Background
The optical filter is mainly installed in a lens module to filter light, thereby ensuring the lens module to have good imaging quality. The conventional optical filter is mainly glued on a spacer ring by a glue dispenser. The conventional dispensing method is prone to cause poor contact force between the optical filter and the spacer ring due to the problems of deterioration, uneven coating or incomplete curing of the adhesive, and the like, thereby causing peeling between the optical filter and the spacer ring, causing failure of the lens module and poor production efficiency.
In addition, as disclosed in taiwan patent No. I366737, a lens module is provided, which includes a lens barrel, and a filter and a spacer ring accommodated in the lens barrel. The filter and the spacer ring are integrally formed. The lens module is in an integral molding structure with the optical filter and the spacing ring, so that the optical filter is stably fixed on the spacing ring and cannot fall off from the spacing ring, and a dispensing process between the optical filter and the spacing ring is avoided, thereby improving the production efficiency of products.
Although the aforesaid patent can prevent the optical filter from falling off from the spacer ring, since the spacer ring is directly formed on the periphery of the optical filter by injection molding, when the optical filter is disposed in an injection mold, in order to avoid the material escaping phenomenon of the plastic material in the injection mold, a certain clamping force must be generated on the optical filter by the injection mold, so that the optical filter is easily broken in the injection mold. In addition, in the cooling process of the plastic material, the spacer ring is easily deformed in the cooling process, so that the assembly of the spacer ring in the lens module causes deviation, and the imaging quality of the lens module is affected.
Therefore, how to provide a filtering assembly capable of improving the assembly efficiency of the lens module and greatly reducing the labor cost is the problem to be solved by the invention.

Detailed Description
The following description of the present invention and its technical contents will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention is a light filtering assembly for use in a lens module, the light filtering assembly 10 includes a fixing base 20, a light filter 30, a light shielding sheet 40, a contact 50 and an auxiliary contact 60.
The fixing base 20 is formed by injection molding of a plastic material, the fixing base 20 has a hollow portion 21 at the center, the hollow portion 21 is surrounded by a supporting portion 22 extending from the fixing base 20 toward the hollow portion 21, and a first contact space 23 is formed between the supporting portion 22 and the fixing base 20. In addition, a supporting platform 24 is further formed on the supporting portion 21, and a second contact space 25 is formed on the supporting platform 24.
The filter 30 is mounted on the hollow portion 21 and carried on the supporting platform 24 of the supporting portion 22, and the outer periphery of the filter 30 extends into the first contact space 23.
The light shielding sheet 40 is in a ring shape, and is disposed on the filter 30, opposite to the supporting portion 22, and an outer periphery of the light shielding sheet 40 extends into the first contact space 23.
The contact element 50 is formed by injecting an adhesive material into the first contact space 23 and cooling the material, so that the contact element 50 covers the outer peripheries of the filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 in the first contact space 23. Because the contact member 50 has adhesiveness, after the contact member 50 is molded in the first contact space 23, the filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 can be effectively bonded to the fixing base 20, and the filter 30 can be effectively positioned in the hollow portion 21.
The auxiliary contact member 60 is pre-injected into the second contact space 25 by using the same adhesive material as the contact member 50, so that when the filter 30 is supported on the support portion 22, the filter 30 can be stably supported on the support portion 22 in advance, thereby preventing the contact member 50 from causing the filter 30 to shift on the support portion 22 during molding.
In practical operation, the fixing base 20 is formed by injection molding, the fixing base 20 is placed in a lower mold base (not shown), an adhesive material is injected into the second contact space 25 of the fixing base 20, and the optical filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 are sequentially placed in the hollow portion 21, such that the optical filter 30 is supported on the supporting platform 24 and is bonded to the supporting portion 22, and is pre-positioned on the supporting portion 22. Then, an upper mold base (not shown) is covered on the lower mold base, and then an adhesive material is injected between the upper mold base and the lower mold base, so that the adhesive material is filled in the first contact space 23, after the adhesive material is cooled in the first contact space 23 and the second contact space 25, the contact element 50 is formed in the first contact space 23, the auxiliary contact element 60 is formed in the second contact space 25, and finally the molded filter assembly 10 is taken out from between the upper mold base and the lower mold base.
It is worth mentioning that the adhesive material is mainly a silica gel, which has the characteristics of high adhesion, low melting point, etc. Before being injected into the first contact space 23 and the second contact space 25, the silica gel is heated to form a liquid state, so as to be conveniently injected into the first contact space 23 and the second contact space 25, and since the silica gel has the characteristic of low melting point, the fixing seat 20 is not melted, and the fixing seat 20 is not deformed. Meanwhile, after the silica gel is cooled and formed, the optical filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 can be effectively ensured to be stably held on the fixing seat 20, and the production yield of the optical filter assembly 10 is further improved.
After the contact element 50 is formed in the first contact space 23, a contact groove 51 surrounding the outer peripheries of the optical filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 is formed on the contact element 50, and the contact groove 51 covers the outer peripheries of the optical filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40. The contact slot 51 includes a first contact surface 52, a second contact surface 53 opposite to the first contact surface 52, and a third contact surface 54 connected between the first contact surface 52 and the second contact surface 53. The first contact surface 52 is located on one surface of the optical filter 30 having the light-shielding sheet 40, and is in contact with a portion of the optical filter 30 and a portion of the light-shielding sheet 40. The second contact surface 53 is located on the other surface of the filter 30 and contacts with a portion of the filter 30, so as to ensure that the filter 30 and the light shielding sheet 40 can be stably adhered to the fixing base 50.
Therefore, the filter assembly can obtain higher production qualification rate, and when the filter assembly is assembled in a lens module (not shown in the figure), the phenomenon that the filter is peeled off from the fixed seat can be effectively prevented, so that the lens module can obtain good imaging quality, and the service life of the lens module can be prolonged.
In conclusion, the present invention has indeed met the requirements of the patent application, and a patent application is legally proposed. However, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the claims of the present invention. Modifications and variations of the present invention, which would occur to those skilled in the art, are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
