Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of railway freight car discharging devices, and particularly relates to a device for cleaning and recovering materials adhered to the inner wall of a carriage of a bulk railway freight car.
Background
The railway has the advantages of large transportation capacity, low energy consumption, less emission and less pollution. The transportation of bulk materials such as coal, ore and the like occupies more than seven times of the railway transportation volume. In the long-distance transportation process of the bulk materials, due to factors such as water content, temperature, vehicle pressing and the like, the bulk materials hardened on the side wall and the bottom of the carriage are difficult to unload, particularly the hardened bulk materials of the carriage are hardened and frozen in winter in the north, the carriage transportation capacity is about 10%, and even the whole vehicle is frozen when the hardened bulk materials are serious.
According to the information, a plurality of methods for cleaning hardened or frozen residual materials in the carriage are mainly manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning. The manual cleaning is thorough, but the efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the safety is low. Mechanical cleaning is efficient but not thorough. The inventor of the invention has applied for national invention and utility model patent as patent inventor in the beginning of this year: the device for cleaning and recovering the adhesion materials on the inner wall of the bulk material wagon carriage is disclosed in the patent application number: 201920206226.5, and 201910119766.4. The railway wagon carriage inner wall cleaning device can be used in a matched mode with a conventional railway bulk material wagon carriage inner wall adhesion material cleaning and recovering device, and can also be used as an independent unit. For convenience of description, some of the contents continue to be part of the last patent and are described in particular herein.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for further cleaning the bulk adhered to the inner wall of a wagon carriage of a bulk wagon after cleaning.
The invention is realized by the following modes: as shown in fig. 1: the device is a complete set of device consisting of a portal A, a lifting mechanism B, a positioning and reinforcing device C, a cleaning device D, a boxcar E and a railway track F. The connection relation is as follows: the portal A straddles the railway track F, and the boxcar E is parked on the railway track F below the portal A; the lifting mechanism B is fixed on the portal A, and the positioning and reinforcing device C is positioned at the top of the boxcar E; the cleaning device D is suspended inside the truck bed E by a flexible traction member.
The structure of the portal A is shown in FIG. 2: a portal frame a2 with casters a4 is positioned on portal rail a1 and a cross beam A3 perpendicular to portal rail a1 rests on portal frame a 2.
The lifting device B is structurally shown in FIG. 3: the movable trolley B1 is arranged on the gantry beam A3; a crane motor group B3 and mutually synchronous flexible traction devices B2 and B2' are arranged on a moving trolley B1; a flexible traction member (shown as a wire rope) B4 is used for hoisting the cleaning device D through guide wheels C5, C5' and left and right fixed pulleys D8; the flexible traction element B4 is adjustable in length to ensure the sweeping device D operates in balance.
The structure of the positioning and reinforcing device C is shown in FIG. 4: the lower parts of the four corners of the positioning frame C1 are respectively and fixedly connected with wedge-shaped positioning blocks C6; the middle part of the positioning frame C1 is provided with a left beam C2 and a right beam C2'. And left and right guide seats C3 and C3 ', wedge-shaped reinforcing blocks C4 and C4' and guide wheels C5 and C5 are respectively arranged below the two ends of the left and right cross beams.
The structure of the cleaning device D is shown in fig. 5: the cleaning machine is composed of a cleaning frame D1, a cleaning roller D2, a roller frame D3, a traction motor D4, a fixed pulley D5 and a cleaning mechanism D6.
The cleaning frame D1 is structured as shown in fig. 5: the rectangular cleaning frame D1 is connected with a steel wire rope B4 through a hanging seat D1.1; the cleaning frame D1 is provided with two transverse guide rails D2.1, and the transverse guide rails are provided with longitudinal rollers D2.2. And two sides of the transverse guide rail are respectively provided with a transverse roller D2.2.
The structure of the cleaning roller is shown in fig. 6: the cleaning roller D2 is a cylindrical roller which is fully distributed with steel wire brushes and is provided with a motor, and obstacle avoidance push rods D2.3 are arranged on the circumferences close to the two ends; d2.4 is a telescopic roller seat.
The clearing mechanism is shown in figure 7: a transverse roller D6.2 is arranged on the longitudinal guide rail D6.1, and the hydraulic cylinder D6.3 drives the roller seat to reciprocate.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention realizes mechanization and automation of carriage cleaning work for loading and transporting bulk materials, saves labor force and improves safety and production efficiency.
