Compared with the prior art, the peeling and hole digging device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that after peeling, the hole digging cutters on two sides are inclined to a certain degree by controlling the extension of the second electric telescopic rod, the surface where the hole digging cutters are located is matched with the radian of the side surface of a pineapple, the hole digging cutters are inserted into one side of the corresponding fruit holes by controlling the extension of the second hydraulic telescopic rod, the first motor is started, the hole digging cutters can rotate, the fruit holes can be dug out, the operation is repeated until the operation is finished, the waste of pulp is reduced, and the rights and interests of consumers are effectively protected.
