A method as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step 11, the initialization preparation before wine selling is specifically: the method comprises the steps that an application program on a wine selling machine is logged in through a mobile terminal, a wine selling preparation state is entered on the application program of the wine selling machine, the mobile terminal scans a two-dimensional code on a wine barrel, information obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code is sent to a server, the server sends a list of wine to be sold and a wine path to be sold at present to the wine selling machine, and the application program of the wine selling machine prepares to execute a wine selling page.
5. The wine selling method according to claim 2, wherein the step 2 wine selling machine executes wine selling operation, which comprises the following steps:
step 21, scanning the two-dimensional code by a user to pay an order, and acquiring payment state information of the order from a server by an application program of the wine selling machine;
step 22, the wine selling machine sends a wine outlet instruction to the PLC, the PLC opens a wine taking cabin door, and the PLC transmits a wine outlet target value to the weight sensor; the PLC executes the zero clearing operation of the weight sensor;
step 23, a user places the wine container in a clamping groove of a bearing disc of the wine selling machine, closes the wine taking cabin door, and sends a signal of closing the wine taking cabin door to the PLC by the wine taking cabin door sensor;
24, the PLC opens a wine outlet valve, and after the set time, a wine outlet pump is started;
and 25, after the set time, closing the wine outlet valve and the wine outlet pump by the PLC, simultaneously opening the wine taking cabin door, and taking out the wine container by the user.

The wine selling method according to claim 5, wherein in step 21, if the order is not paid within a set time period, the server cancels the order; and if the order payment state is paid, the application program of the wine selling machine sends a wine selling instruction to the controller according to the detailed information of the order.
7. The wine selling method of claim 5, wherein in step 25, the PLC reads the current value of the weight sensor in real time, and when the target wine output value is reached, the wine output pump is turned off.
8. The wine selling method according to claim 2, wherein the step 3 wine selling machine executes the operation of suspending wine selling operation, which comprises the following steps:
step 31, according to the suspension prompt of the start-stop device on the wine selling machine, the application program of the wine selling machine sends a suspension wine selling instruction to the PLC; after receiving the instruction, the PLC opens the wine taking cabin door, closes the wine outlet pump at the same time, closes the wine outlet valve after setting time, and sends the residual wine outlet amount to the weight sensor;
step 32, the user closes the wine taking cabin door, the wine taking cabin door sensor sends a signal of closing the wine taking cabin door to the PLC, and the PLC receives and simultaneously sends the signal to an application program of the wine selling machine;
step 33, clicking a continuous wine selling button on the wine selling machine by the user, and sending a continuous wine selling instruction to the PLC by the application program of the wine selling machine; after receiving a wine selling instruction, the PLC opens a wine outlet valve, starts a wine outlet pump after setting time, and simultaneously reads the current value of the weight sensor in real time;
and step 34, when the PLC sensor detects that the value of the weight sensor reaches the wine output, closing the wine output pump, closing the wine output valve after the set time, simultaneously opening the wine taking cabin door, and taking out the wine container by the user.
9. The wine selling method according to claim 2, wherein in step 4, after the wine selling is completed, the PLC controller sends a wine selling completion instruction to the application program of the wine selling machine, the application program of the wine selling machine sends the number of the routes for selling the wine, the number of the sold wine, the ID of the store and the number of the sold wine list to the server, and the server modifies the corresponding sold wine list and the state of the wine route in real time according to the information and waits for the next wine selling.
