A pastry batch forming machine comprises a mixing box (1), a stirring and extruding box (2), a cutting assembly (4), a conveying unit (5) and a stuffing box (9), and is characterized in that the mixing box (1) is positioned right above the stirring and extruding box (2), the right side of the stirring and extruding box (2) is connected with the cutting assembly (4), the conveying unit (5) is arranged below the cutting assembly (4), and the stuffing box (9) is arranged right above the conveying unit (5) and fixed on the inner wall of a conveying box body (13); the mixing box (1) comprises a mixing and stirring shell (101), a stirring shaft (102), a feeding port (103) and a transmission port (104), wherein two ends of the stirring shaft (102) are fixed on the side wall of the mixing and stirring shell (101), the end part of the stirring shaft (102) is connected with a driving assembly (3), the stirring shaft (102) consists of a left-handed stirring blade and a right-handed stirring blade, the top of the mixing and stirring shell (101) is provided with a plurality of feeding ports (103), and the center of the bottom of the mixing and stirring shell (101) is communicated with a stirring and extruding box (2) through the transmission port (104); the stirring and extruding box (2) comprises a stirring and extruding shell (201), a stirring and extruding assembly (202) and an extruding block (203), wherein two ends of the stirring and extruding assembly (202) are fixed on the side wall of the stirring and extruding shell (201), the end part of the stirring and extruding assembly (202) is connected with a driving assembly (3), the stirring and extruding assembly (202) consists of a shaft and a conical stirring blade, the outer edge of the conical stirring blade is in contact with the extruding block (203), the extruding block (203) is fixed on the inner wall of the stirring and extruding shell (201), and the rotation centers of the stirring and extruding assembly (202) and the stirring shaft (102) are parallel to each other; the cutting assembly (4) comprises a cutting piece shell (401), a partition plate (402), a blocking cylinder (403), a rotating shaft (404) and a cutting knife (405), the side face of the cutting piece shell (401) is connected with the stirring and extruding box (2), a groove (406) is formed in the side face of the cutting piece shell (401), the cutting knife (405) is installed in the groove (406) through the rotating shaft (404), the partition plate (402) is arranged on the left side of the groove (406), the bottom of the partition plate (402) is connected with the blocking cylinder (403), and the blocking cylinder (403) is fixed at the bottom of the cutting piece shell (401); filling case (9) are including filling case shell (902), horizontal pole (903), spiral blade (904) and ration control unit (907), inner wall at transport box (13) is fixed in filling case shell (902), the inside of filling case shell (902) is equipped with horizontal pole (903), the center of horizontal pole (903) passes through the rotation axis and links to each other with filling agitator motor (901), the bottom and spiral blade (904) of horizontal pole (903) link to each other, the both ends of horizontal pole (903) are equipped with scrapes pole (905), scrape pole (905) and filling case shell (902) inner wall and rotate the contact, the bottom of filling case shell (902) is equipped with filling export (906), and ration control unit (907) are installed to the below of filling export (906).

The batch forming machine according to claim 1, wherein the drive assembly (3) comprises a drive motor (301), a first bevel gear train (302), a transmission shaft (303) and a second bevel gear train (304), the stirring and extruding assembly (202) is connected with the drive motor (301) through a driving gear of the first bevel gear train (302), a driven gear of the first bevel gear train (302) is connected with a driving gear of the second bevel gear train (304), and a driven gear of the second bevel gear train (304) is connected with an end of the stirring shaft (102).

The dough point batch forming machine according to claim 1, wherein a conveying unit (5) is mounted at the bottom of the conveying box body (13), the conveying unit (5) is composed of a driving wheel (501), a conveying belt (502) and a driven wheel (503), the driving wheel (501) and the driven wheel (503) are fixed on the inner wall of the conveying box body (13), the driving wheel (501) and the driven wheel (503) are connected through the conveying belt (502), and a plurality of flexible metal plates (12) are mounted on the surface of the conveying belt (502) at equal intervals.
