s2, putting the cleaned moutan bark into a ceramic container, adding a proper amount of rhubarb and sphagnum emodi, finally adding yellow wine, putting the mixture on a steaming rack for steaming, after the water is boiled, steaming for 2-3h, after cooling after the steaming, filtering, collecting filtrate, fishing out the moutan bark from filter residues, rinsing the moutan bark with the filtrate, removing impurities attached to the moutan bark, and drying for later use;
s3, slicing the dried tree peony bark, wherein the slice thickness is 4 mm;
s4, wetting the sliced tree peony bark by using the filtrate in S2, then placing the wetted tree peony bark in an oven, baking for 10min at 165 ℃ and cooling to obtain the tree peony bark tea.
Further, in the step S2, the mass ratio of the rhubarb to the moutan bark is 0.3: 1, the mass ratio of the moss, the moutan bark is 0.2: 1.
further, in S2, the mass ratio of the yellow wine to the moutan bark is 2: 1.
furthermore, in S2, the alcohol content of yellow wine is 15% VOL, and the total sugar content is 32 g/L.
Further, in S2, the drying temperature of the tree peony bark is 70 ℃ and the drying time is 2.5h in the drying process of the tree peony bark.
Further, in S2, the number of rinsing the moutan bark with the filtrate was 3 times.
Further, in S2, after adding yellow wine, stirring the ceramic container by using a rod for 4min, and performing subsequent cooking treatment after stirring.
Further, in S4, in the process of wetting the moutan bark with the filtrate, the mass ratio of the filtrate to the moutan bark is 0.1: 1.
cortex moutan (10g) of comparative examples 1-3 and examples 1-3, which has the same size, thickness and mass, is respectively decocted at 65 deg.C for 30min, and the amount (mg) of paeonol extracted during decocting for 10min, 20min, 30min and 60min is determined by HPLC analysis. The specific test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
10min | 20min | 30min | 60min | |
Example 1 | 101 | 133 | 141 | 145 |
Example 2 | 98 | 131 | 139 | 143 |
Example 3 | 103 | 132 | 143 | 147 |
Comparative example 1 | 97 | 127 | 135 | 139 |
Comparative example 2 | 83 | 102 | 115 | 122 |
Comparative example 3 | 64 | 82 | 95 | 104 |
As can be seen from Table 1, the loss of the effective components of the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 is obvious when the calabash is used for cooking, compared with the comparative example 2, the comparative example 3 has no cover in the cooking process, and the effective components are further lost, and the comparative example 1 shows that the processing of the tree peony bark is influenced to a certain extent by not adding the moss on the large scale, and the influence degree is lower than that of the calabash; in addition, as can be seen from table 1, in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 2 to 3, the amount of released paeonol in examples 1 to 3 is significantly greater than the amount of released paeonol in comparative examples 2 to 3 within a time period of 10min to 20min, and the amount of released paeonol in examples 1 to 3 is significantly less than the amount of released paeonol in comparative examples 2 to 3 within a time period of 20min to 30min, which indicates that the dissolution rate of examples 1 to 3 is faster than that of comparative examples 2 to 3, thus demonstrating that the processing method provided by examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can effectively reduce the loss of active ingredients of moutan bark and increase the dissolution rate of active ingredients of moutan bark.
As can be seen from Table 1, in examples 1-3, the difference between the active ingredient content in 30min decoction and 60min decoction is small, and the decoction time can be selected to be about 30min in actual use.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
