Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to essence, in particular to a preparation method of essence for treating acne, eczema, furunculosis, skin inflammation, allergy and cosmetic allergy.
Background
Acne, which occurs well on the face and chest and back, is an acute or chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands of the hair follicle. Commonly known as acne, comedo and pimple, are common and frequently encountered diseases in dermatology. Acne is a multi-etiology disease, and the pathogenesis of acne is not completely understood at present. It is possible that sebum secretion is increased due to increase of androgenic hormones in puberty, especially increase of dihydrotestosterone, and meanwhile keratotic embolism of pilosebaceous ducts, so that sebum is accumulated in hair follicles to form lipid plugs, so-called comedo blackheads or whiteheads. Acne bacteria in hair follicles multiply faster in a nutrient-rich and relatively anoxic environment and produce lysolipases, proteolytic enzymes and hyaluronidase. Lipolytic enzymes break down triglycerides in sebum into free fatty acids. Free fatty acids, proteolytic enzymes and hyaluronidase can damage the hair follicle wall, allowing the hair follicle contents to enter the dermis, causing an inflammatory response in the pilosebaceous follicles. In addition, endopollicular acne propionibacterium; lack or relative insufficiency of trace elements in the body, particularly zinc. Inheritance may also have some relationship.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the acne is caused by exuberant internal heat and external wind evil, or is characterized by improper diet and overeating of fat, sweet and thick flavor, and the stomach heat is steamed upwards; it can also be indicated for irregular menstruation, stasis and heat transformation. But it is classified into lung heat, blood heat, liver heat, yin deficiency and internal heat. Skin lesions such as pustules are caused by wind-heat and toxic heat. Cystic acne, acne conglobata and other inflammatory symptoms are not obvious, and the chronic process is the symptom of cold sores and cold ulcers. In addition, cicatricial acne can be caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.
Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease of epidermis and dermis superficial layer caused by various internal and external factors, and is generally considered to have a certain relation with allergic reaction. The clinical manifestations of the medicine are characterized by symmetry, exudation, pruritic dermatosis, polymorphism and recurrence. Eczema is a skin disease which is easy to relapse, belongs to a skin disease which is difficult to treat, and is accompanied by severe pruritus, so that the work and the study of people are often influenced, the life quality of patients is reduced, and treatment needs a relapsing special drug, such as a drug containing a healthy and clean skin component, and the allergic inflammatory skin disease is also characterized by the diversity and the symmetrical distribution of skin rash, repeated attack of severe pruritus and easy development into chronic skin disease. It can occur at any part of any age and in any season, but often recurs or aggravates in winter, has exudation tendency, has chronic course and is easy to recur.
However, the effect of the existing medicament for treating acne and eczema is not obvious, and the symptoms are easy to relapse.
