An active liquid for treating water and soil pollution is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of purslane, 3-8 parts of barley malt, 3-8 parts of Chinese date, 3-8 parts of ginger, 3-8 parts of lawn pennywort herb, 10-15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10-15 parts of purple perilla, 2-4 parts of dandelion, 5-10 parts of medlar, 10-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of kudzu root, 10-15 parts of Chinese yam, 3-8 parts of mulberry leaf, 3-8 parts of mulberry and 3-8 parts of mulberry root.
2. The method for preparing the active liquid for treating water and soil pollution of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) collecting fresh raw materials, and cleaning for later use;
(2) preparing activated water: mixing Mel, brown sugar and water, and stirring to obtain activated water;
(3) soaking the raw materials cleaned in the step (1) in activated water respectively for primary fermentation to obtain primary fermentation products;
(4) mixing the primary fermentation products of the raw materials uniformly, performing composite fermentation, and filtering to obtain active liquid for treating water and soil pollution after the fermentation is finished.

The method for preparing an active liquid for treating water and soil pollution according to claim 2, wherein in the step (1), the cleaning is performed by firstly washing with clean water and then washing with light saline water, and preferably, the concentration of the light saline water is 0.5-0.7 g/ml.

in the process of composite fermentation, if negative pressure occurs in the fermentation container, oxygen needs to be filled into the fermentation container.
