本发明属于充电机充电控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种动车组充电机电池充电控制方法。
背景技术
目前现有的电池充电控制策略按照充电类型主要有恒流充电、恒压充电和恒压限流充电等;根据充电过程中经历的不同阶段又可分为二阶段充电和三阶段充电等。上述现有充电控制策略仅注重电池在充电过程中经历的的状态,功能较为单一,无法满足动车组电池的充电控制要求。
而动车组电池对充电机充电控制策略的功能要求较高,不仅需自动识别电池类型从而进行智能控制,而且需时刻判断电池的状态进行相关控制策略的改变,同时,在异常工况下需进行智能限流或进行相应故障保护等。因此,本发明针对上述问题,考虑提供一种适用于动车组的电池充电控制策略。
发明内容
本发明在上述现有电池充电控制策略存在不足的基础上,提供了一种动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,通过自动识别电池类型,对不同的电池类型,采用不同的充电控制策略进行充电。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,包括:
识别电池类型:根据设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,识别电池类型;
若识别的电池类型为蓄电池,执行蓄电池充电控制策略对蓄电池进行充电管理:蓄电池无故障时,根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率,确定是否进行充电控制优化;若确定需要进行充电优化,则充电机保持运行状态,限定充电电流参考值,充电电压参考值执行浮充电曲线进行充电;若确定不需要进行充电优化,则根据蓄电池温度、充电电流、输出总电流确定充电电压参考值;
若识别的电池类型为锂电池,充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池不存在故障,则执行预设的锂电池充电控制策略对锂电池进行充电管理;
若电池类型无法识别,则充电机根据预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值进行充电。
优选的,根据设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,识别电池类型的方法为:
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器不存在故障,则识别电池类型为蓄电池;
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信正常,则识别电池类型为锂电池;
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则无法识别电池类型。
优选的,根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率,确定是否进行充电控制优化的具体方法为:
最大充电电流持续充电一段时间,若充电电流无下降趋势,则根据不同蓄电池温度和充电时间调节充电电流参考值,降低充电电流防止过充;
在电池充电过程中,充电电流会随着输出电压的抬升下降,充电电流下降斜率可用于判断蓄电池状态,根据不同充电电流下降斜率值调节充电电压参考值及充电电流参考值,保护电池防止过充;
根据充电电压的上升斜率判断蓄电池的充电情况,根据不同充电电压上升斜率调节充电电流参考值和充电电压参考值,进行智能充电。
优选的,在电池充电过程中,若蓄电池电压出现不降反升异常工况,则动态调节充电电压和充电电流参考值或直接进行故障保护。

优选的,在识别的电池类型为蓄电池时,若蓄电池温度超过预设温度阈值,则充电机停机,保护蓄电池;若蓄电池的温度传感器故障,则充电机保持运行状态,并根据预设的最低参考电压对蓄电池充电。
优选的,在识别的电池类型为锂电池时,若充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则充电机停机,并进行通信故障处理;
若充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池存在故障,则根据故障等级确定充电机是否停机,电池接触器是否需要断开。
优选的,BMS系统检测的锂电池故障包括电池单体过压或欠压、SOC过压或欠压、温度过高、压差过大。
优选的,电池类型无法识别时,若检测到存在充电电流过流,充电电压过压或欠压故障时,执行故障重启或充电机停机,并对故障进行处理。

本发明提供了一种适用于动车组的充电机电池充电控制方法,通过判断设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,可自动识别电池类型;同时,针对识别的不同的电池类型,具体提供不同的充电控制方法,即:在识别的电池为蓄电池时,则可根据电池的温度、电流下降斜率、充电时间、电压上升斜率等状态自动进行电池充电的优化控制,既可满足电池充电的要求,防止过充故障,又可以在电池发生不可控故障前,提前预知避免事故的发生,最大程度的防止电池亏电,保障动车组110V直流母线供电的可持续性;在识别的电池类型为锂电池时,可以通过充电机与BMS系统之间的信息交互,了解电池单体的电压、SOC、温度、压差等状态并根据参考电压或参考电流的改变从而进行智能的限压或限流等控制;在无法识别电池类型时,也可以按照预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值对电池进行小电流充电,在充分满足电池不亏电、不发生故障的前提下提供动车组110V母线的供电。同时,无论充电机连接蓄电池或锂电池均有完善的充电故障保护,在发生故障时,保障电池充电安全。本发明提供的充电机电池充电控制方法,具有通用性、集成性和可靠性,最大限度的满足了动车组供电需求。

本发明实施例提供了一种动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,如图1所示,包括:
(1)识别电池类型:如图2所示,根据设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,识别电池类型:若识别设置于电池的温度传感器不存在故障,则识别电池类型为蓄电池;若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信正常,则识别电池类型为锂电池;若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则无法识别电池类型。
(2)若识别的电池类型为蓄电池,如图3所示,执行蓄电池充电控制策略对蓄电池进行充电管理:
①蓄电池无故障时,根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压,确定是否进行充电控制优化,即:
最大充电电流持续充电一段时间,一般4小时以上,需根据不同电池容量确定,若充电电流无下降趋势,则根据不同蓄电池温度和充电时间调节充电电流参考值,强行降低充电电流防止过充;
在电池充电过程中,充电电流会随着输出电压的抬升下降,充电电流下降斜率可用于判断蓄电池状态,根据不同充电电流下降斜率值调节充电电压参考值及充电电流参考值,以保护电池防止过充;
根据充电电压的上升斜率判断蓄电池的充电情况,根据不同充电电压上升斜率调节充电电流参考值和充电电压参考值的大小,进行智能充电;
同时,在充电过程中若蓄电池电压出现不降反升异常工况,则根据具体情况恶劣程度调节充电电压参考值和充电电流参考值或直接进行故障保护。
②若确定需要进行充电优化,则充电机保持运行状态,限定充电电流参考值,充电电压参考值执行浮充电曲线进行充电;
③若确定不需要进行充电优化,则根据蓄电池温度、充电电流、输出总电流确定充电电压参考值,即:
充电机刚启动时根据蓄电池温度设定初始化充电电压和充电电流参考值,并设定初始化默认输出总电流参考值;
充电机达到运行状态后,根据程序内设定的关于充电电流、蓄电池温度和充电电压的曲线,确定当前时刻充电电压参考值,并根据输出总电流和其余车辆蓄电池充电状态和输出总电流状态对充电电压参考值进行微调达到智能均流的目的;
同时,根据上述提及的由充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率调节充电电压参考值的方法动态调节充电电压参考值。
蓄电池故障时,若蓄电池温度超过预设温度阈值,则充电机停机,保护蓄电池;若蓄电池的温度传感器故障,则充电机保持运行状态,并根据预设的最低参考电压对蓄电池充电。
本实施例中在识别的电池类型为蓄电池时,可根据电池的温度、电流下降斜率、充电时间、电压上升斜率等状态自动进行电池充电的优化控制,既可满足电池充电的要求,防止过充故障,又可以在电池发生不可控故障前,提前预知避免事故的发生,最大程度的防止电池亏电,保障动车组110V直流母线供电的可持续性。
(3)若识别的电池类型为锂电池,如图4所示,充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池不存在电池单体过欠压、SOC过欠压、温度过高、压差过大等故障,则执行预设的锂电池充电控制策略对锂电池进行充电管理;充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则充电机停机,并进行通信故障处理;若充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池存在电池单体过欠压、SOC过欠压、温度过高、压差过大等故障,则根据故障等级确定充电机是否停机,电池接触器是否需要断开。
本实施例中在识别的电池类型为锂电池时,则可通过充电机与BMS系统之间的信息交互,了解电池单体的电压、SOC、温度、压差等状态并根据参考电压或参考电流的改变从而进行智能的限压或限流等控制。
(4)若电池类型无法识别,如图5所示,若不存在充电电流过流、充电电压过压或欠压等故障,则充电机根据预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值进行无差别充电,保证列车的基本供电需求。若存在充电电流过流、充电电压过压或欠压等故障时,执行故障重启或充电机停机等操作,并进行故障处理。具备此功能后,即使无法识别电池类型,充电机也可以按照预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值对电池进行小电流充电,在充分满足电池不亏电、不发生故障的前提下提供动车组110V母线的供电。
综上,本发明提供了一种适用于动车组的充电机电池充电控制方法,通过判断设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,可自动识别电池类型;同时,针对识别的不同的电池类型,具体提供不同的充电控制方法,即:在识别的电池为蓄电池时,则可根据电池的温度、电流下降斜率、充电时间、电压上升斜率等状态自动进行电池充电的优化控制,既可满足电池充电的要求,防止过充故障,又可以在电池发生不可控故障前,提前预知避免事故的发生,最大程度的防止电池亏电,保障动车组110V直流母线供电的可持续性;在识别的电池类型为锂电池时,可以通过充电机与BMS系统之间的信息交互,了解电池单体的电压、SOC、温度、压差等状态并根据参考电压或参考电流的改变从而进行智能的限压或限流等控制;在无法识别电池类型时,也可以按照预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值对电池进行小电流充电,在充分满足电池不亏电、不发生故障的前提下提供动车组110V母线的供电。同时,无论充电机连接蓄电池或锂电池均有完善的充电故障保护,在发生故障时,保障电池充电安全。本发明提供的充电机电池充电控制方法,具有通用性、集成性和可靠性,最大限度的满足了动车组供电需求,大大提高了动车组充电机的兼容性,节约了能源和成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
识别电池类型:根据设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,识别电池类型;
若识别的电池类型为蓄电池,执行蓄电池充电控制策略对蓄电池进行充电管理:蓄电池无故障时,根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率,确定是否进行充电控制优化;若确定需要进行充电优化,则充电机保持运行状态,限定充电电流参考值,充电电压参考值执行浮充电曲线进行充电;若确定不需要进行充电优化,则根据蓄电池温度、充电电流、输出总电流确定充电电压参考值;
若识别的电池类型为锂电池,充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池不存在故障,则执行预设的锂电池充电控制策略对锂电池进行充电管理;
若电池类型无法识别,则充电机根据预设的最小充电电压参考值和预设的充电电流参考值进行充电;
根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率,确定是否进行充电控制优化的具体方法为:
最大充电电流持续充电一段时间,若充电电流无下降趋势,则根据不同蓄电池温度和充电时间调节充电电流参考值,降低充电电流防止过充;
在电池充电过程中,充电电流会随着输出电压的抬升下降,充电电流下降斜率可用于判断蓄电池状态,根据不同充电电流下降斜率值调节充电电压参考值及充电电流参考值,保护电池防止过充;
根据充电电压的上升斜率判断蓄电池的充电情况,根据不同充电电压上升斜率调节充电电流参考值和充电电压参考值,进行智能充电;
根据蓄电池温度、充电电流、输出总电流确定充电电压参考值的具体方法为:
充电机刚启动时根据蓄电池温度设定初始化充电电压和充电电流参考值,并设定初始化默认输出总电流参考值;
充电机达到运行状态后,根据所述充电机的程序内设定的关于充电电流、蓄电池温度和充电电压的曲线确定当前时刻充电电压参考值,并根据当前车辆输出总电流和其余车辆蓄电池充电状态、其余车辆输出总电流状态调节充电电压参考值,达到智能均流的目的;
同时,根据充电电流持续时间、充电电流下降斜率、充电电压上升斜率,动态调节充电电压参考值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,根据设置于电池的温度传感器故障状态、以及充电机与电池的BMS系统通信状态,识别电池类型的方法为:
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器不存在故障,则识别电池类型为蓄电池;
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信正常,则识别电池类型为锂电池;
若识别设置于电池的温度传感器存在故障,且充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则无法识别电池类型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,在电池充电过程中,若蓄电池电压出现不降反升异常工况,则动态调节充电电压和充电电流参考值或直接进行故障保护。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,在识别的电池类型为蓄电池时,若蓄电池温度超过预设温度阈值,则充电机停机,保护蓄电池;若蓄电池的温度传感器故障,则充电机保持运行状态,并根据预设的最低参考电压对蓄电池充电。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,在识别的电池类型为锂电池时,若充电机与BMS系统通信异常,则充电机停机,并进行通信故障处理;
若充电机与BMS系统通信正常,且BMS系统检测锂电池存在故障,则根据故障等级确定充电机是否停机,电池接触器是否需要断开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,BMS系统检测的锂电池故障包括电池单体过压或欠压、SOC过压或欠压、温度过高、压差过大。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的动车组充电机电池充电控制方法,其特征在于,电池类型无法识别时,若检测到存在充电电流过流,充电电压过压或欠压故障时,执行故障重启或充电机停机,并对故障进行处理。
