In step 101, a garment is pre-treated. Adding water into the roller, adding 2g/L of scouring agent and 1g/L of soaping agent into the roller, wherein the bath ratio is 1:25, putting the ready-made clothes into the water when the water level rises to the level that the blades can drive the clothes to rotate, heating to 98 ℃, preserving heat for 20 minutes, and performing primary dehydration in step 102 after the ready-made clothes reach the uniform hair effect. Setting the rotating speed of the roller to 350 r/min, dehydrating for 30 seconds, and controlling the water content of the ready-made clothes to be 100%.
Next, step 103 is performed to flower. After the binding is performed according to the flower effect requirement, the binding is performed by using a fine polyester thread, and the binding is required to be tight and cannot be loosened so as to avoid the phenomenon of dyeing and pasting. Then, in step 104, the dye is cast. And (3) injecting and drawing the prepared dye on the garment according to the color cloth-arranging requirement, and placing. Step 105 is then performed for dip dyeing. Adding auxiliary agent, stirring, adding ready-made garment after injection dyeing, controlling stirring amplitude according to effect requirement, checking the color of injection dyeing and the colored surface of surface disordered flower dyeing, preventing the color of injection dyeing from being gelatinized, and controlling the colored surface of disordered flower dyeing. Specifically, water is fed into the roller, after the temperature is raised to 63 ℃, anhydrous sodium sulphate is sequentially added, the roller is taken for 5 minutes, the dye is added, the roller is taken for 10 minutes, sodium carbonate is added, the roller is taken for 30 minutes, the color is changed, and the water is discharged.
Next, in step 106, the garment is post-treated. The post-treatment step comprises acid washing and secondary dehydration, water is fed into the roller during acid washing, glacial acetic acid 2g/L is added, and the bath ratio is 1:16, walking for 5 minutes at room temperature, draining, feeding water, eliminating and washing once, and taking out of the tank; in the secondary dehydration, the rotating speed of the roller is set to 350 revolutions per minute, and the dehydration time is 120 seconds, so that the phenomenon of color change caused by flooding in the pickling and soaping processes can be prevented. Step 107 is then performed, after which the wire is removed and then pickled. Adding 2g/L glacial acetic acid into the roller, wherein the bath ratio is 1:25, walking for 5 minutes at room temperature, draining, feeding water, eliminating and washing once, and taking out of the tank.
Then, step 108 is performed again, and the high temperature soaping is performed. Adding 815 an auxiliary agent consisting of 1g/L of soaping agent and 2g/L of P anti-sticking agent into the roller, wherein the bath ratio is 1:25, heating to 98 ℃, preserving heat for 10 minutes, draining water, feeding water, taking out of the vat, so that the problems of white background staining, color staining and finished product color fastness of the ready-made clothes can be controlled by acid washing and high-temperature soaping after removing stitches. Finally, step 109 is performed to dehydrate and dry. And (5) carrying out acid softening, then carrying out dehydration for three times, and drying. When the belt is dehydrated for three times after being softened by acid, water is firstly fed into the roller, and an auxiliary agent consisting of 2g/L of softening agent and 0.8g/L of glacial acetic acid is added, wherein the bath ratio is 1:25, walking for 20 minutes, and taking out of the cylinder; and then the ready-made clothes are dried for 20 minutes at 85 ℃ at the rotating speed of 1200 rpm for 2 minutes, and finally cooled and taken out of the cylinder.
The one-step tie-dyeing method of the injection dyeing and the disordered flower dyeing combines the two procedures of injection dyeing and disordered flower dyeing by adjusting the dewatering liquid rate, the bundling tightness and the adding frequency of dyeing auxiliary agents of the ready-made clothes, and performs synchronous dyeing fixation of the injection dyeing process during disordered flower dyeing, so that the process flow can be shortened, and the production cost can be reduced.
