Abstract

本发明提供天线阵列及具有所述天线阵列的液晶显示器,所述天线阵列包括至少两个天线单元,每一个天线单元包括天线模块以及与所述天线模块相连的控制电路,所述天线模块包括第一基底、设置于所述第一基底一侧的天线、第二基底、设置于所述第二基底两侧的接地层与馈入部、以及液晶层;所述接地层开设耦合槽,所述天线、所述第一基底、液晶层、所述接地层以及所述第二基底依次堆叠设置,所述控制电路控制所述液晶层内液晶分子的偏转状态,以改变所述天线与所述接地层之间的介电常数,进而改变所述天线单元的工作频率,所述天线阵列的辐射场型通过控制每一个天线单元的工作频率进行调整。

天线阵列及具有所述天线阵列的液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天线阵列,尤其涉及一种应用于液晶显示器的天线阵列。
背景技术
现有的液晶显示器内设有贴片天线单元进行信号收发。所述贴片天线单元一般通过移相器来使其工作频率进行偏移,然而,移相器的加入使得贴片天线单元的体积增加,且线路复杂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种体积小、线路简单,同时,还可进行工作频率偏移的天线阵列及具有所述天线阵列的液晶显示器。
一种天线阵列,所述天线阵列包括至少两个天线单元,每一个天线单元包括天线模块以及与所述天线模块相连的控制电路,所述天线模块包括第一基底、设置于所述第一基底一侧的天线、第二基底、设置于所述第二基底两侧的接地层与馈入部、以及液晶层;所述接地层开设耦合槽,所述天线、所述第一基底、液晶层、所述接地层以及所述第二基底依次堆叠设置,所述控制电路控制所述液晶层内液晶分子的偏转状态,以改变所述天线与所述接地层之间的介电常数,进而改变所述天线单元的工作频率,所述天线阵列的辐射场型通过控制每一个天线单元的工作频率进行调整。
一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括基板、设置于所述基板上的显示区域及上述的天线阵列。
本发明所述天线阵列通过控制液晶分子的偏转状态来改变所述天线与所述接地层之间的介电常数,进而使所述天线单元的工作频率发生偏移,无需额外设置移相器,因此,所述天线阵列的线路简单、且体积较小。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例提供一种天线阵列100,所述天线阵列100设置于液晶显示器200中,用以发射、接收无线信号。
所述液晶显示器200包括基板201及设置于所述基板201的显示区域202。所述天线阵列100设置于所述基板201上,位于所述液晶显示器200的非显示区域,例如,所述显示区域202的一端,当然,所述天线阵列100还可设置于所述显示区域202的另一端或者两侧。
请参阅图2及图3,所述天线阵列100包括至少两个天线单元10a。每一个天线单元10a包括天线模块10以及与所述天线模块10相连的控制电路30。
所述天线模块10包括第一基底11、天线12、接地层13、第二基底14、馈入部15、以及液晶层16。
所述天线12、所述第一基底11、所述液晶层16、所述接地层13以及所述第二基底14依次堆叠设置,所述控制电路30控制所述液晶层16内液晶分子161的偏转状态,以改变所述接地层和天线之间的介电常数,进而改变所述天线单元10a的工作频率,所述控制电路30控制每一个天线单元10a以对所述天线阵列100的辐射场型进行调整。
在本较佳实施例中,所述第一基底11大致呈矩形,用于设置所述天线12。在本较佳实施例中,所述第一基底11由聚合物、玻璃、陶瓷中任意一种制成。
所述天线12为贴片天线,大致为矩形片体,可以理解,所述天线12也可以为其他任意形状。所述天线12设置于所述第一基底11的一侧。
所述接地层13用于向所述天线12提供接地。所述接地层13还开设耦合槽131。在本较佳实施例中,所述耦合槽131大致呈矩形,可以理解,所述耦合槽131也可以为其他任意形状。
在本较佳实施例中,所述第二基底14大致呈矩形,用于设置所述接地层13,所述接地层13设置于所述第二基底14朝向天线12的一侧。在本较佳实施例中,所述第二基底14由聚合物、玻璃、陶瓷中任意一种制成。
所述馈入部15用于向所述天线单元10a馈入信号。所述馈入部15可由微带线、共面微带线、开槽传输线、槽孔耦合微带线中任意一种制成。在本较佳实施例中,所述馈入部15呈长条状,设置于所述第二基底14与所述接地层13相对的一侧,所述馈入部15大致位于所述第二基底14的中轴线,且与所述耦合槽131对应。
所述液晶层16可设置于所述液晶显示器200的基板201内,其可为所述液晶显示器200内现有的液晶基底,所述天线阵列100嵌入在所述液晶显示器200,所述液晶层16内的液晶分子161的偏转状态可以改变所述天线12与所述接地层13之间的介电常数,从而使所述天线单元10a的工作频率发生偏移。
在本较佳实施例中,所述控制电路30包括第一电容C1及与所述第一电容C1相连的开关31,所述第一电容C1的第一端连接至所述天线12,第二端连接至所述接地层13,并接地,所述开关31控制所述第一端与所述第二端之间的电压,所述第一电容C1用于驱动所述液晶分子161偏转。当所述开关31导通时,所述液晶分子161偏转,当所述开关31截止时,所述液晶分子161停止偏转。
在本较佳实施例中,所述开关31为场效应管,其漏极D与所述第一端相连,栅极G接地,源极S连接驱动电压Vcc,同时,所述源极S经电阻R连接至栅极G。
可以理解,所述控制电路30还包括微带线33以及第二电容C2,所述微带线33设置于所述天线12与所述第一端之间,所述第二电容C2与所述第一电容C1并联,所述第二电容C2与所述微带线33配合调整所述天线12的匹配阻抗。在本较佳实施例中,所述微带线33为四分之一波长微带线。
请参阅图4,在本较佳实施例中,所述天线阵列100包括多个天线单元10a,所述天线阵列100为N×M天线阵列,其中,N、M均为自然数,在本较佳实施例中,N、M分别等于3、4。所述天线阵列100的排列方式可根据所述液晶显示器200内的空间进行调整,也可呈其他形状,例如,圆形排布等,在本较佳实施例中,所述天线阵列100通过N×M阵列方式排布,可便于控制所述天线单元10a,且所述天线单元10a整体占用的空间较小,易于安装。
当所述天线阵列100发射、接收无线信号时,所述天线阵列100的辐射场型可通过控制每一个天线单元10a的工作频率进行调整,所述天线阵列100的辐射场型由每一个天线单元10a的工作频率总和来确定,具体地,可通过所述控制电路30控制驱动电压Vcc来控制所述开关31的状态,当所述开关31导通时,所述液晶分子161发生偏转,当所述开关31截止时,所述液晶分子161停止偏转,所述液晶分子161的偏转状态可以改变所述天线12与所述接地层13之间的介电常数,进而使所述天线单元10a的工作频率发生偏移。同时,通过控制所述天线单元10a的处于截止状态的开关31(例如,图4中标示为off的开关)数量,可降低所述天线阵列100的辐射效率,进而调整所述天线阵列100的波束方向。具体地,处于截止状态的开关31数量越多时,所述天线阵列100的辐射效率越低。
本发明所述天线阵列100无需额外设置移相器,便可使所述天线单元10a的工作频率发生偏移,因此,所述天线阵列100的线路简单、且体积较小。
以上实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照以上较佳实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换都不应脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化等用在本发明的设计,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种天线阵列,其特征在于:所述天线阵列包括至少两个天线单元,每一个天线单元包括天线模块以及与所述天线模块相连的控制电路,所述天线模块包括第一基底、设置于所述第一基底一侧的天线、第二基底、设置于所述第二基底两侧的接地层与馈入部、以及液晶层;所述接地层开设耦合槽,所述天线、所述第一基底、液晶层、所述接地层以及所述第二基底依次堆叠设置,所述控制电路控制所述液晶层内液晶分子的偏转状态,以改变所述天线与所述接地层之间的介电常数,进而改变所述天线单元的工作频率,所述天线阵列的辐射场型通过控制每一个天线单元的工作频率进行调整。
2.如权利要求1所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述控制电路包括第一电容及与所述第一电容相连的开关,所述第一电容的第一端连接至所述天线,第二端连接至所述接地层,所述开关控制所述第一端与所述第二端之间的电压,所述第一电容用于驱动所述液晶分子偏转。
3.如权利要求2所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述开关为场效应管,其漏极与所述第一端相连,栅极接地,源极连接一驱动电压并经电阻连接至栅极。
4.如权利要求2所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述控制电路还包括微带线以及第二电容,所述微带线设置于所述天线与所述第一端之间,所述第二电容与所述第一电容并联,所述第二电容与所述微带线配合调整天线的匹配阻抗。
5.如权利要求4所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述微带线为四分之一波长微带线。
6.如权利要求1所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述天线阵列包括多个天线单元,所述天线单元呈N×M阵列排布,其中,N、M均为自然数。
7.如权利要求1所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述天线为贴片天线,大致为矩形片体。
8.如权利要求1所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述第一基底以及所述第二基底均由聚合物、玻璃、陶瓷中任意一种制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的天线阵列,其特征在于:所述馈入部由微带线、共面微带线、开槽传输线、槽孔耦合微带线中任意一种制成。
10.一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括基板、设置于所述基板上的显示区域及天线阵列,其特征在于:所述天线阵列为权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的天线阵列。
