Abstract

本发明涉及编织技术领域,具体涉及一种除尘袋用机织布。本发明的除尘袋用机织布由经线和纬线交织构成,经线为丝线和条状物,条状物为若干条,条状物在除尘袋用机织布上形成凸起。该除尘袋用机织布是将条状物编入到机织布中,结构稳定,条状物提高了除尘袋袋口与花板的结合牢固度,并且提高了工作效率,降低了成本。

本发明涉及编织技术领域,具体涉及一种除尘袋用机织布。
背景技术
除尘袋是袋式除尘器运行过程中的关键部分,通常圆筒型滤袋垂直地悬挂在除尘器中。除尘袋在与除尘设备固定的过程中,为了增加固定的稳定性会在除尘袋的袋口处增加衬条,衬条一般都是缝制到除尘袋的袋口处的,衬条缝制的过程增加了工作量,同时也增加了成本,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供了一种除尘袋用机织布,该除尘袋用机织布是将条状物编入到机织布中,结构稳定,条状物提高了除尘袋袋口与花板的结合牢固度,并且提高了工作效率,降低了成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种除尘袋用机织布,由经线和纬线交织构成,经线为丝线和条状物,条状物为若干条,条状物在除尘袋用机织布上形成凸起。
进一步的,所述丝线为长丝、单丝或短纤维,所述纬线为长丝、单丝或短纤维。
进一步的,所述若干条条状物并排排列。并排排列能够增加强度,增加凸起物的宽度。
进一步的,所述若干条条状物间隔排列。间隔排列能够形成若干个凹槽结构。
进一步的,所述条状物为一条。
进一步的,所述条状物为两条,两条条状物间隔排列。
进一步的,所述条状物为线绳,所述线绳的直径大于所述丝线的直径,所述线绳的直径大于所述纬线的直径。
进一步的,所述经线和所述纬线采用平文、斜纹、缎纹或复合组织结构织造。
进一步的,所述经线和所述纬线的材质为涤纶PE、丙纶PP、锦纶PA、玻璃纤维、聚苯硫醚PPS、聚四氟乙烯PTFE、聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、聚醚醚酮PEEK、芳纶1313、芳纶1414、棉、黏胶纤维、亚克力纤维、腈纶中的一种或几种。
一种除尘袋的紧固结构,除尘袋的袋口上设置有由上述除尘袋用机织布所围成的环形结构,环形结构通过支撑环支撑;还包括花板,花板上设置有若干个安装孔,所述支撑环支撑起所述条状物所形成的凸起,支撑环通过自身的弹性将环状结构抵靠在花板上的安装孔内,所述条状物所形成的凸起卡设在花板上。
本发明的有益效果是:
该除尘袋用机织布是将条状物编入到机织布中,结构稳定,条状物提高了除尘袋袋口与花板的结合牢固度,并且提高了工作效率,降低了成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:一种除尘袋用机织布,由经线和纬线3交织构成,所述经线和所述纬线的材质可以是但不限涤纶PE、丙纶PP、锦纶PA、玻璃纤维、聚苯硫醚PPS、聚四氟乙烯PTFE、聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、聚醚醚酮PEEK、芳纶1313、芳纶1414、棉、黏胶纤维、亚克力纤维、腈纶等一种或几种。本实施例中经线和纬线为涤纶PE。
所述经线和所述纬线3平纹编织,经线为丝线1和条状物2,条状物2为一条,条状物2在机织布上形成凸起。本实施例中的所述丝线1和所述纬线2为长丝纱线,所述条状物2为直径为3-15mm的线绳。条状物2与编织纱线的直径比例悬殊,形成明显的凸起。
本实例的有益效果是:该除尘袋用机织布是将条状物2编织到机织布中,结构稳定,条状物2提高了除尘袋袋口与花板4的结合牢固度,从而提高了工作效率,降低了成本。
实施例2:一种除尘袋的紧固结构,该紧固结构用于袋式除尘设备,除尘袋的袋口上固定设置有实施例1所述的除尘袋用机织布所围成的环形结构,所述环形结构通过支撑环5支撑,支撑环5的宽度大于所述条状物2的宽度,此时支撑环5能够更好的支撑起所述条状物2形成的凸起,支撑环5为环形金属弹性件,所述环形结构与支撑环5的外表面包裹一层布,布的存在能够增强环状结构中的条状物2在除尘袋用机织布中的强度和耐磨性。
环状结构通过支撑环5可拆卸的嵌压在花板4上,花板4上设置有若干个安装孔4.1,支撑环5的外径略大于安装孔的4.1的内径,支撑环5通过自身的弹性将环状结构抵靠在花板4上的安装孔4.1内,所述条状物2形成的凸起卡设在花板4的上表面上。条状物2形成的凸起卡设在花板4的上表面上能够防止除尘袋向下窜动,从而起到更好的固定除尘袋的作用。
本实施例的有益效果是:
除尘袋的袋口上设置有由除尘袋用机织布组成的环状结构,环状结构通过支撑环5可拆卸的嵌压在花板4上,并使条状物2形成的凸起卡设在环状凸缘4.1的上表面上,防止除尘袋向下窜动,能够更好的固定。
实施例3:如图1-3所示,一种除尘袋用机织布,由经线和纬线3交织构成,所述经线和所述纬线的材质可以是但不限涤纶PE、丙纶PP、锦纶PA、玻璃纤维、聚苯硫醚PPS、聚四氟乙烯PTFE、聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、聚醚醚酮PEEK、芳纶1313、芳纶1414、棉、黏胶纤维、亚克力纤维、腈纶等一种或几种。本实施例中经线和纬线为涤纶PE。所述经线和所述纬线3平纹编织,经线为丝线1和条状物2,条状物2为两条,两条条状物2间隔排列。两条间隔排列的条状物2形成凹槽结构。本实施例中的所述丝线1和所述纬线2为长丝纱线,所述条状物为直径为3-15mm的线绳。条状物2与编织纱线的直径比例悬殊,两条间隔设置的条状物2形成较深的凹槽结构。
本实施例的有益效果是:

实施例4:如图4所示,一种除尘袋的紧固结构,该紧固结构用于袋式除尘袋,除尘袋的袋口上固定设置有实施例3所述的除尘袋用机织布所围成的环形结构,所述环形结构通过支撑环5支撑,两条条状物2的间距与花板4的厚度相匹配。支撑环5的宽度等于间隔设置的两条条状物2的间距,此时支撑环5能够更好的支撑起两条条状物2形成凹槽结构,支撑环5为环形金属弹性件,所述环形结构与支撑环5的外表面包裹一层布,布的存在能够增强两条条状物2在除尘袋用机织布中的强度和耐磨性。
环状凹槽结构通过支撑环5可拆卸的嵌压在花板4上,花板4上设置有若干个安装孔4.1,支撑环5的外径略大于安装孔的4.1的内径,支撑环5通过自身的弹性将环状凹槽结构抵靠在花板4上的安装孔4.1内,所述两条条状物2形成的凸起分别卡设在花板4的上下表面上。两条条状物2形成的凸起卡设在花板4的上下表面上能够防止除尘袋上下窜动,从而起到更好的固定除尘袋的作用。

除尘袋的袋口上缝制有由除尘袋用机织布组成的环状结构,环状结构通过支撑环5可拆卸的嵌压在花板4的安装孔4.1内,并使两条条状物2形成的凸起分别卡设在花板4的上下表面上,防止除尘袋上下窜动,条状物2与编织纱线的直径比例悬殊,两条间隔设置的条状物2形成较深的凹槽结构,利于除尘袋更牢固的安装在花板4上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用机织布,其特征在于,所述经线和所述纬线的材质为涤纶PE、丙纶PP、锦纶PA、玻璃纤维、聚苯硫醚PPS、聚四氟乙烯PTFE、聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、聚醚醚酮PEEK、芳纶1313、芳纶1414、棉、黏胶纤维、亚克力纤维、腈纶中的一种或几种;所述丝线(1)为长丝、单丝或短纤维,所述纬线(3)为长丝、单丝或短纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用机织布,其特征在于,所述若干条条状物(2)并排排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用机织布,其特征在于,所述若干条条状物(2)间隔排列。
