Since the flexible screen 8 needs to be loaded on the attaching device 100, it can be understood that the width of the first adhesion reducing film 6 is greater than the width of the flexible screen 8, that is, the flexible screen 8 is only adhered to the middle area of the first adhesion reducing film 6, two sides of the first adhesion reducing film 6 are not covered by the flexible screen 8 and are exposed, and two sides of the first adhesion reducing film 6 are connected with the attaching device 100, so that the flexible screen 8 is loaded on the attaching device 100.
In a preferred embodiment, a second anti-adhesion glue layer is further arranged on one side, opposite to the adhesive layer, of the two sides of the first anti-adhesion glue layer 6; both sides of the first anti-adhesive film 6 are adhered to the bottom of the bonding apparatus 100 by the second anti-adhesive layer. It is understood that the sequence between the first adhesive reducing film 6 adhering the back surface of the flexible screen 8 to the surface of the adhering device 100 and the adhering adhesive layer to the flexible screen 8 or the inner side of the specially-shaped curved cover plate 9 is not particularly limited, and can be adjusted by those skilled in the art according to actual conditions.
Preferably, in order to protect and fix the special-shaped curved cover plate 9 in the attaching process, the special-shaped curved cover plate 9 is fixed in the cover plate fixing jig 7.

Of course, it is understood that the step of operating the attaching device 100 to attach the remaining portion of the flexible screen 8 to the inner side of the specially-shaped curved cover plate 9 is not limited thereto, for example, when the first attaching curved wall of the first attaching half 111 and the second attaching curved wall of the second attaching half 121 match the shape and size of the hook area 92 of the specially-shaped curved cover plate 9, only the first attaching half 111 and the second attaching half 121 need to be moved left and right, so that the hook area 92 can be directly attached after the straight area 91 is attached.
Of course, it is to be understood that the doubler 100 used in the present invention is not limited to the above-described structure, and those skilled in the art can select other suitable doublers 100. According to the attaching method, the anti-adhesion film is used for bearing the flexible screen so as to attach the flexible screen to the attaching device, and when the attaching device is operated, the attaching device is not directly contacted with the flexible screen, so that the flexible screen is protected; thereby ensuring the laminating effect.

1. A method for attaching a special-shaped curved cover plate to a flexible screen is characterized in that the special-shaped curved cover plate comprises a straight area and arc hook areas which are positioned on two sides of the straight area and smoothly transit with the straight area;
the method for attaching the special-shaped curved surface cover plate to the flexible screen comprises the following steps:
providing a primary assembly body; the initial assembly body comprises a bonding device, a flexible screen and a first anti-sticking film, wherein the first anti-sticking film is attached to the bonding device and is stuck with the back surface of the flexible screen; sticking a sticking glue layer on the front surface of the flexible screen or the inner side of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate;
translating the primary assembly body into the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, operating the attaching device to attach the flexible screen to the inner side of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, and moving out the attaching device;
performing viscosity reduction operation on the first viscosity reduction film, and then removing the first viscosity reduction film;
the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate is in a semicircular shape tangent to the straight area;
the flexible screen is adhered to the middle area of the first adhesive reducing film, two sides of the first adhesive reducing film are not covered by the flexible screen and are exposed, and two sides of the first adhesive reducing film are connected with the attaching device so as to bear the flexible screen on the attaching device;
the attaching device includes: the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are symmetrically arranged, and the driving component drives the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to move relatively;
the periphery of the first attaching half body is provided with a first attaching wall, the first attaching wall comprises a first attaching flat wall corresponding to the straight area structure of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate and a first attaching curved wall corresponding to the arc hook area structure of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, and the first attaching flat wall and the first attaching curved wall are in smooth transition;
a second pressing wall is arranged on the periphery of the second attaching half body and comprises a second attaching flat wall corresponding to the straight area structure of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate and a second attaching curved wall corresponding to the arc hook area structure of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate, and the second attaching flat wall and the second attaching curved wall are in smooth transition;
the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body have an attaching state and a separating state; when the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body are in an attaching state, the first attaching flat wall and the second attaching flat wall are connected and coplanar.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first anti-sticking film is a UV anti-sticking film or a thermal anti-sticking film.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the anti-sticking film is a UV anti-sticking film, the anti-sticking operation comprises irradiating the anti-sticking film with ultraviolet light having an energy of 500mj/cm2~1000mj/cm2
4. The method for attaching a shaped curved cover plate to a flexible screen according to claim 1, wherein in the initial assembly body, both sides of the first anti-adhesive film opposite to the hook area of the shaped curved cover plate are adhered to the bottom of the attaching device by a second anti-adhesive layer;
before the attaching device is operated to attach the flexible screen to the arc hook area of the specially-shaped curved cover plate, performing viscosity reduction operation on the second viscosity reduction adhesive layer.
5. The method for attaching a shaped curved cover plate to a flexible screen according to claim 1, wherein the step of attaching the back surface of the flexible screen to the surface of the attaching means with a release film comprises: firstly, the flexible screen is adhered to the back surface of the flexible screen, then the flexible screen is pre-bent, and then the pre-bent flexible screen is sleeved on the adhering device and adhered together.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the translating step comprises: and translating the primary assembly body into the special-shaped curved surface cover plate from the area between the two arc hook areas of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the translating step comprises: and translating the initial assembly body from the end part of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate into the special-shaped curved surface cover plate.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and second flat walls are rectangular.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein a first silicone cushion layer is attached to the surface of the first flat wall and the surface of the first curved wall; the second pastes the flat wall and the second pastes curved wall's surface and is attached to second silica gel buffer layer.
10. The method of attaching a shaped curved cover plate to a flexible screen according to claim 1 or 9, wherein the step of operating the attaching means to attach the flexible screen to the inside of the shaped curved cover plate comprises: firstly, attaching a flexible screen on the primary assembly body to the central area of the flat area of the special-shaped curved cover plate; then moving the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body to two sides respectively to attach all the straight areas of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate to the flexible screen; and then moving the first attaching half body and the second attaching half body along the track of the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate respectively so as to attach the arc hook area of the special-shaped curved surface cover plate to the flexible screen.
