Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental remediation, and particularly relates to an active liquid for treating water and soil pollution.
Background
Three global crises are caused by unexpected and preventive adverse effects of people on highly developed industries: resource shortage, environmental pollution and ecological destruction. Environmental pollution refers to the act of adding a substance to the environment that exceeds the self-cleaning ability of the environment and creates a hazard, either naturally or artificially. The constitution or state of the environment is changed due to human factors, and the quality of the environment is reduced, thereby disturbing or destroying the phenomena of the normal production and living conditions of the ecosystem and human beings.
Soil is an essential important resource and material foundation for production, life and other aspects of human society, at present, China is in the stage of accelerated development and advance of industrialization and urbanization, various pollutants enter the soil, the situation of soil pollution is more severe, and the current situation of agricultural environment and the quality safety problem of agricultural products are in urgent need of improvement.
Meanwhile, the industrial and agricultural wastewater discharge amount is getting larger and more, and more polluted water bodies are generated, so that the research and practice of polluted water body remediation are the current hot problems in order to meet the requirements of human social sustainable development and realize harmonious development of human and nature.
In recent years, the environmental pollution in China tends to be diversified and complicated, so that the composite pollution formed by various pollutants gradually develops to be the key point of research in the environmental field, wherein heavy metals and antibiotics become more and more types of pollutants which cannot be ignored in the environmental system in China due to the large use and emission of the heavy metals and the antibiotics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an active liquid for treating water and soil pollution, which can convert heavy metals in soil and water and decompose pollutants, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an active liquid for treating water and soil pollution, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of purslane, 3-8 parts of barley malt, 3-8 parts of Chinese date, 3-8 parts of ginger, 3-8 parts of lawn pennywort herb, 10-15 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10-15 parts of purple perilla, 2-4 parts of dandelion, 5-10 parts of medlar, 10-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of kudzu root, 10-15 parts of Chinese yam, 3-8 parts of mulberry leaf, 3-8 parts of mulberry and 3-8 parts of mulberry root.
The purslane is a wild medicinal and edible plant, is rich in various nutrient substances such as protein, fat, cellulose, mineral substances and the like, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria, inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis, clearing away dust and toxic materials and the like.
Barley malt is rich in vitamin A, B family vitamins, vitamin E, amylase, maltose, glucose, invertase, allantoin, protease, fat and minerals, etc., and the allantoin in barley malt can promote healing of gastrointestinal ulcer.
The Chinese date is rich in protein, fat, sugar, carotene, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin P, calcium, phosphorus, iron, cyclic adenosine monophosphate and other nutritional ingredients, wherein the content of the vitamin C is famous in fruits, and the Chinese date has the beauty of vitamin Wangzhi and has the effects of enriching blood, beautifying and treating insomnia.
The ginger is rich in nutrition, contains various nutrient substances, and contains nutrient elements such as fat, protein, crude fiber, carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, inorganic salt, calcium, phosphorus, iron and the like.
The herba Coriandri contains volatile oil and volatile fragrant substances, is rich in vitamins, and also contains rich minerals such as calcium, ferrum, phosphorus, magnesium, etc., and herba Coriandri also contains potassium malate, etc.
Herba Agastaches is a high calcium and high carotene food, and the whole herb of herba Agastaches contains aromatic volatile oil mainly containing methyl piperonyl alcohol, limonene, linalool, etc., and has certain inhibiting effect on various pathogenic fungi.
The purple perilla contains microelements such as iron, calcium and phosphorus, and also contains nutrient elements such as carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, nicotinic acid and various amino acids.
The herba Taraxaci is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium, and also contains nutritional elements such as ferrum, calcium, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, magnesium, vitamin B6, folic acid and copper.

The mulberry root contains essential oil, mulberrin, glucoside and other trace elements, and has effects of lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, and resisting AIDS.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of active liquid for treating water and soil pollution, which comprises the following steps:
(1) collecting fresh raw materials, and cleaning for later use;
(2) preparing activated water: mixing Mel, brown sugar and water, and stirring to obtain activated water;
(3) soaking the raw materials cleaned in the step (1) in activated water respectively for primary fermentation to obtain primary fermentation products;
(4) mixing the primary fermentation products of the raw materials uniformly, performing composite fermentation, and filtering to obtain active liquid for treating water and soil pollution after the fermentation is finished.
The invention adopts fresh raw materials for preparation, collects the raw materials according to the optimal collection time of the raw materials, and performs primary fermentation after collection, and the optimal collection time of the raw materials is different, so the invention separately and independently ferments the raw materials to achieve the optimal effect.
According to the long-term test results of the inventor, the storage time of the fermentation product obtained by fermenting single raw material independently is 6-12 months, which provides guarantee for mixed fermentation among the raw materials.
As a preferable embodiment, in the step (1), the cleaning is performed by washing with clean water and then with light salt water, preferably, the concentration of the light salt water is 0.5-0.7 g/ml.
As a preferable embodiment, in the step (2), the weight ratio of honey, brown sugar and water is 0.8-1.2: 8-12: 100, preferably, in the step (2), the weight ratio of the honey, the brown sugar and the water is 1: 10: 100.
in the above method for preparing an active liquid for treating water and soil pollution, as a preferred embodiment, in the step (3), the weight ratio of the single raw material to the activated water is 0.8-1.2: preferably, the weight ratio of the single raw material to the activated water is 1: 5.
as a preferred embodiment, when the raw materials are fermented until no bubbles are generated in the fermentation liquid, the primary fermentation is completed, preferably, the primary fermentation is sealed fermentation at 25-35 ℃ under normal pressure for 8-20 days.
