Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an attaching device 100 for a cover plate with a specially-shaped curved surface and a flexible screen according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for attaching the flexible screen 2 to an inner side of a cover plate with a specially-shaped curved surface 3. The special-shaped curved surface cover plate 3 comprises a flat straight area 31 and arc hook areas 33 which are positioned at two sides of the flat straight area 31 and smoothly transit with the flat straight area 31. In other words, the straight portion 31 is located at the middle position, and the two sides are respectively provided with a bent back hook portion 33. Preferably, in this embodiment, the hook-shaped area 33 is semicircular and tangent to the straight area 31.
The attaching device 100 for the special-shaped curved surface cover plate and the flexible screen comprises a first attaching half body 110 for attaching and pressing one side of the flexible screen 2, a second attaching half body 130 for attaching and pressing the other side of the flexible screen 2, and a driving assembly 150 for driving the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to move towards two sides respectively.
The first half attaching body 110 has a first pressing wall 111 at its periphery. The first pressing wall 111 includes a first curved wall 114 matching with the inner surface of the hook area 33 on one side of the shaped-surface cover plate 3 in shape, and a first flat wall 112 smoothly transitioning with the first curved wall 114 and matching with the inner surface of the flat area 31 of the shaped-surface cover plate 3 in shape. Specifically, the first attaching flat wall 112 is located at the bottom end of the first attaching half body 110 for pressing the flat area 31 of the shaped curved cover plate 3. The first curved attaching wall 114 is located at the side end of the first attaching half body 110 and is used for pressing the hook area 33 of the irregularly-shaped curved cover plate 3.
Specifically, the first flat wall 112 is planar, and the first curved wall 114 is semicircular to match the inner surface of the hook region 33. Namely, after the flexible screen 2 is attached to the first curved wall 114, it can be exactly attached to the hook area 33. In other words, the difference between the radius of the first curved wall 114 and the radius of the inner wall of the hook region 33 is the thickness of the flexible screen 2.
The second attaching half 130 has a second attaching wall 131 at its periphery, and the second attaching wall 131 includes a second attaching curved wall 134 matching with the inner surface of the hook area 33 at the other side of the shaped curved cover plate 3 in shape, and a second attaching flat wall 132 smoothly transiting to the second attaching curved wall 134 and matching with the inner surface of the flat area 31 of the shaped curved cover plate 3 in shape. Specifically, the second flat attaching wall 132 is located at the bottom end of the second attaching half 130, and is used for pressing the flat area 31 of the irregularly-shaped curved cover plate 3. The second curved attaching wall 134 is located at the side end of the second attaching half 130 for pressing the hook area 33 of the cover plate 3 with the irregular curved surface.
Specifically, the second flat wall 132 is planar, and the second curved wall 134 is semi-circular matching the inner surface of the hook region 33. That is, the structure of the second curved wall 134 is the same as the structure of the first curved wall 114, and the second curved wall 134 is opposite to the first curved wall 114. Of course, when the hook areas 33 on both sides of the straight area 31 have different structures, the structures of the second curved wall 134 and the first curved wall 114 need to be adjusted accordingly.
In this embodiment, the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are in an attaching state, and the flexible screen is completely attached to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body.
Specifically, the first attaching half body includes a first attaching surface. The first attaching surface includes a wall surface of the first pressure attaching wall. The area of the first attaching surface is larger than the area of the wall surface of the first pressure attaching wall 111. The first attachment surface further comprises a wall surface of the first support wall. The first supporting wall is connected to the side of the first curved wall 114 away from the first flat wall 112; namely, the first supporting wall and the first pressing wall 111 are connected to both sides of the first curved wall 114. In this embodiment, the first supporting wall and the first pressing wall 111 are disposed in parallel.
The second attaching half body comprises a second attaching surface, and the second attaching surface comprises a wall surface of the second pressure attaching wall. The area of the second attaching surface is larger than the area of the wall surface of the second pressure attaching wall 131. The second attaching surface further includes a wall surface of a second supporting wall, and the second supporting wall is connected to a side of the second attaching curved wall 134 away from the second attaching flat wall 132; that is, the second supporting wall and the second pressing wall 131 are connected to two sides of the second curved wall 134, and the second supporting wall and the second pressing wall 131 are arranged in parallel.
When the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are in an attaching state, the first attaching surface of the first attaching half body 110 and the second attaching surface of the second attaching half body 130 are combined to support the flexible screen 2 together. The flexible screen 2 is completely (completely) attached to the first attachment surface and the second attachment surface, that is, the flexible screen is completely attached to the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130.
In this embodiment, the first pressure attaching wall 111 and the second pressure attaching wall 131 are both provided with a plurality of vacuum suction holes. So that the flexible screen 2 can be sucked on the first half laminating body 110 and the second half laminating body 130 by means of vacuum suction. Of course, other means of attaching flexible screen 2 to first half 110 and second half 130 may be used. For example, elastic tapes are adhered to both ends of the flexible screen 2, and the other ends of the elastic tapes are fixed to the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 on the corresponding sides, respectively. The driving assembly 150 is configured to drive the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 to move, so that the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 are in an attached state in which they are close to each other, or in a separated state in which they move to two sides of the irregular curved cover plate 3. When the first half 110 and the second half 130 are in the attached state, the first flat wall 112 and the second flat wall 132 are joined and coplanar.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first flattened wall 112 and the second flattened wall 132 are both rectangular. When the first laminating half 110 and the second laminating half 130 are moved into abutment, the side edge of the first flattened wall 112 and the side edge of the second flattened wall 132 coincide.
Of course, the first flattened wall 112 and the second flattened wall 132 are not limited to being rectangular. Such as where the coincident side edges of the first flattened wall 112 and the second flattened wall 132 are in matching curves. In addition, the side edge adjacent to the side edge is beyond the edge of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate 3.
However, it should be ensured that when the first attaching half body 110 and the second attaching half body 130 are in the attaching state, the distance (length) between the first attaching flat wall 112 and the second attaching flat wall 132 in the left-right direction (along the direction from the first attaching curved wall to the second attaching curved wall) is smaller than the distance (length) between the flat areas of the special-shaped curved cover plate, so that the attaching device in the attaching state can be inserted from the inner side of the special-shaped curved cover plate 3 when attaching the special-shaped curved cover plate and the flexible screen. Preferably, the first flattened wall 112 and the second flattened wall 132 have the same length in the left-right direction for easy handling. Further, the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 have the same structure.
Preferably, the first half 110 and the second half 130 are symmetrically disposed for easy operation. In this embodiment, the driving assembly 150 includes a first insert 151 and a second insert 153. Correspondingly, the first attachment half 110 has a first slot 113 configured to mate with the first insert 151, and the second attachment half 130 has a second slot 133 configured to mate with the second insert 153. The first insert 151 is movable in a direction of being inserted into the first insertion groove 113, and the second insert 153 is movable in a direction of being inserted into the second insertion groove 133, so as to drive the first half 110 and the second half 130 to be switched between the attached state and the detached state.
Preferably, the first insert 151 is clearance fitted with the first socket 113. The second insert 153 is clearance fitted with the second slot 133.
In this embodiment, the first and second inserts 151 and 153 are symmetrically disposed. Thus, the first plug-in unit 151 and the second plug-in unit 153 can be conveniently inserted into the first slot 113 and the second slot 133, respectively, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the driving assembly 150 cannot be inserted due to being reversed.
Preferably, an extension line of an end of the first insert 151 away from the first half 110 intersects an extension line of an end of the second insert 153 away from the second half 130, so that the structure of the driving assembly 150 is simpler. Preferably, the angle formed by the intersection of the two extension lines is in the range of 45 ° to 60 °. Movement of first and second laminating halves 110 and 130 can be accomplished by moving first and second inserts 151 and 153 an appropriate distance. On the other hand, the driving assembly 150 occupies a small space along the left and right wire lines.
Specifically, drive assembly 150 also includes a connector 155. The first insert 151 and the second insert 153 are fixedly connected to the connecting member 155, that is, one end of the first insert 151 away from the first half and one end of the second insert 153 away from the second half are fixedly connected by the connecting member 155, the inserts and the connecting member may be connected in a hinged manner, a detachable manner, or the like, or the upper end of the first insert 151 and the upper end of the second insert 153 may be directly fixedly connected, or the first insert 151 and the second insert 153 may be fixed relatively by other means.
The first half 110 and the second half 130 are driven to move toward the hook region of the opposite curved cover plate by the up-and-down movement of the driving assembly 150. Specifically, when the driving assembly 150 moves upward, the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 move to both sides, respectively; when the driving assembly 150 moves downward, the first half 110 and the second half 130 both move toward the middle.
When the first insert 151 is fully inserted into the first slot 113 and the second insert 153 is fully inserted into the second slot 133, the first half attaching body 110 and the second half attaching body 130 are in an attaching state. Note that, the state where the first card 151 is completely inserted into the first slot 113 and the second card 153 is completely inserted into the second slot 133 refers to: a state in which the first card 151 cannot be deeply inserted into the first slot 113 any more and the second card 153 cannot be deeply inserted into the second slot 133 any more.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly 150 further includes an operating portion 157 fixed relative to the first card 151. Naturally, the operating portion 157 is also fixed with respect to the second card 153. An operator can conveniently grab the driving assembly 150 through the operation part 157, and then drive the driving assembly 150 to move up and down.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the attaching device 100 further includes an air cylinder for controlling the driving assembly 150 to move up and down, so as to effectively control the speed and time of the driving assembly 150 to move up and down, thereby saving labor.
The driving unit 150 is not limited to this, and may control the movement of the first half laminating body 110 and the second half laminating body 130, respectively, in other manners. For example, the first insert and/or the second insert may be provided in a collapsible structure.
According to the attaching device, the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are respectively provided with the first attaching flat wall and the second attaching flat wall which are used for pressing and attaching the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, and the first attaching curved wall and the second attaching curved wall which are used for pressing and attaching the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate are respectively provided. The first laminating half body and the second laminating half body are driven by the driving assembly to move along the left and right directions, different areas of the flexible screen are attached step by step, the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate is attached fully, and the attaching effect is further improved.
The invention also provides a method for attaching the special-shaped curved surface cover plate and the flexible screen.
A method for attaching a special-shaped curved cover plate to a flexible screen comprises the following steps:
s1, providing a flexible screen, a bonding glue layer, a special-shaped curved cover plate and the bonding device of the special-shaped curved cover plate and the flexible screen, wherein the bonding glue layer is arranged on the flexible screen;
s2, confirming that the first bonding half and the second bonding half are adjacent to each other; attaching the adhesive layer to the flexible screen or the inner side of the special-shaped curved cover plate; attaching the flexible screen to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to obtain a primary assembly body;
s3, inserting the primary assembly body into the inner side of the special-shaped curved cover plate, and pressing the primary assembly body downwards to complete the attachment of a part of the flat area of the special-shaped curved cover plate and the flexible screen;
s4, weakening the attaching force of the flexible screen to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body, and driving the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to move along the left direction and the right direction respectively through the driving assembly.
In step S1, the flexible screen is preferably a flexible OLED screen. The adhesive layer is preferably an OCA adhesive layer. Of course, it is understood that the flexible screen may be other flexible screens, and the adhesive layer may be selected from other suitable adhesives.
In step S2, it is first determined that the first half attaching body is adjacent to the second half attaching body, that is, the attaching device is in an initial state, so that the flexible screen can be completely attached to the first half attaching body and the second half attaching body, thereby avoiding a phenomenon that the flexible screen is partially suspended, and further avoiding a phenomenon that bubbles are generated in the attaching process. Of course, if the attaching device is not in the initial state, the driving assembly is required to control the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to move so as to enable the attaching device to be in the initial state.
In step S2, the adhesive layer is used to attach the flexible screen to the cover plate with the special-shaped curved surface, so that the adhesive layer can be pre-attached to the flexible screen or the cover plate with the special-shaped curved surface. It should be noted that before step S3, the release film attached to the adhesive layer needs to be removed.
In step S2, the method of attaching the flexible panel to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body is a vacuum suction method. Specifically, a plurality of vacuum adsorption holes are formed in the first pressing adherence wall and the second pressing adherence wall, and the flexible screen is attached to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body in a vacuum adsorption mode. Preferably, the adsorption pressure of the vacuum adsorption is-80 kpa.
Further, in step S4, the operation of weakening the adhesion force of the flexible panel to the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body is: and weakening the adsorption pressure of vacuum adsorption. Preferably, after the adsorption pressure of the vacuum adsorption is weakened, the adsorption pressure is from-5 kpa to-20 kpa, and more preferably the adsorption pressure is-10 kpa.
In this embodiment, the flexible screen is movably attached to the first attaching surface and the second attaching surface; specifically, when the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are in a separated state after moving to the two sides of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate respectively, the part, which is not attached to the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, of the flexible screen relatively moves on the first attaching surface and the second attaching surface along with the movement of the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body. And completely separating the flexible screen from the first attaching surface and the second attaching surface until the flexible screen is finally and completely attached to the opposite-nature cover plate.
According to the attaching method, the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate can be fully attached, and the attaching effect is further improved. The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first half and the second half are symmetrically disposed.
