Claims (4)

1. A device for rapidly fermenting and treating livestock and poultry manure is characterized by comprising a manure pretreatment part, a fermentation part and a control device, wherein the manure pretreatment part is connected with the fermentation part through a pipeline, the control device is positioned on the outer side of the fermentation part, the manure pretreatment part comprises a hot-blast stove, a drying pipeline, a crushing part and a feed hopper, the feed hopper is positioned on the upper side of the drying pipeline and fixedly connected with the drying pipeline, the hot-blast stove is positioned at one end of the drying pipeline, the output end of the hot-blast stove is communicated with the drying pipeline, the crushing part is arranged along the length extending direction of the drying pipeline and positioned inside the drying pipeline, the crushing part comprises a driving motor, crushing leaves and a rotating shaft, the crushing leaves are arranged around the rotating shaft, and the output end of the driving motor is electrically connected with the rotating shaft, the driving motor is positioned at one end of the drying pipeline;
the crushing blade comprises an impeller and a sealing ring, the impeller is provided with an airflow channel, the impeller is arranged on the outer periphery side of the rotating shaft in a surrounding mode through the sealing ring, and the airflow channel is communicated with the hot blast stove and arranged on the outer edge of the impeller;
the drying pipeline is provided with a plurality of drainage grooves and a pipeline body, the drainage grooves are arranged along the length direction of the pipeline body, and the pipeline body is respectively communicated with the hot blast stove and the fermentation piece;
the fermentation part comprises a fermentation tank body, an air blowing part, a stirring part and a spray head, the fermentation tank body is communicated with the pipeline body, the air blowing part is positioned on the upper side of the fermentation tank body, the stirring part is arranged along the length direction of the fermentation tank body, and the spray head is positioned on the upper side inside the fermentation tank body;

The apparatus for rapid fermentation treatment of livestock and poultry manure according to claim 1, wherein the fermenter is a cylindrical structure, and is provided with a filter screen and a liquid outlet, the filter screen is located at the upper side of the fermenter, and the liquid outlet is communicated with the fermenter and is located at the bottom of the fermenter.

The apparatus for rapid fermentation treatment of livestock and poultry manure according to claim 2, wherein the control device comprises a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a control chip, and the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are both located inside the fermentation tank body and are electrically connected with the control chip.
4. A method for rapid fermentation treatment of livestock manure, comprising a device for rapid fermentation treatment of livestock manure as claimed in claim 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
pretreating excrement, conveying the excrement into the feed hopper, drying by the hot blast stove and crushing by the crushing piece to obtain excrement powder, and conveying the excrement powder into the fermentation piece;
loading, wherein excrement powder in the fermentation piece is filtered by the filter screen and then accumulated in the fermentation tank body;
fully fermenting, wherein the control device monitors the fermentation condition in the fermentation tank body and starts the stirring piece to stir through the control chip according to a preset condition;
and after the excrement powder in the fermentation tank is fully fermented, discharging the liquid part through the liquid outlet to obtain the fully fermented fertilizer.
