Technical Field
This application relates to the field of data processing technology, and more particularly, to a method for customer-oriented experience.
Background
This section is intended to provide a background or context for some embodiments of the application set forth in the claims. The description herein is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
The novel coronavirus significantly undermines the global economy. The shopping, catering and retailing, exhibition, travel, auction and like industries are affected by the epidemic to stagnate or even be forced to shut down shops, slashing the revenue of enterprises and consumption of consumers. In addition, the shopping, catering and retailing, exhibition, travel, auction, and like industries belong to cross-domain industries. As a gap difficult to cross among the cross-domain industries exists, consumers need to spend a lot of time going to various fields or browse different websites, APPs, and the like to know them if they want to know all of them, so that good experiences are not be brought to customers.
Summary
Some embodiments of the application provide a method for customer-oriented experience, which is used for integrating industries of five different service categories to bring unprecedented shopping and service experiences to clients. The method includes:
displaying commodity information and commodity sales service;
providing travel information and travel product sales service;
providing real estate information and reservation service for real estate transaction;
providing exhibition information and exhibition reservation service;
providing auction information and auction reservation service.
According to some embodiments of the application, industries of five different service categories are integrated, so that customers are free from the limits of regions and the time. They only need to sit at home to experience and purchase quality products, which brings unprecedented shopping and service experiences to clients.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical schemes, and advantages of some embodiments of the present application clearer, the following further describes some embodiments of the present application in  detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Illustrative embodiments of the application and descriptions thereof are provided herein to illustrate the application and are not intended to limit the application.
Fig. 1 is a structural block diagram of a customer-oriented experience platform according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Fig. 1, the customer-oriented experience platform includes: online shopping module, travel experience module, real estate transaction module, exhibition module, and auction module;
the online shopping module is used for: displaying commodity information and commodity sales service;
the travel experience module is used for: providing travel information and travel product sales service;
the real estate transaction module is used for: providing real estate information and reservation service for real estate transaction;
the exhibition module is used for: providing exhibition information and exhibition reservation service;
the auction module is used for: providing auction information and auction reservation service.
In the embodiment of the application, the online shopping module is specifically used for:
displaying 360-degree commodity information, receiving information of the to-be-purchased commodity determined by a client according to the displayed commodity information, generating electronic payment information according to the information of the to-be-purchased commodity, receiving payment completion information of the client for payment according to the electronic payment information, and realizing commodity sales service;
and the online shopping module is further used for: pushing the after-sale delivery process of commodities to a client.
In the embodiment of the application, the travel experience module is specifically used for:
providing travel information in a live streaming form;
and receiving information of a travel product to be bought determined by a client, generating electronic payment information based on the information of the travel product to be bought, receiving payment completion information of the client for payment according to the electronic payment information, and realizing travel product sales service;
and the travel experience module is further used for: realizing the reservation service of the travel product, and pushing travel product information to a client.
In the embodiment of the application, the real estate transaction module is specifically used for:
providing real estate information in the form of live streaming of properties for sale, or virtual reality;
and receiving reserved house-viewing information determined by a client based on a real estate transaction reservation service;
and the real estate transaction module is further used for: pushing reserved house-viewing notification to a client.
In the embodiment of the application, the exhibition module is specifically used for: providing exhibition information in a live streaming form, receiving exhibition reservation information determined by a client, and realizing exhibition reservation service;
and the exhibition module is further used for: pushing confirmation information of exhibition reservation, and exhibition information to a client.
In some embodiments of the application, the exhibition module is specifically used for:
displaying 360-degree auction product information, and receiving reservation information determined by a client based on the auction product information and the auction information;
and the exhibition module is further used for: pushing a confirmation notification for auction participating reservation to a client;
and carrying out automatic bidding based on the bidding information in the reservation information.
Specifically, the automatic biding presentation system will treat the amount of the client's biding as the highest upper limit that the client is willing to offer. Bidding for the client at the current price of the commodity plus the biding increment allows the client to win a bid at the lowest price as much as possible. That is, the amount that the system offers for the client must not exceed the maximum amount that the client inputs at the time of bidding. The highest biding amount input by the client will be automatically offered by the system only if other bidders bid very close to this amount. If the highest amounts input by two bidders are the same, the "highest bidder" will be the first bidder in order of bidding time.
Some embodiments of the application further includes: a video conference module and an AI real-time translation module;
the video conference module is used for: providing video conference service;
the AI real-time translation module is used for: providing translation service for the video conference service.
In some embodiments of the application, the AI real-time translation module is specifically used for:
acquiring a video provided by the video conference module, carrying out AI real-time translation on a language in the video based on a preset translation language, acquiring a translated language, adding the translated language into the video, and returning to the video conference module.
In some embodiments of the application, the AI real-time translation module is specifically used for:
encoding the acquired video into a video streaming and sending the video streaming to a cloud server;
receiving audio streaming extracted from the video streaming by a cloud server;
carrying out voice recognition on the audio streaming to obtain an original language text;
translating the original language text to a translated language text based on the preset translation language;
and superposing the translated language text on the video streaming, and returning to the video conference module.
In some embodiments of the application, the AI real-time translation module is specifically used for:
encoding the acquired video into a video streaming and sending the video streaming to a cloud server;
receiving audio streaming extracted from the video streaming by a cloud server;
carrying out voice recognition on the audio streaming to obtain an original language text;
translating the original language text to a translated language text based on a preset translation language;
translating the audio streaming corresponding to the original language text into the audio streaming corresponding to the translated language text based on the translated language text;
and combining the audio streaming corresponding to the translated language text into the video streaming, and returning to the video conference module.
The video conference module and the AI real-time translation module mentioned above can be functional modules among those modules of travel experience module, real estate transaction module, exhibition module, and auction module.
The customer-oriented experience platform can provide five industrial services, including online shopping, travel experience, real estate transaction, exhibitions, and auctions. The artificial intelligence real-time translation technology and 360-degree product display technology, etc. are integrated into one system platform so that fun and convenience of brand-new consumption experience is provided for customers.
The customer-oriented experience platform operates in a virtual city mode where a user enters an experience platform as if in a composite commercial building operating in different modes. The user can click to enter different virtual buildings or floors according to service categories such as online shopping, travel experience, real estate transaction, exhibitions, auctions, and the like, and carry out a private video  conference with service personals such as purchasing commodities or participating in an auction, and the like. Each private video conference can accommodate up to 50 people.
In summary, the customer-oriented experience platform provides the following functional services:
online shopping: 360-degree product display, electronic payment, and notification pushing;
travel experience: travel information live streaming, AI real-time translation, reservation, electronic payment, and notification pushing;
real estate transaction: live streaming of properties for sale, virtual reality, AI real-time translation and reservation;
exhibitions: exhibition live streaming, AI real-time translation, reservation, electronic calendar, and notification pushing;
and auctions: online bidding, 360-degree product display, AI real-time translation, reservation, automatic biding, and notification pushing..
The customer-oriented experience platform may be an APP stored on a user's cellphone.
The interaction process of multiple customer-oriented experience platforms is described below. As shown in Fig. 2, data interaction is carried out between two users of user A and user B located respectively in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Video conference communication is carried out between user A and user B. But as user A is a Japanese-speaking client, and user B is a Cantonese-speaking client, they cannot directly communicate in their own languages. The session of user A may be translated into a language that user B can understand according to the language preference setting configured in user B's customer-oriented experience platform. The specific translation process can be as follows:
user A and user B carry out video conference through a video conference module in the customer-oriented experience platform;
the video conference module of the customer-oriented experience platform of user B encodes the video into a video streaming and transmits the video streaming to a cloud server;
in the cloud server, the audio streaming must be extracted from the video streaming and encoded into Opus format;
and the cloud server sends the audio streaming to an AI translation engine (i.e. an AI translation module) on the customer-oriented experience platform of user B for further processing.
The text (Japanese in this example) is translated into a text (Cantonese as the target language) by the AI translation engine.
Finally, the text is merged with the video streaming.
This allows video conferencing through a customer-oriented experience platform between user A and user B.
In some implementations of the application, when a plurality of users carries out video conference through the customer-oriented experience platform, as shown in Fig. 3, if the language of a speaker and the language of a participant are different, a translation server (i.e. an AI translation module) in the customer-oriented experience platform obtains the audio effective loading, identifies the audio streaming to obtain words to be translated, sends the translated words (translated speaker's language) to user A/B, and superposes the translated words on top of the video, the screen serving as a subtitle for the video conference call.
Merging the translated audio streaming back into the video streaming can also be done: the translation server in the customer-oriented experience platform not only provides the translated text to user A/B, but also provides the translated audio to user A/B.
For example: a Japanese perfumer handles perfuming work through a video conference, which is placed in a program of customer-oriented experience platform. Members (i.e., users) who register on the platform for participating in the work can log in to participate in the experience at a designated activity time.
A. Japanese perfumer's language is Japanese. A program of the customer-oriented experience platform will encode a video and stream it to a cloud server.
B. The voice (Japanese) is gathered from the video and encoded into Opus format. The data will be transmitted to the AI translation engine. The AI translation engine has the function of voice recognition, and can convert voices into words (Japanese) , then translates them into translated words (Cantonese) , makes them into subtitles, and merges them with the video.
C. The voice recognition function converts the translated words back to voices (Cantonese) and converges the voices with the video to output.
In some embodiments of the application, the AI translation module also customizes and trains general AI models specific to certain industries through natural language processing (NLP) , and particularly supervises and trains terms of a voice recognition engine in the AI translation module with regard to terms specially used in industries, thereby improving the accuracy of translation services and user experience.
In some embodiments of the application, in addition to the above-mentioned functional modules, the customer-oriented experience platform can also include the functional modules and devices as shown in the following Table 1.

According to some embodiments of the application, the customer-oriented experience platform is an epoch-making multifunctional customer-oriented program, industries of five different service categories are combined in one program, a difficult-to-span gap between cross-domain industries is broken, and the proportion of future cross-border cooperation is increased. Using virtual reality technology will become more people-friendly and more convenient, and will no longer be expensive and difficult to control. Using real-time translation and other high technologies (such as 5G technology) , customers using the program can have unprecedented shopping and service experiences.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product.
Another embodiment of the application provides a method of customer-oriented experience, which includes the steps corresponding to each module in the embodiments of the customer-oriented experience platform.
Another embodiment of the application provides an electronic device which includes at least one processor and at least one memory communicating with the at least one processor, the at least one memory is configured to store instructions that are executable by the at least one processor, wherein the at least one  processor is configured to execute the instructions to perform the steps in the embodiment of the method for customer-oriented experience.
Another embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium is configured to store a control program, and , the control program is used to cause the electronic device to perform the steps in the embodiment of the method for customer-oriented experience.
Therefore, the application may take the form of an entire hardware embodiment, an entire software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Moreover, the present application may take the form of a computer program product implemented on one or more computer-usable storage media (including but not limited to disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc. ) containing computer-usable program codes.
The application is described with reference to flow diagrams and/or block diagrams of the method, equipment (system) , and computer program product according to embodiments of the application. It is to be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by a computer program instruction. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing equipment to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which is executed via the processor of a computer or other programmable data processing equipment, produce a device for implementing the functions specified in one flow or a plurality of flows of the flow diagrams and/or one block or a plurality of blocks of the block diagrams.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing equipment to work in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including an instruction device, which implement the functions specified in one flow or a plurality of flows of the flow diagrams and/or one block or a plurality of blocks of the block diagrams.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing equipment to cause a series of operational steps to be executed on the computer or other  programmable equipment to produce a computer-implemented process such that the instructions, which is executed on a computer or other programmable equipment, provide steps for implementing the functions specified in one flow or a plurality of flows of the flow diagrams and/or one block or a plurality of blocks of the block diagrams.
The specific embodiments described above further describe the objects, technical schemes, and beneficial effects of the present application in detail. It should be understood that the above descriptions are only specific embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the present application.

Claims (9)

  1. A method for customer-oriented experience, applicable to an electronic device, characterized in that comprising:
    displaying commodity information and commodity sales service;
    providing travel information and travel product sales service;
    providing real estate information and reservation service for real estate transaction;
    providing exhibition information and exhibition reservation service;
    the auction module is used for: providing auction information and auction reservation service;
    wherein the step for displaying commodity information and commodity sales service comprising:
    displaying 360-degree commodity information, receiving information of to-be-purchased commodity determined by a client according to displayed commodity information, generating electronic payment information according to the information of the to-be-purchased commodity, receiving payment completion information of the client for payment according to the electronic payment information, and realizing commodity sales service;
    and the step for displaying commodity information and commodity sales service further comprising : serving an after-sale delivery process of commodities to a client;
    the step for providing travel information and travel product sales service comprising:
    providing travel information in a live streaming form;
    and receiving information of a travel product to be bought determined by a client, generating electronic payment information based on the information of the travel product to be bought, receiving payment completion information of the client for payment according to the electronic payment information, and realizing travel product sales service;
    and step for providing travel information and travel product sales service futrther comprising: realizing reservation service of the travel product, and serving travel product information to a client;
    the step for providing real estate information and reservation service for real estate transaction comprising:
    providing real estate information in a form of live streaming of properties for sale, or virtual reality;
    and receiving reserved house-viewing information determined by a client based on a real estate transaction reservation service;
    and the step for providing real estate information and reservation service for real estate transaction further comprising : pushing reserved house-viewing notification to a client.
  2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the step for providing exhibition information and exhibition reservation service comprising:
    providing exhibition information in a live streaming form, receiving exhibition reservation  information determined by a client, and realizing exhibition reservation service;
    and the exhibition module is further used for: pushing confirmation information of exhibition reservation, and exhibition information to a client.
  3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the step for providing exhibition information and exhibition reservation service comprising:
    displaying 360-degree auction product information, and receiving reservation information determined by a client based on the auction product information and auction information;
    and the exhibition module is further used for: pushing a confirmation notification for auction participating reservation to a client;
    and carrying out automatic bidding based on bidding information in the reservation information.
  4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that further comprising:
    providing video conference service;
    providing translation service for the video conference service.
  5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the step for providing translation service for the video conference service comprising :
    acquiring a video provided by the video conference module, carrying out AI real-time translation on a language in the video based on a preset translation language, acquiring a translated language, adding the translated language into the video.
  6. The customer-oriented experience platform according to claim 5, characterized in that the step for providing translation service for the video conference service comprising:
    encoding acquired video into a video streaming and sending the video streaming to a cloud server;
    receiving audio streaming extracted from the video streaming by a cloud server;
    carrying out voice recognition on the audio streaming to obtain an original language text;
    translating the original language text to a translated language text based on the preset translation language;
    and superposing the translated language text on the video streaming.
  7. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that the step for providing translation service for the video conference service comprising:
    encoding acquired video into a video streaming and sending the video streaming to a cloud server;
    receiving audio streaming extracted from the video streaming by a cloud server;
    carrying out voice recognition on the audio streaming to obtain an original language text;
    translating the original language text to a translated language text based on the preset translation language;
    translating the audio streaming corresponding to the original language text into the audio streaming corresponding to the translated language text based on the translated language text;
    and combining the audio streaming corresponding to the translated language text into the video streaming.
  8. An electronic device , characterized in that comprising at least one processor and at least one memory communicating with the at least one processor, the at least one memory is configured to store instructions that are executable by the at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to execute the instructions to perform the method as defined in any one of claims 1-7.
  9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that storing a control program for performing the method for customer-oriented experience; wherein the control program, when runing on a processor, causes the processor to perform the method as defined in any one of claims 1-7.
