Description

Run time correction method for washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a running time correction method for washing equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the automation level of human life is higher and higher, and daily housework is gradually replaced by machines from manpower. The washing equipment is used as a common household appliance in daily life, and brings great convenience to the life of people. The washing apparatuses are classified according to washing methods, and may be roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In order to meet the use requirements of users, a display device is arranged on the washing machine to display information such as washing programs, running states, total running time and the like, so that the users can know the running states of the washing machine in time.
In the prior art, the running time of a washing machine program is fixed, wherein the running time is determined by accumulating the set time corresponding to each process of washing, washing drainage, washing dehydration, rinsing drainage, rinsing dehydration and the like, and in the process of executing drainage operation of the washing machine, when a drain of a household drain of a user is too high or the service time of the washing machine is long and a drain valve is blocked, the time required for draining the washing water in a washing barrel is far longer than the set drainage time, so that the actual total running time of the washing machine is greater than the set total running time and is not matched with the total running time displayed by a display device, the user cannot accurately judge how long the actual running time of the washing machine is, and the use experience of the user is greatly influenced.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new run-time correction method for a washing apparatus to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem that the actual total operation time of the existing washing apparatus does not match the set total operation time, the present invention provides an operation time correction method for a washing apparatus, the operation time correction method comprising the steps of: in the process of first operation of the washing equipment, acquiring a first preset water level threshold value and average drainage time of the washing equipment; in the process of the second operation of the washing equipment, acquiring a second preset water level threshold of the washing equipment; comparing the first preset water level threshold value with the second preset water level threshold value; and selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing apparatus according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of "obtaining an average drain time of the washing machine" includes: acquiring a plurality of drainage times during the first operation of the washing equipment; the average of the plurality of drainage times is calculated as an average drainage time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "acquiring a plurality of drain times during the first operation of the washing apparatus" includes: respectively acquiring the water drainage speed of the washing equipment in the process of performing water drainage operation each time during the first operation of the washing equipment; and respectively determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described operation time correction method, before the step of "determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed", the operation time correction method further includes: judging whether any drainage speed is less than a preset speed threshold value; the step of determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed respectively comprises the following specific steps: and if all the drainage speeds are greater than or equal to the preset speed threshold, respectively determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described operation time correction method, the step of "determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed" further includes: if any one of the water discharge speeds is less than the preset speed threshold, the water discharge time is not determined, and a prompt message is sent to prompt the user of the washing equipment to cause water discharge failure.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of "selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average draining time based on the comparison result between the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold" includes: judging whether the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same or not; and if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same, correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing equipment according to the average drainage time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average draining time based on the comparison result between the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold further comprises: and if the first preset water level threshold value is not the same as the second preset water level threshold value, not correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing equipment.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average draining time includes: correcting default drainage time which is written in advance and stored in the washing equipment according to the average drainage time to obtain corrected drainage time; correcting the total operation time of the washing equipment in the second operation according to the corrected drainage time to obtain the actual total operation time; the default total operation time previously written and stored in the washing apparatus is corrected according to the actual total operation time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "obtaining a first preset water level threshold of the washing device" includes: in the process of first operation of the washing equipment, acquiring a first water level frequency of the washing equipment; a first preset water level threshold is determined according to the first water level frequency.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "obtaining a second preset water level threshold of the washing device" includes: in the process of the second operation of the washing equipment, acquiring a second water level frequency of the washing equipment; and determining a second preset water level threshold according to the second water level frequency.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the running time correction method of the present invention, during the first running of the washing machine, a first preset water level threshold and an average draining time of the washing machine are obtained; in the process of the second operation of the washing machine, acquiring a second preset water level threshold of the washing machine; comparing the first preset water level threshold value with the second preset water level threshold value; and selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold. Compared with the prior art that the running time of the washing machine is fixed, the washing machine provided by the invention has the advantages that in the running process, the total running time of the second running of the washing machine is selectively corrected according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold, so that the actual total running time of the second running of the washing machine can be matched with the set total running time of the washing machine and matched with the total running time displayed by the display device, a user can accurately judge how long the washing machine actually runs, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Further, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same, which indicates that the water levels of the washing machine during the two operations are the same (i.e. the water levels of the wash water level, the rinse water level, the balance water level, etc. are all the same), it may be considered that the drain water levels of the washing machine during the two operations are also the same, i.e. the same amount of wash water is drained, and the obtained average drain time is comparable under the condition that the same amount of wash water is drained, and the total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation may be corrected according to the average drain time, so that the actual total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation matches the set total operation time of the washing.
Further, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are different, which indicates that the water levels of the washing machine in the two operation processes are different (i.e., at least one of the wash water level, the rinse water level, and the balance water level is different), it may be considered that at least one drain water level of the washing machine in the two operation processes is different, that is, the washing water with different water amounts is discharged, and under the condition that the washing water with different water amounts is discharged, the obtained average drain time is not comparable, so that the total operation time of the washing machine in the second operation process cannot be corrected according to the average drain time, and the total operation time of the washing machine in the second operation process is not corrected.

The operation time correction method of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with a washing machine. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a runtime correction method of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method of one embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the operation time correction method can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a running time correction method for a washing machine, which aims to selectively correct the total running time of the washing machine according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of a first preset water level threshold and a second preset water level threshold, so that the actual total running time of the washing machine can be matched with the set total running time of the washing machine and matched with the total running time displayed by a display device, a user can accurately judge how long the washing machine actually runs, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a runtime correction method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method of one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the runtime correction method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring a first preset water level threshold and average drainage time of the washing machine in the first running process of the washing machine;
s2, acquiring a second preset water level threshold of the washing machine in the process of second operation of the washing machine;
s3, comparing the first preset water level threshold value with the second preset water level threshold value;
and S4, selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold.
Among them, the washing course of the washing machine includes a washing operation, a draining operation, a rinsing operation, a balance correcting operation, and a dehydrating operation during each operation of the washing machine, for example, during the washing course of the washing machine. Wherein the draining operation includes a washing draining operation, a rinsing draining operation, and a balance correction draining operation, the rinsing draining operation is performed a plurality of times if the rinsing is performed a plurality of times, and the balance correction draining operation is performed a plurality of times if the draining is performed a plurality of times. Accordingly, the drain time of the washing machine may be a wash drain time, a rinse drain time, and a balance correction drain time, and may include a plurality of rinse drain times if the rinse drain operation is performed a plurality of times, and a plurality of rinse drain times if the balance correction drain operation is performed a plurality of times.
Preferably, the washing water level, the rinsing water level, and the balance correcting water level of the washing machine are the same during each operation of the washing machine.
It should be further explained that, in the process of obtaining the first preset water level threshold and the average drainage time, the first preset water level threshold may be obtained first, and then the average drainage time may be obtained; or the average drainage time can be obtained first, and then the first preset water level threshold value is obtained; the first preset water level threshold and the average draining time can be obtained simultaneously, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the obtaining sequence of the first preset water level threshold and the average draining time in practical application, and such changes do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of "obtaining the first preset water level threshold of the washing machine" in the step S1 specifically includes:
s11, acquiring a first water level frequency of the washing machine in the first operation process of the washing machine;
and S12, determining a first preset water level threshold according to the first water level frequency.
In step S11, before the washing machine performs a draining operation (e.g., a washing draining operation, a rinsing draining operation, or a balance correction draining operation), a first water level frequency before the washing machine drains is acquired. Since the washing water level, the rinsing water level and the balance correction water level of the washing machine are the same, and the water level of the washing machine before water drainage is the same, the first water level frequency of the washing machine can be obtained before any water drainage operation.
In step S12, since the drain water level and the water level frequency value are negatively correlated, the water level frequency value increases with the decrease of the drain water level, and after the water level frequency value is determined, the drain water level correlated to the water level frequency value is determined, then the drain water level before the washing machine drains water, i.e. the first preset water level threshold of the washing machine, can be determined according to the first water level frequency value before the washing machine drains water in step S11, so that the first drain amount of the washing machine (i.e. the washing water in the washing machine is completely drained) can be determined according to the first preset water level threshold.
Similarly, in step S2, the step of "obtaining the second preset water level threshold of the washing machine" includes:
s21, acquiring a second water level frequency of the washing machine in the process of second operation of the washing machine;
and S22, determining a second preset water level threshold according to the second water level frequency.
In step S21, before the washing machine performs the draining operation, a second water level frequency before the washing machine does not drain water is acquired.
In step S22, the water level before the washing machine drains no water, i.e. the second preset water level threshold of the washing machine, can be determined according to the second water level frequency value before the washing machine drains no water in step S21, so that the second water drainage amount of the washing machine (i.e. the washing water in the washing machine is completely drained) can be determined according to the second preset water level threshold.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of "obtaining the average draining time of the washing machine" in the step S1 includes:
s13, acquiring a plurality of drainage time periods during the first operation of the washing machine;
and S14, calculating the average value of the drainage time as the average drainage time.
In step S13, if the washing and draining operation, the two rinsing and draining operations, and the one balance correction and draining operation are performed during the first operation of the washing machine, the washing and draining time, the two rinsing and draining times, and the one balance correction and draining time of the washing machine are respectively obtained, and the washing water level, the two rinsing water levels, and the one balance correction water level are all the same, so that the obtained washing and draining time, the two rinsing and draining times, and the one balance correction and draining time are comparable. Of course, the type and number of the draining time are not limited to those enumerated above, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the type and number of the draining time of the washing machine according to actual operation conditions.
In step S14, the average value of the drainage times is obtained by summing the plurality of acquired drainage times to obtain the total drainage time and dividing the total drainage time by the number of drainage times, and the average value of the drainage times is used as the average drainage time. For example, if the total drain time is obtained by summing the wash drain time, the two-time rinse drain time, and the one-time balance correction drain time obtained in step S13, and the number of drain times is four, the average value of the drain times can be obtained by dividing the total drain time by four.
Preferably, the step of "acquiring a plurality of draining times during the first operation of the washing machine" in the step S13 specifically includes:
s1311, respectively acquiring the drainage speed of the washing machine in the process of performing drainage operation each time during the first operation of the washing machine;
and S132, respectively determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed.
In order to accurately obtain the drainage speed of the washing machine, the washing machine further comprises a flow sensor, the flow sensor is arranged at the drainage outlet of the washing machine, and in step 1311, the drainage speed is obtained through the flow sensor, so that the drainage speed of the washing machine can be accurately obtained, and accurate data is provided for the washing machine to determine the drainage time. Preferably, the flow sensor is an infrared spectrum sensor, and may also be other types of sensors, such as a radio frequency sensor, etc., so as to detect the water discharge speed of the washing machine, it should be noted that the detection method of the water discharge speed of the washing machine should not limit the present invention.
In step S132, the first drain amount of the washing machine is determined according to the first preset water level threshold obtained in step S12, and the drain time of the washing machine can be obtained by dividing the first drain amount by the drain speed obtained in step S131, that is, the drain time of the washing machine in each drain process can be obtained by dividing the first drain amount by the drain speed obtained in each drain process.
In order to improve the accuracy of the acquired drainage time, before "determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed respectively" in step S132, the operation time correction method further includes:
s1312, judging whether any drainage speed is smaller than a preset speed threshold value;
in step S132, the step of "determining a plurality of drainage times according to the first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed" specifically includes:
s1321, if all the drainage speeds are greater than or equal to a preset speed threshold, respectively determining a plurality of drainage times according to a first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed;
and S1322, if any one of the water drainage speeds is less than the preset speed threshold value, the water drainage time is not determined, and prompt information is sent to prompt a user that the washing machine has water drainage faults.
In step S1321, if all the drainage speeds are greater than or equal to the preset speed threshold, it indicates that the washing machine is draining normally, and the obtained drainage speed is relatively accurate, a plurality of drainage times are determined according to the first preset water level threshold and the drainage speed, so as to ensure the accuracy of the drainage time, and provide accurate data for correcting the total running time of the washing machine.
In step S1322, if any one of the drainage speeds is smaller than the preset speed threshold, which indicates that the washing machine has a drainage fault (for example, the drainage pipe is not laid down or the drainage valve is blocked), the obtained drainage speed is inaccurate, so that the drainage time of the washing machine cannot be accurately determined, the drainage time is not determined, and a prompt message is sent to prompt the user of the drainage fault of the washing machine.
Preferably, the washing machine may send a prompt message in the form of voice, text, picture, light, etc. to prompt the user of the washing machine to drain the water.
In the above process, through setting of the preset speed threshold, a conclusion is given whether the drainage time is determined according to the first preset water level threshold and the drainage speed. The preset speed threshold is the minimum speed of normal drainage of the washing machine, and certainly the preset speed threshold may be other speeds, for example, an experimental drainage speed obtained by an experiment of a person skilled in the art under a specific working condition, or an empirical drainage speed obtained according to an experience, as long as a boundary point determined by meeting the preset speed threshold can meet a requirement for judging whether to determine drainage time according to the first preset water level threshold and the drainage speed.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of "selectively correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average draining time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold" in the step S4 specifically includes:
s41, judging whether the first preset water level threshold is the same as the second preset water level threshold;
s42, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same, correcting the total operation time of the washing machine for the second operation according to the average drainage time;
and S43, if the first preset water level threshold value and the second preset water level threshold value are not the same, not correcting the total operation time of the washing machine in the second operation.
In step S42, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same, which means that the water levels of the washing machine during the two operations are the same (i.e. the water levels of the wash water level, the rinse water level, the balance water level, etc. are all the same), then it can be considered that the water discharge levels of the washing machine during the two operations are also the same, i.e. the same amount of wash water is discharged, and the obtained average water discharge time is comparable under the condition that the same amount of wash water is discharged, then the total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation can be corrected according to the average water discharge time, so that the actual total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation matches the set total.
In step S43, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are different, which indicates that the water levels of the washing machine during the two operations are different (i.e., at least one of the wash water level, the rinse water level, and the balance water level is different), it may be determined that at least one of the drain water levels of the washing machine during the two operations is different, i.e., the washing water with different water amounts is drained, and the obtained average drain time is not comparable under the condition that the washing water with different water amounts is drained, so that the total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation cannot be corrected according to the average drain time, and the total operation time of the washing machine during the second operation is not corrected according to the average drain time.
Preferably, the step of "correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average drainage time" in the step S42 includes:
s421, correcting default drainage time which is written in advance and stored in the washing machine according to the average drainage time to obtain corrected drainage time;
s422, correcting the total operation time of the secondary operation of the washing machine according to the corrected drainage time to obtain the actual total operation time;
and S423, correcting the default total operation time previously written and stored in the washing machine according to the actual total operation time.
In step S421, the default draining time previously written and stored in the washing machine is corrected according to the average draining time, the default draining time previously written and stored in the memory is corrected to obtain the corrected draining time, and the washing machine performs the draining operation according to the newly set corrected draining time during the second operation.
In step S422, the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine is corrected according to the corrected drainage time to obtain the actual total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine, for example, the drainage time of the washing machine includes a washing drainage time, two rinsing drainage times and a balance correction drainage time, and the washing drainage operation, the rinsing drainage operation and the balance correction drainage operation are performed according to the corrected drainage time, so that the total drainage time of the second operation of the washing machine can be determined according to the corrected drainage time, and the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine is corrected according to the total drainage time to obtain the actual total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine. Of course, the draining time of the washing machine is not limited to the above-listed time, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the draining time of the washing machine according to the actual operation condition of the washing machine.
In step S423, the default total operating time previously written and stored in the memory is corrected according to the actual total operating time, and the default total operating time previously written and stored in the memory is corrected such that the actual total operating time of the second operation of the washing machine matches the default total operating time newly set for the washing machine.
Preferably, the average drainage time of the washing machine is newly acquired and stored during the second operation of the washing machine, the third preset water level threshold of the washing machine is acquired during the third operation of the washing machine, and the total operation time of the washing machine is selectively corrected according to the average drainage time based on the comparison result of the second preset water level threshold and the third preset water level threshold. That is, regardless of whether the total operation time of the washing machine is corrected according to the average drain time, the average drain time of the washing machine is acquired and stored during each operation of the washing machine, so that the total operation time of the washing machine can be corrected during the next operation of the washing machine.
It should be further noted that, in the process of each operation of the washing machine, not only the average drainage time of the washing machine, but also other drainage information such as drainage faults, drainage times and the like of the washing machine may be acquired and stored, so that a user can know the drainage condition of the washing machine in time.
Alternatively, in step S4, "the drain time of the second operation of the washing machine may be selectively corrected according to the average drain time based on the comparison result of the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold". The method comprises the following specific steps:
s44, judging whether the first preset water level threshold is the same as the second preset water level threshold;
s45, if the first preset water level threshold and the second preset water level threshold are the same, correcting the drainage time of the second operation of the washing machine according to the average drainage time;
and S46, if the first preset water level threshold value is not the same as the second preset water level threshold value, not correcting the drainage time of the second operation of the washing machine.
Referring now to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the complete process of the run-time correction method of the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s11, acquiring a first water level frequency of the washing machine in the first operation process of the washing machine;
s12, determining a first preset water level threshold according to the first water level frequency;
s1311, respectively acquiring the drainage speed of the washing machine in the process of performing drainage operation each time during the first operation of the washing machine;
s1312, judging whether any drainage speed is smaller than a preset speed threshold value;
s1321, if not, respectively determining a plurality of drainage times according to a first preset water level threshold and each drainage speed;
s1322, if yes, the drainage time is not determined, and prompt information is sent to prompt a user that the washing machine has drainage faults;
after step S1321, step S14 is performed;
s14, calculating the average value of a plurality of drainage times as the average drainage time;
s21, acquiring a second water level frequency of the washing machine in the process of second operation of the washing machine;
s22, determining a second preset water level threshold according to the second water level frequency;
s41, judging whether the first preset water level threshold is the same as the second preset water level threshold;
s421, if yes, correcting the default drainage time which is written in the washing machine in advance and stored in the washing machine according to the average drainage time to obtain the corrected drainage time;
s422, correcting the total operation time of the secondary operation of the washing machine according to the corrected drainage time to obtain the actual total operation time;
s423, correcting the default total operation time written in advance and stored in the washing machine according to the actual total operation time;
and S43, if not, not correcting the total operation time of the second operation of the washing machine.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required. For example, the steps of the above embodiments may be combined into one step, or further divided into multiple sub-steps to complete all or part of the functions described above.
