The invention provides a cleaning composition for spitting juice from an areca nut mouth, which comprises the following components: 10-50 parts by mass of a builder; 20-60 parts by mass of a surfactant; 0.5-5 parts by mass of a preservative; 1-10 parts by mass of a calcium complexing agent; 480-520 parts of water; the builder is one or more of trisodium citrate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium sulfate, nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and sodium salt thereof, polyacrylic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose and tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate; the surfactant is a weak acid or weak base surfactant. The cleaning composition provided by the invention can be dripped or sprayed on the surface of the red betel nut mouth spitting liquid after being solidified, the color can be colorless or weakened, most importantly, the solidified red juice treated by the cleaning composition provided by the invention becomes soluble and can be washed away without too much water, and the impact of the betel nut mouth spitting liquid on the environment is reduced.
Betel nut is eaten by wrapping betel nut with ingredients, and the betel nut turns red after being chewed. Therefore, the inventor researches that substances which can influence the generation of red substances in areca chewing juice possibly comprise: areca, betel nut, ingredients and saliva.
The inventor finds that the red juice is generated under the condition that areca, betel and ingredients are required, while amylase is not required, and the amylase is added to ensure that the color of the oral juice is darker. It is known that the interaction between the chemicals in the ingredients, betel nut, and betel nut produces red juice.
Therefore, the inventor creatively adopts a simulated spot inspection method of a glass plate for spitting juice from an areca nut mouth to detect the decolorizing effect.
The first step of the areca chewing gum glass plate simulated spot inspection method is preparation of an areca chewing gum simulated solution. In order to ensure the uniformity of the test standard, the areca nut spitting juice is not chewed, but is a simulation liquid prepared in a laboratory. The research of the inventor shows that areca seeds, but not areca pulp, generate red vomit juice; the raw materials for producing the best effect of red spitting juice comprise 15g of areca seeds, 0.3g of betel leaves, 0.075g of calcium oxide and 20mL of pure water. However, since the resulting simulated liquid was too dilute and flowed out when the simulated spots were formed on the glass plate, the mixture ratios of the simulated liquid were finally selected to be 15g of areca seeds, 0.3g of betel leaves, 0.075g of calcium oxide, and 15mL of pure water. In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following will describe in detail a cleaning composition for betel nut juice and its preparation method with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
500ml of water, 30g of trisodium citrate, 4g of EDTA, 45g of betaine and 1.5g of potassium sorbate are heated to 35 ℃ to dissolve all substances, so that the clean water for betel nut vomit juice with a certain ratio can be obtained.
Example 2
Heating water 510ml, trisodium citrate 25g, EDTA5g, betaine 40g and potassium sorbate 2.5g to 35 ℃ to dissolve all substances, thus obtaining the areca chewing gum cleaning water with a mixture ratio.
Example 3
490ml of water, 35g of trisodium citrate, EDTA3g, 55g of betaine and 1.0g of potassium sorbate are heated to 35 ℃ to dissolve all substances, thus obtaining the areca-nut juice spitting cleaning water with a certain proportion, and the areca-nut juice spitting cleaning water can be filled into a spray can to form the areca-nut juice spitting cleaning spray.
Example 4
500ml of water, 30g of sodium hexametaphosphate, 4g of ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid, 45g of dodecyl dimethyl betaine and 1.5g of potassium sorbate are heated to 35 ℃ to dissolve all the substances, thus obtaining the betel nut juice spitting cleaning water with a certain proportion, and the betel nut juice spitting cleaning water is filled into a spray pot to form the betel nut juice spitting cleaning spray.
Example 5
The effect of the areca nut oral spitting juice cleaning product prepared in the embodiments 1-4 of the invention is determined:
the raw materials for producing the best effect of red spitting juice comprise 15g of areca seeds, 0.3g of betel leaves, 0.075g of calcium oxide and 20mL of pure water. However, since the resulting simulated liquid was too dilute and flowed out when the simulated spots were formed on the glass plate, the mixture ratios of the simulated liquid were finally selected to be 15g of areca seeds, 0.3g of betel leaves, 0.075g of calcium oxide, and 15mL of pure water. The second step of the areca catechu mouth juice-spitting glass plate simulated spot inspection method is to paint out areca catechu mouth juice-spitting simulated spots. The method comprises the following steps:
a10 cm by 20cm glass plate was weighed and 8 circles of 3cm diameter were drawn on one side of the glass plate at equal distances using a fine oil pen. Then, on the reverse side of the glass plate (to avoid interference of chemicals in the oil pen), 8 circles with a diameter of 3cm were coated with a simulation liquid to form a simulation spot.
This process is shown in FIG. 1 (a is a 10 cm. times.20 cm weighed glass plate, b is a simulated plaque).
The reason for eight spots on one glass plate was to test reproducibility.
The third step of the areca chewing juice glass plate simulated spot inspection method is solidification and constant weight of the simulated spots. And when the moisture in the simulated spots is slightly dry and does not flow, putting the glass plate into a drying box to be dried for 1 hour at the temperature of 50 ℃, so that the simulated spots with the areca nut juice spitting mouth with excellent solidification finally are obtained.
The invention has the advantages that the decolorizing effect is tested: the preparation and reference solutions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention are dripped on the simulation spots by a dropper, two drops are dipped at the dripping position by filter paper every three minutes to suck away the dissolved and washed objects, each simulation spot is successively operated three times at different positions, and the solid solution and the color fading difference in the simulation spots can be obviously seen by a weighing method or direct visual observation by eyes.
5% betaine solution (a), 15% betaine solution (b), 0.8% EDTA solution (c), EDTA betaine solution (d, weighing 20g betaine and 4g EDTA with water to 500mL), EDTA trisodium citrate solution (e, weighing 4g EDTA and 20g trisodium citrate with water to 500mL), inventive solution (f), water (g), regular detergent solution (h). The result is shown in fig. 2 (all the color spots of the original image are red, and the image is turned into black and white for convenience).
As is evident from FIG. 2, it is known that the water and detergent solutions have no decolorizing effect on the solidified juice discharged from the mouth of the betel nut; the betaine, the trisodium citrate and the EDTA have a decolorizing effect, and the invention which is prepared by the three components in the embodiment of the invention has better decolorizing effect and better stability.
Meanwhile, the experiment adjusts the constant temperature bath to 30 ℃, 35 ℃ and 40 ℃, and the phenomenon is observed, so that no phenomenon is generated, and the decolorizing effect of the EDTA is not influenced at 25-40 ℃.
The phenomenon was observed every one hour, eight hours later. The phenomenon is observed once every twelve hours, the solution has no obvious change after three days, and the experiment shows that the time has no influence on the decolorizing effect of the EDTA.
The result shows that the product of the invention has stable decolorizing effect, and the decolorizing effect of EDTA is not influenced by the time after the product is placed for three days after decolorizing. EDTA does not affect the decolorizing effect under the condition of 25-40 ℃.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning composition for vomit juice from betel nut mouth is characterized by comprising:

the builder is one or more of trisodium citrate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium sulfate, nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and sodium salt thereof, polyacrylic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose and tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate;
the surfactant is a weak acid or weak base surfactant.

The composition of claim 1, wherein the calcium complexing agent is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and its sodium salt, aminotrimethylenephosphonic acid, ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonic acid, sodium ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonic acid, diethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid, sodium polyacrylate, ethylenediaminesodium diorthohydroxyphenylacetate, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and its sodium salt, ethyleneglycoldiethylethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid and its sodium salt, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid and its sodium salt, iminodisuccinic acid tetrasodium salt, hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid and its sodium salt, 2-phosphonobutane-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid, 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid, bis-1, 6-hexylenediaminepentamethylenephosphonic acid, diacetamidotetrasodium acetate, sodium polyaspartate, polyepoxysuccinic acid and its sodium salt, maleic ester-acrylic acid copolymer, sodium salt, and mixtures thereof, One or more of diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid pentasodium, nitrilotriacetic acid, iminodiacetic acid, potassium sodium tartrate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium citrate or sodium gluconate;
the surfactant is one or more of betaine, alkyl betaine, alkylamide betaine, sulfopropyl betaine and phosphate betaine;
the preservative is potassium sorbate, sodium sorbate, calcium sorbate, parabens, sodium diacetate, calcium propionate or sodium lactate;
the pH value of the areca nut spitting juice cleaning composition is 6-8.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the areca nut vomit juice cleansing composition comprises:

4. a method for preparing a betel nut mouth spitting juice cleaning composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
mixing builder, surfactant, antiseptic, calcium complexing agent and water.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the mixing temperature is 25 to 40 ℃.
6. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the removal of areca vomit.
7. A cleaning product for spitting juice from betel nut mouth, which comprises the cleaning composition for spitting juice from betel nut mouth as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. The product of claim 7, wherein the cleaning product comprises a cleaning water or cleaning spray.
9. The use method of the areca chewing juice cleaning product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dripping or spraying the areca chewing gum cleaning composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 on the solidified areca chewing gum, and then washing with water.
