Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In some of the drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals shown in other drawings are omitted.
In the following embodiments, the vertical direction and other directions will be described with reference to the state in which the storage device of the present embodiment is constructed.
As shown in fig. 3, the storage device 1 of the present embodiment includes rack support members 20, the rack support members 20 being used to attach rack receiving members 10 to both sides in the storage lateral width direction, respectively, and the rack receiving members 10 holding shelf boards 9 arranged on both sides in the storage lateral width direction.
In the figure, an example is shown in which the storage apparatus 1 is provided along a first wall surface 2 of a building such as a house. The first wall surface 2 side of the storage device 1 is a back side in the storage depth direction of the storage device 1, and a direction orthogonal to the storage depth direction and the vertical direction is a storage lateral width direction. In addition, an example is shown in which the storage device 1 is provided along the second wall surface 3 on one side in the storage lateral width direction of the storage device 1, and the second wall surface 3 is provided in an orthogonal manner to the first wall surface 2. That is, an example in which the storage device 1 is provided at an inner corner portion of the first wall surface 2 and the second wall surface 3 is shown. In addition, the storage device 1 may be configured such that both sides in the storage width direction are provided along the wall surface.
The storage device 1 may be installed to constitute a wall surface storage, or may be installed in a storage room such as a so-called locker room. In the drawings, the storage devices 1 are provided in a row (I-shape) along the first wall surface 2, but a plurality of storage devices 1 may be provided along the respective wall surfaces 2 and 3 in an L-shape or a U-shape (コ -shape). In addition, as shown in the figure, when the storage apparatus 1 is provided in an I-shape, a structure may be adopted in which an appropriate door is provided on the front side in the storage depth direction. In the case where a plurality of storage devices 1 are provided in the storage chamber in an L-shape or U-shape (コ -shape), a structure may be adopted in which an appropriate door for opening and closing the opening of the storage chamber is provided.
The storage device 1 includes a plurality of (4 in the drawing) rack support members 20, and the rack support members 20 are arranged at intervals in the storage widthwise direction. That is, the illustration shows an example in which the 4 shelf support members 20 divide 3 storage spaces in the storage widthwise direction. These shelf support members 20 are of the same construction as one another.
In the present embodiment, the shelf support members 20 are formed in pillar shapes having a dimension in the storage depth direction smaller than the dimension of the shelf panel 9 in the storage depth direction. Further, these shelf support members 20 are arranged at substantially the center in the storage depth direction of the shelf board 9. Instead of this configuration, the shelf support member 20 may be formed in a side plate shape having a dimension in the storage depth direction that is approximately the same as the dimension in the storage depth direction of the shelf panel 9.
In the present embodiment, the storage device 1 includes support legs 29, and the support legs 29 are fixed to the lower end portions of the rack support members 20 and are provided on the floor 4. The support leg 29 may be configured to have an adjuster function that can adjust the height position of the rack support member 20. The specific structure of the rack support member 20 will be described later.
The storage device 1 further includes a top plate holding member 5, and the top plate holding member 5 is fixed to an upper end portion of the rack support member 20 and holds the top plate 6. The top plate holding member 5 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the storage depth direction and holds the storage widthwise side end portion of the top plate 6. The following structure may be formed: the end portion of the top plate holding member 5 on the back side in the storage depth direction is fixed to the first wall surface 2 via an appropriate fixing metal fitting or the like, and the upper end side of the rack support member 20 is fixed and held to the first wall surface 2.
The top plate 6 is provided so as to be bridged between the top plate holding members 5, 5 of the shelf support members 20, 20 adjacent in the storage widthwise direction. That is, in the present embodiment, 3 top plates 6 are provided in the storage widthwise direction. These top plates 6 may also function as a ceiling shelf that constitutes a ceiling storage space between the ceiling and the ceiling. Instead of providing a plurality of top plates 6 in the storage widthwise direction as described above, a configuration in which 1 top plate 6 is provided may be adopted, and the dimension of the 1 top plate 6 in the storage widthwise direction may be a dimension corresponding to the dimension in the storage widthwise direction of the storage device 1. Further, such a top plate 6 may not be provided. In this case, instead of providing the top plate holding member 5, the upper end portion of the frame support member 20 may be fixed to an appropriate fixing object such as a ceiling.
The storage device 1 further includes a bar-shaped suspension member 7 and a plate-shaped shelf 9, and the bar-shaped suspension member 7 is provided so as to be stretched between the shelf support members 20 and 20 adjacent to each other in the storage lateral width direction. In the present embodiment, an example in which the plurality of suspension members 7 and the plurality of shelves 9 are provided in the storage apparatus 1 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment.
The storage device 1 further includes a storage box 8, and the storage box 8 is provided on the floor 4 between the lower end side portions of the shelf support members 20, 20 adjacent in the storage transverse width direction. In the figure, an example in which a multi-stage drawer is provided in the storage box 8 is shown.
In the present embodiment, the housing device 1 is not provided with a back plate for dividing the back side in the housing depth direction. That is, the storage depth direction inside of each storage space of the storage device 1 is divided by the first wall surface 2. Instead of this configuration, a structure provided with a back plate may be employed. The storage device 1 may be configured to include at least the shelf 9 as a member provided between the rack support members 20 and 20, and may be configured to include an appropriate member according to an installation location, an application, and the like.
The rack support member 20 is elongated in the vertical direction. As shown in fig. 1 (a) and (b), the rack support member 20 is provided with insertion holes 26 and 28, and the insertion holes 26 and 28 are opened on both sides in the storage transverse width direction, respectively, and the insertion piece 15 provided on the rack receiving member 10 is inserted therein. The insertion holes 26 and 28 on both sides in the storage width direction are provided at the same height and at positions that do not overlap when viewed in the storage width direction. With this configuration, the insertion pieces 15 of the rack receiving member 10 can be inserted into the insertion holes 26 and 28 on both sides in the storage lateral width direction of the rack support member 20, respectively, and the rack receiving member 10 can be attached to both sides in the storage lateral width direction of the rack support member 20. Further, since the insertion pieces 15 inserted into the insertion holes 26 and 28 on both sides in the storage lateral width direction of the rack support member 20 are positioned so as to be shifted in the storage depth direction, interference does not occur, and therefore, the size of the rack support member 20 in the storage lateral width direction can be reduced in thickness. This can effectively increase the lateral width (width) of the storage space between the rack support members 20, and can also make the rack support members 20 neat in appearance.
In the present embodiment, the first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are provided as a plurality of insertion holes on both sides of the rack support member 20 in the storage widthwise direction with intervals in the storage depth direction. Further, the rack receiving member 10 is provided with a plurality of (two in the present embodiment) insertion pieces 15, and the plurality of insertion pieces 15, 15 are inserted into the first insertion hole 26 and the second insertion hole 28, respectively. With this configuration, the rack receiving member 10 can be stably supported by the rack supporting member 20.
The dimension of the rack support member 20 in the storage lateral width direction is smaller than the dimension in the storage depth direction. In the present embodiment, the holder support member 20 has a substantially rectangular tubular shape provided with a hollow portion 21 penetrating in the longitudinal direction. The holder support member 20 has end wall portions 22, 22 on both sides in the depth direction and side wall portions 24, 24 on both sides in the lateral width direction, thereby defining a hollow portion 21.
The side walls 24, 24 are provided with first insertion holes 26, 26 and second insertion holes 28, respectively, at intervals in the storage depth direction. The first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are provided to penetrate the side walls 24, 24. The first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are formed in elongated hole shapes elongated in the longitudinal direction of the rack support member 20. In the illustrated example, the hole width dimension of the first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 in the housing depth direction is made uniform over the entire length direction, but instead of this, the hole width dimension of the upper portion may be made larger than the hole width dimension of the lower portion. For example, the following configuration may be adopted: the hole width dimensions of the lower portions of the first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are set to dimensions corresponding to the thickness dimensions of the insertion piece 15 described later, and the hole width dimensions of these upper portions are configured to be larger than the thickness dimensions of the insertion piece 15, so that the insertion piece 15 can be easily inserted.
The first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are provided at a plurality of locations at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rack support member 20. With this configuration, a plurality of rack receiving members 10 can be attached to the rack support member 20, or the attachment height position of the rack receiving members 10 can be changed. That is, the shelf plates 9 can be held on the rack support member 20 at intervals in the vertical direction, or the height positions of the shelf plates 9 can be changed.
In the present embodiment, the first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are provided at positions that are point-symmetrical in plan view. With this configuration, the rack receiving members 10 attached to the rack support member 20 on both sides in the storage width direction can be made common. That is, the rack receiving member 10 attached to one side in the storage lateral width direction of the rack support member 20 can be attached to the other side in the storage lateral width direction of the rack support member 20 by rotating it by 180 degrees about the axis in the vertical direction. Further, the rack support member 20 can be installed even if it is turned 180 degrees around the axis in the vertical direction, and the workability in installation can be improved.
The first insertion hole 26 of the first side wall portion 24A and the first insertion hole 26 of the second side wall portion 24B are disposed at positions that are point-symmetrical in plan view, out of the side wall portions 24, 24 on both sides. The second insertion hole 28 of the first side wall portion 24A and the second insertion hole 28 of the second side wall portion 24B are provided at positions that are point-symmetrical in plan view.
The first insertion hole 26 of the first side wall portion 24A and the second insertion hole 28 of the second side wall portion 24B are provided so as to be located on the first end wall portion 22A side of one of the end wall portions 22, 22 on both sides in the housing depth direction. The first insertion hole 26 of the first side wall portion 24A and the second insertion hole 28 of the second side wall portion 24B on the first end wall portion 22A side are provided at positions shifted in the housing depth direction so that the insertion pieces 15, 15 inserted therein do not interfere with each other.
The second insertion hole 28 of the first side wall portion 24A and the first insertion hole 26 of the second side wall portion 24B are provided so as to be located on the other second end wall portion 22B side in the housing depth direction. The second insertion hole 28 of the first side wall portion 24A and the first insertion hole 26 of the second side wall portion 24B are provided at positions shifted in the housing depth direction so that the insertion pieces 15 and 15 inserted into them do not interfere with each other.
In the figure, an example is shown in which the dimension in the housing depth direction from the center in the housing depth direction of each side wall portion 24, 24 to the second insertion holes 28, 28 is made smaller than the dimension in the housing depth direction from the center in the housing depth direction of each side wall portion 24, 24 to the first insertion holes 26, 26. That is, the dimension in the housing depth direction of the second insertion hole 28 from the first end wall portion 22A to the second side wall portion 24B is made larger than the dimension in the housing depth direction of the first insertion hole 26 from the first end wall portion 22A to the first side wall portion 24A. Further, the dimension in the housing depth direction of the second insertion hole 28 from the second end wall portion 22B to the first side wall portion 24A is made larger than the dimension in the housing depth direction of the first insertion hole 26 from the second end wall portion 22B to the second side wall portion 24B. In addition, the dimension in the housing depth direction of the first insertion hole 26 from the first end wall portion 22A to the first side wall portion 24A and the dimension in the housing depth direction of the first insertion hole 26 from the second end wall portion 22B to the second side wall portion 24B are the same. In addition, the dimension in the housing depth direction of the second insertion hole 28 from the first end wall portion 22A to the second side wall portion 24B and the dimension in the housing depth direction of the second insertion hole 28 from the second end wall portion 22B to the first side wall portion 24A are the same.
In the present embodiment, the first insertion holes 26 and 26 of the side walls 24 and 24 are provided so as to open at the bottom of the first groove 25, and the first groove 25 is provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the side walls 24 and 24. The second insertion holes 28, 28 of the side walls 24, 24 are provided so as to open at the bottom of the second groove 27, and the second groove 27 is provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the side walls 24, 24. The first groove 25 and the second groove 27 are provided at intervals in the housing depth direction in the side wall portions 24 and 24. The first groove 25 and the second groove 27 have a substantially rectangular groove shape as viewed in the groove longitudinal direction.
In the present embodiment, the holder support member 20 is provided with the fixing portions 23, and the fixing portions 23, 23 constitute marks enabling the vertical installation direction to be checked. With this configuration, the upper and lower sides of the rack support member 20 can be arranged in the correct direction. Thus, for example, even when the hole width dimensions of the insertion holes 26 and 28 are vertically different from each other as described above, the rack support member 20 can be provided in the correct direction so that the vertical direction of the insertion holes 26 and 28 is the correct direction.
The two fixing portions 23, 23 are configured to have point-symmetric positions in a plan view. In the illustrated example, the fixing portions 23 and 23 are provided at the inner corner of the first side wall portion 24A and the second end wall portion 22B and the inner corner of the second side wall portion 24B and the first end wall portion 22A, respectively. These fixing portions 23, 23 are configured to be screwed with fasteners such as screws that fix the top plate holding member 5 to the upper end portion of the frame support member 20. Although not shown in the drawings, two insertion holes through which a fastener is inserted are provided in the top plate holding member 5 so as to be positioned in alignment with the fixing portions 23 and 23. That is, if the two insertion holes do not match the fixing portions 23 and 23, respectively, the vertical direction of the rack support member 20 can be recognized.
In the illustrated example, the fixing portions 23 and 23 are formed in the shape of fixing holes having an open ring shape and extend over the entire length of the holder support member 20. These fixing portions 23, 23 may be screwed with fasteners such as screws for fixing the above-mentioned support leg 29 to the lower end portion of the frame support member 20. The marks for confirming the vertical installation direction of the rack support member 20 are not limited to the fixing portions 23 and 23, and may have various configurations. Further, a structure in which such a mark is not provided may be adopted, and a structure in which the rack support member 20 can be provided so as to be vertically reversed may be adopted. The rack support member 20 may be an extrusion molded article extruded from an appropriate metal material or the like into a long tubular shape.
The rack receiving member 10 includes a support piece portion 11 and an attachment piece portion 13, the support piece portion 11 is used for placing the side end portion of the shelf 9 in the receiving transverse width direction, and the attachment piece portion 13 is attached along the side wall portion 24 of the rack supporting member 20 and is provided with an insertion piece 15. The support piece portion 11 is formed in a plate shape arranged in the thickness direction in the vertical direction. The attachment piece portion 13 is formed in a plate shape arranged in the thickness direction in the storage width direction. In the illustrated example, the support piece portion 11 is provided so as to protrude from the lower end portion of the attachment piece portion 13 toward the central side in the storage widthwise direction. The support piece portions 11 and the attachment piece portions 13 are formed in long shapes so as to extend in the housing depth direction. The dimensions of the support piece portions 11 and the attachment piece portions 13 in the storage depth direction may be substantially the same as the dimensions of the shelf 9 in the storage depth direction.
The width of the support piece 11 in the storage width direction may be set to a suitable size from the viewpoint of strength, so that the side end of the shelf 9 can be placed.
The width dimension of the attachment piece portion 13 in the vertical direction may be set to an appropriate dimension so that the insertion piece 15 can be provided and the side end surface of the shelf 9 can be covered. In the present embodiment, the width of the attachment piece 13 in the vertical direction is made larger than the thickness of the shelf 9. That is, the attachment piece portion 13 is provided with a protruding portion protruding upward from the upper surface of the shelf 9. With such a configuration, the protruding portion can also function as a fall prevention wall on the side of the shelf 9. Alternatively, the width of the attachment piece 13 in the vertical direction may be equal to or less than the thickness of the shelf 9. In addition, the dimension of one or both of the support piece portion 11 and the attachment piece portion 13 in the housing depth direction may be smaller than the dimension of the shelf 9 in the housing depth direction. Instead of providing the support piece portion 11 at the lower end portion of the attachment piece portion 13, a configuration may be adopted in which the support piece portion 11 is provided at the upper end portion or at a vertically intermediate portion of the attachment piece portion 13.
In addition, the mounting piece portion 13 is provided with two insertion pieces 15, 15 in a facing manner with a space in the housing depth direction. These insertion pieces 15, 15 are provided so as to be located at a substantially central portion in the housing depth direction of the attachment piece portion 13. These insertion pieces 15, 15 are formed in a plate shape arranged in the thickness direction in the housing depth direction. As shown in fig. 2 (b), the insertion pieces 15 and 15 are provided so as to protrude from one side in the thickness direction of the attachment piece portion 13 toward the outer side in the thickness direction (the side different from the support piece portion 11). As shown in fig. 1 (b), the protruding dimension of these insertion pieces 15, 15 is larger than 1/2 of the dimension of the rack support member 20 in the storage widthwise direction. That is, the insertion pieces 15 and 15 are provided such that the tip portions thereof extend beyond the center in the storage widthwise direction of the shelf support member 20 in a state of being inserted into the insertion holes (the first insertion hole 26 or the second insertion hole 28) of the shelf support member 20.
As shown in fig. 2 (b), the insertion pieces 15 and 15 are provided with retaining portions 16 and 16 so as to protrude downward from the front end in the protruding direction. These retaining portions 16, 16 are configured to abut against the inner side surfaces of the side wall portions 24 in a state where the insertion pieces 15, 15 are inserted into the insertion holes (the first insertion holes 26 or the second insertion holes 28) of the rack support member 20.
These insertion pieces 15, 15 are provided in a cut-out shape from the attachment piece portion 13. The attachment piece portion 13 is provided with openings 14 and 14 by punching of the insertion pieces 15 and 15. In the figure, an example is shown in which these openings 14, 14 are provided so as to overlap the rack support member 20 when viewed in the storage lateral width direction (see fig. 1 (a)).
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 (b), the rack receiving member 10 is provided with the projections 17 and 19, and the projections 17 and 19 are fitted into the grooves (first grooves in the present embodiment) 25 provided in the side wall portion 24 of the rack support member 20. According to such a configuration, the projections 17 and 19 fitted into the first groove 25 and the insertion pieces 15 and 15 inserted into the first insertion hole 26 and the second insertion hole 28 can suppress the looseness of the rack receiving member 10 with respect to the rack supporting member 20. Further, a plurality of (two in the drawing) protrusions 17 and 19 fitted into the first grooves 25 are provided on the rack receiving member 10 (see fig. 2 (b)). In the illustrated example, the projection 17 is provided at the upper end side of the attachment piece 13, and the projection 19 is provided at the lower end side of the projecting piece 18, and the projecting piece 18 is provided to continuously project downward from the lower end of the attachment piece 13. These projections 17 and 19 may be formed on the attachment piece portion 13 and the protruding piece portion 18, respectively, by press working or the like. The protruding piece 18 is punched out of the support piece 11. The support piece portion 11 is provided with an opening 12 by punching of the extension piece portion 18. The rack receiving member 10 may be formed of an appropriate metal material or the like.
Further, the following structure is also possible: insertion pieces are provided at the respective ends of the suspension member 7 in the longitudinal direction, and the insertion pieces are inserted into insertion holes (first insertion hole 26 and second insertion hole 28) of the rack support member 20 in substantially the same manner as the insertion pieces 15 of the rack receiving member 10.
In the present embodiment, the first insertion holes 26, 26 and the second insertion holes 28, 28 are provided as a plurality of insertion holes at positions that are point-symmetric in plan view in each of the side wall portions 24, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. A single insertion hole may be provided in each of the side walls 24, 24 in a point-symmetric manner. Alternatively, a single or a plurality of insertion holes may be provided in the side walls 24, 24 in a non-point symmetrical manner. The configuration of each member and each portion of the storage device 1 of the present embodiment is merely an example, and various modifications are possible.
