs. The base 20 may be provided with a floor lock that selectively locks the second link plate 33, and the seat 100 may be tilted forward as a whole when the floor lock releases the locking of the second link plate 33 and the recliner 32 is in the locked state. The angle adjuster assemblies 30 may be two groups, and the two groups of angle adjuster assemblies 30 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the backrest frame 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the seat cushion 40 includes: the side arm 41, the side arm 41 includes: a first side arm 411 and a second side arm 412, the first side arm 411 is hinged at the front side of the second side arm 412, and the second side arm 412 is also hinged with the first connecting plate 31. The second side arm 412 is hinged to the first link plate 31, so that the side arm 41 can be hinged to the back frame 11. Moreover, since the first side arm 411 and the second side arm 412 are hinged, it is equivalent to add a support link in the middle, so that the support strength of the seat cushion 40 can be effectively enhanced, and the support effect of the seat 100 can be improved.
A linkage assembly may be provided between the side arm 41 and the base 20, which linkage assembly may form a plurality of multi-link mechanisms between the side arm 41, the base 20 and the backrest 10, which may move in unison. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the base 20 includes: the strap 24, and the links of the linkage assembly may be hinged to the strap 24. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the base 20 further includes: the movable rail 22 is movably arranged on the fixed rail 21, and the bridging plate 24 is fixed on the movable rail 22. Thus, when the movable rail 22 moves relative to the fixed rail 21, the seat cushion 40 and the backrest 10 can move synchronously.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4 in conjunction, the connecting rod assembly may include: a first link 51, a second link 52, a third link 53 and a fourth link 54, the first link 51 is hinged between the base 20 and the first side arm 411, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are respectively hinged between the second connecting plate 33 and the base 20, the upper end of the second link 52 is hinged on the second side arm 412, and the lower end of the second link 52 is selectively hinged on one of the base 20, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54. Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, at least one of the first link 51, the second link 52, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 is provided with a reinforcing rib 55. The reinforcing ribs 55 can effectively reinforce the structural strength of the corresponding link, so that the overall structural strength of the seat 100 can be improved.
The hinged form of the second link 52 will be separately described.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the second link 52 is hinged between the second side arm 412 and the base 20, for example, the lower end of the second link 52 and the lower end of the fourth link 54 are hinged at the same position of the base 20. The first link 51 is located at the front side of the third link 53, and the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are located at the front and rear sides of the second link 52, respectively.
A five-bar linkage mechanism is formed among the first link 51, the second link 52, the first side arm 411, the second side arm 412 and the base 20, a four-bar linkage mechanism or a five-bar linkage mechanism is formed among the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the recliner assembly 30, and a four-bar linkage mechanism is formed among the third link 53, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the second connecting plate 33. It should be noted that when the lower end of the second link 52 and the lower end of the fourth link 54 are hinged to the same position of the base 20, a four-bar linkage is formed between the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the recliner assembly 30; when the lower end of the second link 52 and the lower end of the fourth link 54 are hinged at different locations on the base 20, a five-bar linkage is formed between the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54, the base 20, and the recliner assembly 30.
Wherein the lower ends of the first, second, third and fourth links 51, 52, 53 and 54 are hinged to the strap 24. The base 20 includes only one strap 24, which makes the base 20 simple in structure, and a plurality of links are hinged to one strap 24 at intervals, so that the structural compactness and reliability of the seat 100 can be secured.
Further, the second link 52, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are hinged at the outer side of the bridge plate 24. This facilitates the second link 52, the third link 53, and the fourth link 54 to be hinged to other parts, thereby making it possible to make the seat 100 reasonable in overall design.
Also, as shown in fig. 3 and 4 in combination, the lower end of the first link 51 is hinged to the front end of the bridge plate 24, and the second link 52 and the fourth link 54 are hinged to the rear end of the bridge plate 24. Thus, the length and the position of the bridge plate 24 are designed reasonably, the first link 51 can correspond to the front side of the seat cushion 40, and the second link 52, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 can correspond to the middle portion of the seat cushion 40, so that the seat cushion 40 can be supported in the middle portion better, and the supporting effect of the seat 100 can be improved.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 20 and 23, the second link 52 is hinged between the second side arm 412 and the third link 53, the first link 51 is located at a front side of the third link 53, and the fourth link 54 is located at a front side of the third link 53. A five-link mechanism is formed among the first link 51, the second link 52, the first side arm 411, the second side arm 412 and the base 20, a six-link mechanism is formed among the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the third link 53, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the recliner assembly 30, and a four-link mechanism is formed among the third link 53, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the second connecting plate 33.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 20, the lower ends of the first link 51, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are hinged on the strap 24. The base 20 includes only one strap 24, which makes the base 20 simple in structure, and a plurality of links are hinged to one strap 24 at intervals, so that the structural compactness and reliability of the seat 100 can be secured. Further, as shown in fig. 20, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are both hinged to the outer side of the bridge plate 24. This facilitates the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 to be hinged to other parts, thereby making it possible to make the seat 100 reasonable in overall design.
The lower end of the first link 51 is hinged to the front end of the strap 24, and the fourth link 54 is hinged to the rear end of the strap 24.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 20, the hinge point of the second link 52 and the third link 53 is close to the hinge point of the third link 53 and the strap 24. Thus, the overall layout of the six-bar linkage is reasonable, effective linkage can be realized, and the descending degree of the seat 100 can be favorably ensured.
According to still another alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 24 and 25, the second link 52 is hinged between the second side arm 412 and the fourth link 54, the first link 51 is located at the front side of the third link 53, and the fourth link 54 is located at the front side of the third link 53. A five-bar linkage is formed among the first link 51, the second link 52, the first side arm 411, the second side arm 412 and the base 20, a four-bar linkage is formed among the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54 and the recliner assembly 30, and a four-bar linkage is formed among the third link 53, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the second connecting plate 33.
Wherein the lower ends of the first link 51, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are hinged on the strap 24. The base 20 includes only one strap 24, which makes the base 20 simple in structure, and a plurality of links are hinged to one strap 24 at intervals, so that the structural compactness and reliability of the seat 100 can be secured. Further, the third link 53 and the fourth link 54 are both hinged to the outer side of the bridge plate 24.
The hinge point of the second link 52 and the fourth link 54 is close to the hinge point of the fourth link 54 and the bridge plate 24. The four-bar linkage mechanism is reasonable in overall layout, can be effectively linked, and can be beneficial to ensuring the descending degree of the seat 100.
It should be noted that the three types of arrangements of the second link 52 can all play the same role, and the difference is only the change of the connection position, and the working principle of the rotation of the plurality of links will be described in detail below.
Wherein, optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first side arm 411 is hinged between the front end and the rear end of the second side arm 412, and the upper end of the second link 52 is hinged at the front end of the second side arm 412.
Alternatively, the rear end of the first side arm 411 is hinged between the front end and the rear end of the second side arm 412, and the upper end of the second link 52 is hinged at the front end of the second side arm 412. Thus, the hinged position of the first side arm 411 and the second side arm 412 is reasonable, the rotation between the first side arm 411 and the second side arm 412 can be facilitated, and the second link 52 can be facilitated to support the side arm 41 at the front end of the second side arm 412, so that the lateral support strength of the seat 100 can be improved.
Specifically, the second connecting plate 33 and the second side arm 412 are each generally L-shaped. The second connecting plate 33 and the second side arm 412 of the L shape can better adapt to the angle change between the cushion 40 and the backrest 10, so that the seat 100 can be structurally reliable, and the angle change of the seat 100 is stable. As shown, the lower limbs of the second side arms 412 can abut against the base 20, which can be beneficial to increase the height of the seat cushion 40 which is lowered, and can further increase the storage space.
The seat 100 configured according to the above arrangement can realize the functions of forward tilting of the seat 100 as a whole and flat-laying of the backrest 10, but in the process of forward tilting of the seat 100 as a whole and flat-laying of the backrest 10, if the seat 100 needs to move the movable rail 22 forward or backward relative to the fixed rail 21, manual operation is generally required to unlock the movable rail 22, which results in complicated operation and poor user experience. Based on this, the present invention is further modified to achieve simultaneous unlocking of the movable rails 22 when the seat 100 is tilted forward and the backrest 10 is flat, to omit the user unlocking process, and two different embodiments are provided below.
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the seat 100 may further include: and a slide unlocking member 60, the slide unlocking member 60 being interlocked with one of the first link 51, the second link 52, the third link 53, and the fourth link 54, and unlocking the movable rail 22 when the interlocked link is rotated to a certain angle. It should be noted that the rotation angle of the slide unlocking member 60 is the same as the rotation angle of the link linked therewith. Thus, when the seat 100 is tilted forward or the backrest 10 is flat, the link assembly moves in association with the backrest 10, and the slide unlocking member 60 rotates accordingly, so that the slide unlocking member 60 can effectively unlock the movable rail 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the slide rail unlocking member 60 is interlocked with the second link 52, and the second link 52 may be hinged at the same point of the strap 24 as the fourth link 54. The slide unlocking member 60 is a cam, and the movable rail 22 is provided with an unlocking pin 23, and the cam is adapted to press the unlocking pin 23 to the unlocking position when the second link 52 rotates to a certain angle. It can be understood that, when the cam contacts with the upper end of the unlocking pin 23, the cam continuously changes the contact position of the unlocking pin 23 along with the continuous rotation of the cam, so that the unlocking pin 23 can be continuously pressed downwards, the unlocking pin 23 continuously moves downwards to the unlocking position, when the unlocking pin 23 is at the unlocking position, the movable rail 22 can slide relative to the fixed rail 21, and a user can simultaneously move the fixed rail 21 when adjusting the seat 100, so that the operation steps of the user can be reduced, and the use convenience of the user can be improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the second link 52 is fixed with a pin 61 penetrating the base 20, the cam is fixed on the pin 61, and the cam is spaced apart from the second link 52 by the bridge plate 24 of the base 20. The pin 61 may serve to connect the second link 52 and the cam, so that the second link 52 and the cam can rotate synchronously, and synchronous unlocking of the movable rail 22 can be ensured when the seat 100 is adjusted.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the seat 100 further includes: an unlock handle 70, the unlock handle 70 selectively unlocking the movable rail 22, for example, a user may manually operate the unlock handle 70 to unlock the movable rail 22. Wherein, after the seat 100 is tilted forward to a certain angle, the second connecting plate 33 stops against the unlocking handle 70 to urge the unlocking handle 70 to unlock the movable rail 22. It can be understood that, when the seat 100 is tilted forwards as a whole, the floor lock unlocks the second connecting plate 33, and the second connecting plate 33 can rotate forwards, so that the second connecting plate can move from the rear side of the unlocking handle 70 to the front upper side of the rear part of the unlocking handle 70 and then be stopped against the rear part of the unlocking handle 70, thereby achieving the same effect as that of manually operating the unlocking handle 70, and further achieving the effect of synchronously unlocking when the seat 100 is tilted forwards. Note that the seat 100 is tilted forward as a whole, that is, the backrest 10 and the seat cushion 40 are tilted forward as a whole with respect to the base 20, that is, the state of the seat 100 shown in fig. 12, so that the passengers in the rear seat 100 can get on and off the vehicle easily.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the second connecting plate 33 is provided with a protruding structure 34, the protruding structure 34 is provided at the front lower end of the second connecting plate 33, and the protruding structure 34 is adapted to stop against the rear portion of the unlocking handle 70. By providing the protruding structure 34, the second connecting plate 33 can be stopped against the unlocking handle 70 after rotating by a proper angle, so that the seat 100 can be unlocked conveniently and reliably.
Optionally, the unlocking handle 70 is provided with an abutment groove cooperating with the projecting structure 34. The arrangement of the abutting groove can increase the reliability of the cooperation between the second connecting plate 33 and the unlocking handle 70, so that the reliability of unlocking the movable rail 22 when the seat 100 tilts forward can be further improved.
The operation of the seat 100 with the seat 100 shown in fig. 2 tilted forward as a whole and the backrest 10 laid flat will be described in detail below.
The seat 100 is tilted forward as a whole: as shown in fig. 5, the cam and the release pin 23 may not be in contact when the user is normally seated on the seat 100. The seat 100 of the present invention can be used as a middle seat 100 in a front, middle and rear three-row seat 100, when a passenger on the rear seat 100 needs to get on or off the vehicle, the floor lock unlocks the second connecting plate 33, and at this time, the user pushes the backrest 10 forward, as shown in fig. 6, 8, 10 and 12, the four-bar linkage formed between the third link 53, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the second connecting plate 33 rotates forward, the rear link (i.e., the fourth link 54) of the four-bar linkage has the same fourth link 54 as the four-bar linkage formed between the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54, the base 20 and the recliner assembly 30, and since the recliner assembly 30 and the backrest frame 11 are in the locked state, the third link 53 and the second side arm 412 rotate forward, and finally the first link 51, the second link 52, the recliner assembly 30 and the backrest frame 11 are in the forward direction, The five-link mechanism formed between the first side arm 411, the second side arm 412 and the base 20 is rotated forward, so that the seat 100 is rotated forward as a whole (i.e., tilted forward).
In the process that the seat 100 is tilted forwards integrally, the second side arm 412 connected with the hinge point of the first connecting plate 31 and the backrest 10 rotate relatively, and the first side arm 411 and the second side arm 412 rotate relatively, so that after the seat 100 is tilted forwards integrally, the angles of the backrest 10 and the first side arm 411 change, and due to the change of the angles, the angle of downward rotation of the seat cushion 40 can be reduced, so that the sinking amount of the seat cushion 40 of the seat 100 can be ensured to be relatively small, and the distance between the unlocking handle 70 and the basin of the seat 100 can be relatively large. Therefore, the design can compress the thickness of the seat 100, so that the application range of the seat 100 with the structure is wider; meanwhile, when the seat cushion 40 is inclined forwards, the angle of the front end of the seat cushion 40 is not greatly reduced, so that the unlocking handle 70 of the slide rail can be ensured to be in a proper comfort range; meanwhile, for the sitting basin part, a seat net structure made of pipes and other profiles can be used, so that the manufacturing cost of the seat 100 can be reduced.
A cam unlocking mode: as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 11, when the seat 100 is tilted forward, the cam presses the unlocking pin 23 downward until the unlocking pin 23 moves downward to the unlocking position, so that the movable rail 22 can be unlocked, and thus the seat 100 is slid forward as a whole, and the space for getting on and off the vehicle by the third row passenger is increased as much as possible. And the movable rail 22 is still in the unlocked state when the seat 100 as a whole is forwardly tilted to the forwardmost position.
The process of returning the seat 100 to the design use state is the reverse of the above-described link movement process. The backrest 10 is driven to rotate backwards, so that the five connecting rods are pulled backwards under the combined action of the two four connecting rods, and the seat 100 integrally rotates backwards until the designed use state is recovered.
The protruding structure 34 of the second connecting plate 33 is unlocked: as shown in fig. 21 and 22, when the seat 100 is tilted forward as a whole, the trajectory 22 of the projecting structure 34 is divided into two phases: 1. the handle is moved forwards and upwards, the process realizes the upward movement of the convex structure 34, the energy is stored for realizing the next pressing process, and the handle is moved forwards to approach the rear part of the unlocking handle 70; 2. and the seat 100 is moved forward and downward, and the process is mainly a pressing process, so that the gravity of the seat 100 can be directly applied to the rear part of the unlocking handle 70 to realize unlocking, and the seat 100 can slide forward integrally.
It should be noted that, the unlocking of the movable rail 22 can be realized by any one of the two synchronous unlocking manners of the movable rail 22, and one of the two synchronous unlocking manners may be selected when the seat 100 is designed and produced.
The backrest 10 is laid flat: as shown in fig. 13, 15, 17 and 18, the floor lock locks the second connecting plate 33 in the recliner assembly 30, the second link 52, the second side arm 412, the fourth link 54, the second connecting plate 33 in the four-link mechanism formed between the base 20 and the recliner assembly 30 is a fixed link, the recliner 32 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, the backrest 10 rotates around the rotating shaft of the recliner 32, the second link 52 rotates forward, and in the five-link mechanism, the link on the first side arm 411 and the link on the second side arm 412 limit the degree of freedom of the second link 52, and when the four-link mechanism moves, the five-link mechanism can be pushed to rotate forward, and finally the seat cushion 40 of the seat 100 is lowered integrally while the backrest 10 rotates and is leveled forward.
Cam unlocking mode during the process of leveling the backrest 10: referring to fig. 14, 16 and 19, in the initial position, the cam is not in contact with the unlocking pin 23, the movable rail 22 is not unlocked, when the backrest 10 rotates forwards by 30 °, the cam presses the unlocking pin 23 to the unlocking position, when the backrest 10 continues to rotate forwards, the pressing amount of the unlocking pin 23 is continuously increased until the maximum position, then the cam continues to rotate, the pressing amount of the unlocking pin 23 is reduced until the backrest 10 is folded to 70 °, and at this time, the unlocking pin 23 is in the critical unlocking state. During this process, since the moving rail 22 is in the unlocked state, when the seat 100 is pushed backward, the seat 100 can slide backward to the final position; the backrest 10 continues to be laid flat forwards, the cam is gradually separated from the unlocking pin 23 until the backrest 10 is laid flat, the cam and the unlocking pin are separated, and the slide rail returns to a locking state.
It should be noted that the cam is provided to achieve different functions when the seat 100 is tilted forward and the backrest 10 is laid flat, because the second link 52 rotates at different angles during the two operations, the second link 52 rotates at about 80 ° during the forward tilting of the seat 100, the backrest 10 rotates at about 115 ° during the flat laying of the backrest 10, and the different rotation angles can achieve different states of pressing down the slide rail to unlock the press pin. When the seat 100 tilts forward, the cam can continuously press down the slide rail; when the backrest 10 is flatly placed, the slide rail can be unlocked in the middle of flatting, the seat 100 is integrally adjusted backwards, and the slide rail can be locked after flatting to prevent the seat 100 from sliding.
A vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the seat 100 of the above embodiment.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
