技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,具体是一种车用挡风玻璃除霜装置。
背景技术
冬季,尤其是雨雪天气,汽车在室外停放一夜,第二天挡风玻璃经常会出现结霜现象,这是车主最为头痛的问题之一。应对汽车挡风玻璃结霜,传统方法中最安全的是提前热车,用暖风吹化结霜,但是这种方法需要耗费较长的时间。而在挡风玻璃中装入电热丝,这种技术多用于后挡风玻璃,且仅限于一些特定的品牌车。
开启汽车空调,用吹出的暖风加热玻璃,达到除霜目的。这是目前大部分车主采用的除霜方式。这种方式,除霜速度慢,效率低,且需发动汽车才能开启空调,费时费力费油。
人们有时也采用人工硬板刮除的方式。用硬板刮除是最原始的除霜方式,费时费力的同时,还有可能损伤玻璃。
目前,针对挡风玻璃除霜的问题,国内外已有许多技术研究。
前挡风玻璃安装电阻丝是有使用的技术,但是这些技术方法仅限于一些特定的品牌车,并未广泛的应用。
某公司发明的一种基于石墨烯技术的预装汽车挡风玻璃发热膜,粘贴在汽车挡风玻璃内表面,用于为汽车挡风玻璃除霜。但是成本高寿命短而且不易于清洗,对工作电压具有严格的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,包括发热模组和充气模组,所述发热模组包括化学材料发热层和气密层,所述气密层密封所述化学材料发热层,且气密层与化学材料发热层之间留有间隙形成反应腔;所述充气模组向反应腔充气,为化学材料发热层的化学反应提供反应物和催化剂,化学反应产生的热量用于挡风玻璃除霜。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述化学材料发热层通过分隔固定层安装在挡风玻璃上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述化学材料发热层包括支撑件和若干呈阵列固定在支撑件上的化学反应件。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述化学反应件的材料包括铁粉、蛭石、活性炭及氯化钠。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述分隔固定层与化学材料发热层的边沿连接处设有密封件。

具体的,所述发热模组和充气模组5可拆卸连接,所述化学材料发热层包括支撑件和若干呈阵列固定在支撑件上的化学反应件,所述化学反应件阵列的间隔形成之间反应腔;所述支撑件是无纺布,所述化学反应件的材料包括铁粉、蛭石、活性炭及氯化钠,即将蛭石、活性炭和铁粉混合加入水和氯化钠中冷凝成块,形成化学反应件,并将化学反应件通过无纺布分割固定;其中活性炭起反应床的作用,因为活性炭内部均匀分布大量毛孔,可以使混合其中的铁粉反应速度均匀并起催化剂的作用;蛭石是一种保温材料,用于减缓散热。正常状态下,反应腔被气密层密闭;除霜时,气密层解除对反应腔的封闭,接通充气模组与反应腔,向反应腔充气,气体进入反应腔与化学材料发热层的化学反应件发生化学反应并产生热量,产生的热量散发至外部进行除霜,且在向反应腔充气的过程中,所述充气模组的充气可由汽车的中控台根据工况控制,进而控制化学反应件的化学反应时间,进行多次的除霜后,化学反应件消耗完取下进行更换,充气模组仍可在新产品上继续使用,无需换新。与传统的电加热除霜装置相比,成本更低,且操作简单、更换方便,还可根据工况改变产热量,工艺性好、耗能少。

所述分隔固定层1选用无纺布材料,所述分隔固定层1与化学材料发热层2的边沿连接处设有密封件,所述密封件是热熔胶,通过热熔胶粘合分隔固定层1与化学材料发热层2的边沿连接处以保持密封。
另外,可以通过分隔固定层1取代化学材料发热层的支撑件,直接将化学反应件分隔成小块固定在分隔固定层1,并用超声波焊接机焊接无纺布包裹各化学反应件,防止由于挡风玻璃7的倾斜角度造成化学材料发热层向下滑动,产生堆积,影响发热均匀性。
请参阅图1,本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述气密层与化学材料发热层2之间设有保温层3。
所述保温层3采用有机保温材料制成,在化学材料发热层进行化学反应产生热量后,通过保温层3减缓和阻隔热量向远离挡风玻璃的方向散发,提高热利用率。
请参阅图1,本发明的另一个实施例中,所述保温层3上开设有与反应腔接通的气孔;所述气孔与气密层上设有的气封件相配,所述气封件控制气孔的开闭。
具体的,气密层采用所述防水密封薄膜4,气封件包括气塞8,所述防水密封薄膜在气塞打开前,保持反应腔处于真空密封状态,化学材料发热层2缺少反应物无法反应;防水密封薄膜4所带的气塞8打开后,充气模组5将空气通入反应腔,化学材料发热层2方可开始反应;基于汽车所在地天气状态,汽车控制充气模组5通入的空气量,从而控制化学材料发热层2产生的热量,通入空气量多,化学材料发热层2参与反应量多,产生热量多,反之,通入空气量少,化学材料发热层2参与反应量少,产生热量少;充气结束后,关闭防水密封薄膜4所带气塞8,所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置6恢复密封状态,待车用挡风玻璃除霜装置6的反应腔内空气反应消耗尽,化学材料发热层2即停止产热,车用挡风玻璃除霜装置6恢复为真空密封状态。

基于汽车所在地天气状态,汽车的中控台根据工况通过继电器控制气泵通入的空气量,从而控制化学材料发热层2产生的热量,通入空气量多,化学材料发热层2参与反应量多,产生热量多,反之,通入空气量少,化学材料发热层2参与反应量少,产生热量少。
请参阅图1,本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述气泵通过连接管连接反应腔,在连接管上设有电磁阀,所述电磁阀与继电器连接,继电器通过电磁阀控制气泵充气,通过所述电磁阀控制气孔的开闭,取代气塞的作用,提高所述车用挡风玻璃除霜装置6的自动化程度。
本发明的工作原理:正常状态下,反应腔被气密层密闭;除霜时,气密层解除对反应腔的封闭,接通充气模组与反应腔,向反应腔充气,气体进入反应腔与化学材料发热层的化学反应件发生化学反应并产生热量,产生的热量散发至外部进行除霜,且在向反应腔充气的过程中,所述充气模组的充气可由汽车的中控台根据工况控制,进而控制化学反应件的化学反应时间。
需要说明的是,本发明所采用的继电器、气泵均为现有技术的应用,本专业技术人员能够根据相关的描述实现所要达到的功能,或通过相似的技术实现所需完成的技术特性,在这里就不再详细描述。

6.根据权利要求1所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,其特征在于,所述气密层与化学材料发热层之间设有保温层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,其特征在于,所述保温层上开设有与反应腔接通的气孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,其特征在于,所述气孔与气密层上设有的气封件相配,所述气封件控制气孔的开闭。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,其特征在于,所述充气模组包括气泵,所述气泵与反应腔接通,汽车的中控台根据工况通过继电器控制气泵工作。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车用挡风玻璃除霜装置,其特征在于,所述发热模组和充气模组可拆卸连接。
