Abstract
The invention relates to an extrusion forming device, in particular to an extrusion forming device for cold noodles. The invention provides an extrusion molding device for cold noodles, which does not need a maker to manually extrude dough. The invention provides an extrusion molding device for cold noodles, which comprises: the two sides of the bottom of the operating frame are connected with supporting plates; the top of the operation frame is connected with the mounting block; the installation block is provided with a rotating mechanism; and the pressing mechanism is arranged between the operation frame and the rotating mechanism. The rotating mechanism and the pressing mechanism are matched with each other to extrude dough, so that cool noodles can leak out of the rotating mechanism, the descending mechanism can assist the pressing mechanism to work, and the cool noodles can be cut off through the cutting mechanism, so that the dough is not required to be extruded manually by a maker, the workload of the maker can be reduced, and the labor intensity can be reduced.

Technical Field

Background
The cold noodles are also called cold noodles, also called water-passing surfaces, ancient called cold panning, originated from Tang dynasty, and refer to cold noodles, the main food materials comprise noodles and vegetables, and the ingredients comprise chili oil, salt, monosodium glutamate and the like, but the cold noodles in various regions are prepared by different methods, so the preparation method and the food materials are different.
The temperature is high in summer, the cold noodles are popular with people due to the unique taste, the cold noodles are generally made manually by a maker, the maker puts the dough into the strainer, then the hand repeatedly moves up and down to extrude the dough, the noodles leak from the strainer and fall into cold water, the strainer is rotated while the dough is extruded, the cold noodles uniformly fall into the cold water, the cold noodles are prevented from agglomerating, and after the cold noodles with proper length are made, the maker cuts the cold noodles with scissors; the method for manufacturing the cold noodles has the disadvantages of large workload of manufacturing personnel and high labor intensity.
It is therefore desirable to design an extrusion molding apparatus for cold noodles that does not require the maker to manually extrude the dough.

Preferably, the pressing mechanism includes: the inner wall of the operation frame is connected with the wedge ring in a sliding way; the middle part of the first transmission rod is connected with the circular sliding rail; the transmission plate is connected with the circular sliding rail in a sliding mode and is in contact fit with the wedge-shaped block ring; the transmission plate is connected with a first connecting plate; the first connecting plate is connected with a circular pressing plate, and the circular pressing plate is in sliding fit with the noodle containing barrel; and a spring is connected between the transmission plate and the circular slide rail.
Preferably, a descending mechanism is further included, the descending mechanism including: the upper part of the first transmission rod is connected with a gear lack; the inner wall of one side of the operation frame is rotatably connected with a second transmission rod; the end part of the second transmission rod is connected with a first gear which is meshed with the gear lacking; the inner wall of the other side of the operation frame is rotatably connected with a third transmission rod; the third transmission rod and the second transmission rod are both connected with bevel gears, and the two bevel gears are meshed; the side, close to the third transmission rod, of the operation frame is rotatably connected with the fourth transmission rod; a belt transmission group is connected between the fourth transmission rod and the third transmission rod; the fourth transmission rod is connected with a second gear; and the wedge-shaped block ring is connected with a rack plate which is meshed with the second gear.
Preferably, a cutting mechanism is further included, the cutting mechanism comprising: the lower part of the noodle containing barrel is connected with a second connecting plate in a sliding way; one end of the second connecting plate is connected with an annular cutter which is contacted with the noodle containing barrel; the other end of the second connecting plate is connected with a handle.
(3) Advantageous effects
The rotating mechanism and the pressing mechanism are matched with each other to extrude dough, so that cool noodles can leak out of the rotating mechanism, the descending mechanism can assist the pressing mechanism to work, and the cool noodles can be cut off through the cutting mechanism, so that the dough is not required to be extruded manually by a maker, the workload of the maker can be reduced, and the labor intensity can be reduced.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
An extrusion forming device for cold noodles is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a supporting plate 1, an operation frame 2, mounting blocks 3, a rotating mechanism 4 and a pressing mechanism 5, wherein the supporting plate 1 is connected to the left side and the right side of the bottom of the operation frame 2, the mounting blocks 3 are connected to the right side of the top of the operation frame 2, the rotating mechanism 4 is mounted on the mounting blocks 3, and the pressing mechanism 5 is mounted between the operation frame 2 and the rotating mechanism 4.
The rotating mechanism 4 comprises a servo motor 41, a first transmission rod 42 and a noodle containing barrel 43, the servo motor 41 is installed on the left portion of the installation block 3, an output shaft of the servo motor 41 is connected with the first transmission rod 42 through a coupler, and the detachable noodle containing barrel 43 is connected to the lower portion of the first transmission rod 42.

the third transmission rod (65) and the second transmission rod (62) are both connected with bevel gears (64), and the two bevel gears (64) are meshed;
a fourth transmission rod (67), wherein one side of the operation frame (2) close to the third transmission rod (65) is rotatably connected with the fourth transmission rod (67);
a belt transmission group (66) is connected between the fourth transmission rod (67) and the third transmission rod (65);
the fourth transmission rod (67) is connected with a second gear (68);
and the rack plate (69) is connected to the wedge block ring (51), and the rack plate (69) is meshed with the second gear (68).
