Abstract
The invention discloses a method for repairing abnormal color traces and color flowers of nylon cloth, which comprises the following steps; the method comprises the following steps of rewinding abnormal nylon grey cloth, softening agent stripping treatment, color repairing treatment, color fixing treatment, dehydration treatment, post-treatment, drying and shaping and detection, wherein the softening agent stripping auxiliary agent comprises 1.5-2.5g/L of paraffin remover, 0.5-1.5g/L of acetic acid, 5-15g/L of silicone oil and 2-5g/L of sodium hydroxide, and the color fixing agent comprises 30-35g/L of diethylenetriamine, 15-18g/L of ammonium chloride, 5-7g/L of glacial acetic acid and 20-25g/L of ethylene glycol. The nylon cloth repaired by the method has higher quality, and the occurrence of fading after secondary dyeing can be reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nylon cloth dyeing processing, in particular to a method for repairing abnormal color traces and color flowers of nylon cloth.
Background
During printing and dyeing of nylon cloth, problems of competitive dyeing, dyeing defects, color spots, color marks and the like may occur due to the problems of dye property difference, poor adaptability of equipment to dyes, improper setting of process parameters and the like, and printing and dyeing defects need to be repaired.
The traditional color repair process generally comprises the following steps: cloth preparation → stripping → secondary bleaching and dyeing → dehydration → drying in-process → sizing, namely the color of the abnormal cloth needs to be faded out (stripping), and then the required color is bleached and dyed again, the specific procedures include: cloth preparation: rewinding the abnormal cloth and distributing the abnormal cloth to a cloth vehicle; stripping: fading the color of the abnormal cloth; secondary bleaching and dyeing: re-coloring; dehydrating, drying, detecting and confirming bleaching and dyeing quality; and (6) shaping. Wherein, the secondary bleaching and dyeing process is the same as the bleaching and dyeing process, and the used reagents during stripping comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of NaOH, 15-20% of peregal O and 5-8% of synthetic detergent, and sequentially adding the reagents into a stripping tank, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 25-30, the temperature is 98 ℃, and the stripping treatment is carried out for 20-30 min until all colors are faded; gradually cooling after stripping, washing with water, placing the cloth in 0.5ml/L acetic acid, treating at 30 deg.C for 10min, neutralizing residual alkali solution, and washing with clear water. In order to improve the color fastness of the cloth, the color fixing treatment can be carried out after the secondary bleaching and dyeing.
The traditional repairing method does not strip the softening agent on the cloth, so that the effect is poor during secondary dyeing, the quality of the cloth is seriously influenced, and the color of the dyed cloth manufactured by the traditional repairing method is easy to fall off.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defects, provide a method for repairing abnormal color traces and color patterns of nylon cloth, improve the quality of the cloth and reduce color loss.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method for repairing the abnormal color traces and the abnormal color flowers of the nylon cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) rewinding abnormal nylon grey cloth; the nylon grey cloth with abnormal color traces and color flowers is rewound to a cloth vehicle;
(2) and (3) softening agent stripping treatment: washing the grey cloth on the cloth vehicle by water for 3-5 times, adding a softening agent to strip the auxiliary agent, washing by water for 3-5 times again, and then rolling down;
(3) color correction treatment: treating the grey cloth with a refining agent, washing and drying the grey cloth, heating the dye liquor to 50 ℃, putting the grey cloth into the dye liquor, raising the temperature to 90 ℃ at the speed of raising the temperature by 2 ℃ for 1-3 minutes, then raising the temperature to 100 ℃ at the speed of raising the temperature by 1 ℃ for 3-5 minutes, preserving the heat of the dye for 30-40 minutes, cooling, cleaning the grey cloth, and drying the grey cloth by hot air at the temperature of 40-50 ℃;
(4) and (3) fixation treatment: adding 10-20g/L of color fixing agent into a color fixing pool, completely immersing the color-repaired grey cloth into the solution, heating the liquid in the color fixing pool, raising the temperature to 2 ℃ in 2-4 minutes, heating the liquid to 90 ℃, and preserving the heat for 15-25 minutes;
(5) and (3) dehydration treatment: dehydrating the grey cloth subjected to color fixation treatment;
(6) and (3) post-treatment: adding 20-30g/L of resin into a treatment tank, heating liquid in the treatment tank to 50 ℃, completely immersing the dehydrated grey cloth into the liquid, heating the liquid for 2-4 minutes to 3 ℃ till 80 ℃, preserving heat for 15-25 minutes, and fishing out the grey cloth;
(7) drying and shaping: the grey cloth is rolled back to a cloth vehicle, and then the cloth vehicle is placed into a baking box to be baked at the temperature of 180 ℃ and 190 ℃, and the cloth moving speed is 15-20 m/min;
(8) and (3) detection: and (5) detecting the cloth obtained in the step (7) to obtain qualified cloth.
As an improvement, the softening agent stripping auxiliary agent comprises 1.5-2.5g/L of a wax removing agent, 0.5-1.5g/L of acetic acid, 5-15g/L of simethicone and 2-5g/L of sodium hydroxide.
As an improvement, the color fixing agent comprises 30-35g/L of diethylenetriamine, 15-18g/L of ammonium chloride, 5-7g/L of glacial acetic acid and 20-25g/L of ethylene glycol.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the nylon cloth repaired by the method has higher quality, and the occurrence of fading after secondary dyeing can be reduced.

Example one
The method for repairing the abnormal color traces and the abnormal color flowers of the nylon cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) rewinding abnormal nylon grey cloth; the nylon grey cloth with abnormal color traces and color flowers is rewound to a cloth vehicle;
(2) and (3) softening agent stripping treatment: washing the grey cloth on the cloth vehicle for 3 times, adding a softening agent to strip the auxiliary agent, washing for 3 times again, and then rolling down;
(3) color correction treatment: treating the grey cloth with a refining agent, washing and drying the grey cloth, heating dye liquor to 50 ℃, putting the grey cloth into the dye liquor, raising the temperature to 90 ℃ at a speed of raising the temperature by 2 ℃ for 1 minute, then raising the temperature to 100 ℃ at a speed of raising the temperature by 1 ℃ for 3 minutes, preserving the heat of the dye for 30 minutes, cooling, cleaning the grey cloth, and drying the grey cloth by hot air at the drying temperature of 40 ℃;
(4) and (3) fixation treatment: adding 10/L of color fixing agent into a color fixing pool, completely immersing the gray fabric after color correction into the solution, heating the liquid in the color fixing pool, raising the temperature to 2 ℃ in 2 minutes, heating the liquid to 90 ℃, and preserving the heat for 15 minutes;
(5) and (3) dehydration treatment: dehydrating the grey cloth subjected to color fixation treatment;
(6) and (3) post-treatment: adding 20g/L of resin into the treatment tank, heating the liquid in the treatment tank to 50 ℃, completely immersing the dehydrated grey cloth into the liquid, heating the liquid for 2 minutes to 3 ℃ till 80 ℃, preserving the heat for 15 minutes, and fishing out the grey cloth;
(7) drying and shaping: rolling the grey cloth back to a cloth vehicle, then placing the grey cloth into a baking box, and baking the grey cloth at the temperature of 180 ℃ at the cloth moving speed of 15 m/min;
(8) and (3) detection: and (5) detecting the cloth obtained in the step (7) to obtain qualified cloth.
Example two
The method for repairing the abnormal color traces and the abnormal color flowers of the nylon cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) rewinding abnormal nylon grey cloth; the nylon grey cloth with abnormal color traces and color flowers is rewound to a cloth vehicle;
(2) and (3) softening agent stripping treatment: washing the grey cloth on the cloth vehicle for 4 times, adding a softening agent to strip the auxiliary agent, washing for 4 times again, and then rolling down;
(3) color correction treatment: treating the grey cloth with a refining agent, washing and drying the grey cloth, heating dye liquor to 50 ℃, putting the grey cloth into the dye liquor, raising the temperature to 90 ℃ at the speed of raising the temperature by 2 ℃ for 2 minutes, then raising the temperature to 100 ℃ at the speed of raising the temperature by 1 ℃ for 4 minutes, preserving the heat of the dye for 35 minutes, cleaning the grey cloth after cooling, and drying the grey cloth by hot air at the drying temperature of 45 ℃;
(4) and (3) fixation treatment: adding 15g/L of color fixing agent into a color fixing pool, completely immersing the color-repaired grey cloth into the solution, heating the liquid in the color fixing pool, heating the liquid to 90 ℃ at the temperature of 2 ℃ for 3 minutes, and keeping the temperature for 20 minutes;
(5) and (3) dehydration treatment: dehydrating the grey cloth subjected to color fixation treatment;
(6) and (3) post-treatment: adding 25g/L resin into a treatment tank, heating liquid in the treatment tank to 50 ℃, completely immersing the dehydrated grey cloth into the liquid, heating the liquid for 3 minutes to 3 ℃ till 80 ℃, preserving the heat for 20 minutes, and fishing out the grey cloth;
(7) drying and shaping: rolling the grey cloth back to a cloth vehicle, then placing the grey cloth into a baking box, baking the grey cloth at 185 ℃, wherein the cloth moving speed is 18 m/min;
(8) and (3) detection: and (5) detecting the cloth obtained in the step (7) to obtain qualified cloth.
EXAMPLE III
The method for repairing the abnormal color traces and the abnormal color flowers of the nylon cloth comprises the following steps:

(6) and (3) post-treatment: adding 30g/L of resin into the treatment tank, heating the liquid in the treatment tank to 50 ℃, completely immersing the dehydrated grey cloth into the liquid, heating the liquid for 4 minutes to 3 ℃ till 80 ℃, preserving the heat for 25 minutes, and fishing out the grey cloth;
(7) drying and shaping: rolling the grey cloth back to a cloth vehicle, then placing the grey cloth into a baking box, and baking the grey cloth at the temperature of 190 ℃ at the cloth moving speed of 20 m/min;
(8) and (3) detection: and (5) detecting the cloth obtained in the step (7) to obtain qualified cloth.
