In order to enable live broadcast to have better user experience and optimized live broadcast time delay, the time delay is optimized through encoding cascade transmission, the cascade transmission is based on UDP (connectionless transmission protocol) extension optimization, an SDK (software development kit) is based on UDP access, the SDK analyzes UDP, a live broadcast source is obtained, and the time delay is optimized when the live broadcast source is transmitted to a player.
