Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动机的离心风扇结构,包括风扇内板、风叶、风扇外板及风扇座,所述风扇内板和风扇外板在风叶安装位置处开有凹槽,通过塞焊方式将风叶固定在风扇内板和风扇外板的相应凹槽内;所述风扇座与上述固定好的风扇内板、风叶和风扇外板采用焊接方式进行固定,焊接的部位位于上述固定好的风扇内板的下端面。上述电动机的离心风扇结构机械损耗小、噪声低,风压及风量匹配度高,采用上述离心风扇结构可有效降低电机温升,提高电机效率。

一种电动机的离心风扇结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心风扇结构,尤其涉及电动机的离心风扇结构。
背景技术
现有的电动机的离心风扇,主要由风扇座、风扇内板、风叶及风扇外板组成,首先将风扇内板、风叶、风扇外板焊接在一起,通过铆钉固定,再在风扇座上加工出止口面及螺孔,将焊接好的风扇通过螺栓及销钉固定在风扇座上。该结构中,风扇焊接时需要通过铆钉固定,工作量大,结构复杂,且因零件过多导致不平衡量偏大;焊接好的风扇与风扇座需要通过螺栓固定,风扇内板是竖直结构,风扇受到的气流冲击损失较大,降低了风扇的效率,而且噪音较大;另外,电机为单侧风扇结构,风扇内板与风扇座垂直时,风扇安装所需轴向尺寸较大,影响转轴挠度及电机紧凑性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、合理、符合流体力学的电动机的离心式风扇,其机械损耗小、噪声低、风压及风量匹配度高,采用该风扇可有效降低电机温升,提高电机效率。
实现上述目的的一种技术方案是:
一种电动机的离心风扇结构,包括风扇内板、风叶、风扇外板及风扇座,
所述风扇内板和风扇外板在风叶安装位置处开有凹槽,通过塞焊方式将风叶固定在风扇内板和风扇外板的相应凹槽内;
所述风扇座与上述固定好的风扇内板、风叶和风扇外板采用焊接方式进行固定,焊接的部位位于上述固定好的风扇内板的下端面。
上述的电动机的离心风扇结构中,所述风叶为径向结构,风叶下端面采用斜面型。
上述的电动机的离心风扇结构中,所述风叶为后倾结构,风叶下端靠近风扇外板处采用圆弧型。
上述的电动机的离心风扇结构中,所述风扇内板采用弯折结构,折弯方向朝向风扇外板。
上述的电动机的离心风扇结构中,所述凹槽通过模具压制成型。
上述的电动机的离心风扇结构中,所述风扇座上端面开有对称的螺孔。
本发明提供的电动机的离心风扇结构,在风扇内板及风扇外板上通过模具加工出风叶对应的槽,既解决了风叶定位问题,又取消了原结构中的铆钉,通过塞焊将风扇内板、风叶、风扇外板固定在一起,减小了工作量,风扇内板采用折弯结构,减小气流冲击损失,提高风扇效率,降低风扇噪音,将焊接好的风扇内板、风叶、风扇外板与风扇座焊接在一起,取消了原结构中的螺栓及销钉,减小了风扇安装时所需的轴向尺寸,使电机内部风路更顺畅,紧凑性更高。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地对本发明的技术方案进行理解,下面通过具体地实施例进行详细地说明:
请参阅图1至图6,本发明,即一种电动机的离心风扇结构,包括风扇内板1、风叶2、风扇外板3及风扇座4。
风扇内板1和风扇外板3在风叶2安装位置处开有凹槽,凹槽可以通过模具压制成型,并通过塞焊方式将风扇内板1、风扇外板3和风叶2固定;既解决了风叶定位问题,又取消了原结构中的铆钉,因此也减小了工作量。
风扇座4上端面可开有对称的螺孔与已经固定好的风扇内板1、风叶2和风扇外板3采用焊接方式固定,就此可以取消原结构中的螺栓及销钉,减小了风扇安装时所需的轴向尺寸,使电机内部风路更顺畅,紧凑性更高。
参见图3,当风叶2为径向结构,风叶2下端面采用斜面型。参见图4,当风叶2为后倾结构,风叶2下端靠近风扇外板处采用圆弧型,使得风叶2与风扇内板1和风扇外板3的塞焊可靠有效。
风扇内板1采用弯折结构,减小了气流冲击损失,提高风扇效率,降低风扇噪音。

1.一种电动机的离心风扇结构,包括风扇内板(1)、风叶(2)、风扇外板(3)及风扇座(4),其特征在于:
所述风扇内板(1)和风扇外板(3)在风叶(2)安装位置处开有凹槽,通过塞焊方式将风叶(2)固定在风扇内板(1)和风扇外板(3)的相应凹槽内;
所述风扇座(4)与上述固定好的风扇内板(1)、风叶(2)和风扇外板(3)采用焊接方式进行固定,焊接的部位位于上述固定好的风扇内板(1)的下端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机的离心风扇结构,其特征在于,所述风叶(2)为径向结构,风叶(2)下端面采用斜面型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动机的离心风扇结构,其特征在于,所述风叶(2)为后倾结构,风叶(2)下端靠近风扇外板处采用圆弧型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动机的离心风扇结构,其特征在于,所述风扇内板(1)采用弯折结构,折弯方向朝向风扇外板(3)。
