技术领域
本发明一种一种脱水设备,属于机械领域。利用机械能,将物品从一端运送到另一端,同时将物品压实并挤出运送物品中的液体。
背景技术
现有的传送带仅实现了将物品从一端运送到另一端,对松散的、吸水物品没有进行处理,不便将物品打包运输。
发明内容
本发明目的在于实现在物品运送的同时,对物品进行挤压,以减小物品体积,排出物品中的液体,便于后期处理。
本发明一种脱水设备,设计了挤压带组,由挤压带及运送带夹着物品,将物品送入挤压对轴,可有效解决运送物品堆积在挤压轴前不能进入挤压对轴的问题。
可通过调整挤压对轴的间距,调整对运送物品的压力,通过增加挤压对轴数量,逐级加大压力,尽可能的挤压出物品中的液体。
在运送物品中有可能混杂有硬质物品时,挤压带组的挤压对轴应是弹性固定。当硬质物品进入挤压对轴时,可以弹开挤压对轴,以保护挤压对轴及挤压带不被损坏。
挤压出的液体由凹槽型的收集板将液体导入到容器中或管道中,避免液体随意散落,污染周边环境。
本发明结构直观,易于操作使用及维护。

具体实施方式
一种脱水设备可由如下方法实现:由运送带组、挤压带组及收集板构成。送带组包括:主动轴(2)、从动轴(3)、(4)、(5)和环状运送带(1)组成;挤压带组包括:两对挤压轴(8)、(9)、(10)、(11)及挤压带张紧调整轴(7)和环状挤压带(6)组成。
首先按照所运输物品的特点,参照图2制作安装支架。将轴(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)、(9),(11)穿过环状运送带(1),将各轴安装到各自的轴架的轴孔中,并将各轴架固定到安装支架的相应位置;转动(20),将轴(4)的两个张紧轴架调整到最松状态。
将轴(10)、(8)、(7)穿过环状挤压带(6),将各轴安装到各自的轴架的轴孔中,并将各轴架固定到安装支架的相应位置;转动(20),将轴(7)的两个张紧轴架调整到最松状态。
通过调整挤压轴(8)和(10)的轴架紧固螺栓(21)来调整压紧弹簧(22)张力,从而调整挤压压力;转动(20),调整轴(7)的两个张紧轴架,调整好挤压带的张紧度。转动(20),调整轴(4)的两个张紧轴架,调整好运送带的张紧度。
将收集板在轴(3)与挤压轴(9)、挤压轴(11)之间穿过运送带,固定在安装架上。
将主动轴(2)连接外部旋转动力,如电机。
为降低运送带的牵拉力,可在主动轴(2)、挤压轴(11)和(9)的一端增加齿盘,将挤压轴(11)和(9),用传动链条与主动轴(2)同转向、同转速的连接。

1.一种脱水设备,由运送带组、挤压带组及收集板构成,所述运送带组包括:主动轴(2)、从动轴(3)、(4)、(5)和环状运送带(1)组成;挤压带组包括:两对挤压轴(8)、(9)、(10)、(11)及挤压带张紧调整轴(7)和环状挤压带(6)组成;收集板(12)为凹槽结构,可将挤压出的液体或细小碎渣导出运送带;
所述运送带组的特征:在运送带组的挤压段为下沉段,下沉角度为0°~35°;主动轴(2)、从动轴(3)、(4)、(5)中至少有一根轴可以调整运送带(1)的张紧度;
所述挤压带组的特征:在挤压带组的前端为上翘段,上翘角度为5°~45°;挤压对轴(8)与(9)、(10)与(11)的轴心连线垂直于挤压带(6);(8)与(9)的轴心距可调;(10)与(11)的轴心距可调;
所述带有挤压功能的传送带的特征:将挤压带组安装在运送带组的挤压段上,使挤压带组的前端与运送带(1)之间可形成5°~45°夹角;挤压带(6)的下半环和运送带(1)的上半环在挤压对轴(8)与(9)的中间及(10)与(11)的中间且运行方向与挤压对轴的轴线垂直;收集板(12)安装于挤压轴(9)及(11)与运送带(1)的下半环之间,收集板(12)的凹槽与运送带的运行方向垂直。
2.如权利要求1所述,挤压带组的挤压对轴及张紧调整轴可以是弹性固定或刚性固定。
3.如权利要求1所述,挤压带组的挤压对轴可以是N对,N为≥1的自然数。
4.如权利要求1所述,挤压带组可以安装N组,N为≥1的自然数。
