Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort fall within the protection scope of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
It is to be understood that, although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, such information should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to the relevant requirements of the financial institutions on supervision, the financial institutions need to actively report to each supervision institution, and the process is called supervision file reporting. Regulatory agencies typically have stringent requirements for delivery terminals. For example, some regulatory agencies require that users must be posted in a particular network line, but not over the public network. As another example, some regulators provide a delivery tool that only supports windows operations, but not other operating systems. Moreover, different supervision authorities have different delivery requirements for delivery terminals.
In practical application, for a user who reports a supervision file, a reporting terminal which reports the supervision file to different supervision authorities needs to be set and maintained so as to meet reporting requirements, the maintenance process is complicated, and huge human resources and computer resources are consumed. Therefore, the reporting process of the supervision file is not convenient enough.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments:
fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a supervision file delivery method in an embodiment of this specification. As shown in fig. 1, a remote terminal that meets the reporting requirements of the regulatory agency is maintained, and a reporting server maps a desktop of the remote terminal to a user terminal, so that a user can report to the regulatory agency on the user terminal even if the user terminal does not meet the reporting requirements of the regulatory agency. Therefore, the user does not need to care about the actual reporting requirement of the supervision mechanism on the reporting terminal, and does not need to maintain the user terminal to meet the corresponding reporting requirement, so that human resources and computer resources are saved for the user, and the reporting of the supervision file is more convenient. For example, reporting of the supervision data can be implemented by using any configuration of user terminals in any network environment.
Next, a supervision file reporting method provided in an embodiment of the specification will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reporting a supervision file according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of the program, the main body of execution of the flow may be the program installed in the delivery server.
As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the following steps:
step 202: a submission request is received from a user terminal to a target regulatory authority.
The user terminal refers to a terminal actually used by a user, for example, a computer, a tablet, a mobile terminal, and the like used by the user. In the embodiments of the present application, the user refers to a reporting party that performs the reporting of the administrative file, without being particularly described. The target regulatory body refers to the recipient who receives the delivery document.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target regulatory body may comprise a financial regulatory body and the user may comprise a financial body. The financial institutions may specifically include commercial banks, insurance companies, security companies, and the like. The financial supervision institutions can specifically comprise various supervision institutions such as people's banks, bank prisoners, outer bureaus, audits and the like.
In practical application, after a user inputs or selects a target supervision mechanism on a user terminal, the user terminal may send a report request to the report server, and specifically, the report request may carry information for identifying the target supervision mechanism. In an optional embodiment, the submission request may carry identification information of the target monitoring authority. The identification information may include the name of the target regulatory authority, etc.
Step 204: in response to the submission request, determining address information of a target remote terminal corresponding to the target regulatory authority; the target remote terminal meets the reporting requirements of the target supervision authority.
In the embodiment of the present application, the delivery request may specifically include a request for a network environment where the delivery terminal is located, a hardware environment of the delivery terminal, a software environment of the delivery terminal, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
The requirement for the network environment of the delivery terminal may include, for example, requiring the delivery terminal to access a network line specified by a target regulatory agency. The network dedicated line may be a physical network dedicated line, and in this case, the reporting terminal is usually required to be located in a specific machine room. The private network line may be a virtual private network line, e.g., located in a particular local area network, accessed to a particular VPN, etc.
The requirements for the hardware environment of the submission terminal may include, for example, requirements for external hardware such as Youdun for security authentication.
The requirements for the software environment of the submission terminal may include, for example, requirements for the operating system, requirements for the application software, and so forth. For example, the submission tool provided by the administration a only supports the windows operating system, and if an operating system such as Mac OS is installed on the user terminal, the submission of the administration a cannot be realized on the user terminal. For another example, the submission web page provided by the administration B can only be accessed by opening through a specific browser, and if the user terminal does not install the specific browser or cannot install the specific browser (for example, cannot install an IE browser on the Mac OS operating system), the submission to the administration B cannot be implemented.
In the embodiment of the present application, a remote terminal for reporting a supervision file may be maintained, and since different supervision authorities have different reporting requirements for a reporting terminal, specifically, a plurality of remote terminals for reporting a supervision file to a plurality of supervision authorities may be maintained as actual reporting terminals. The remote terminal may be a physical machine or a virtual machine, which is not specifically limited in this application.
In the delivery server, a mapping relationship between each of the monitoring authorities and the remote terminal that meets the delivery requirements of each of the monitoring authorities may be stored in advance. Alternatively, a mapping relationship between the identification information of the regulatory body and the address information of the remote terminal may be stored in advance.
Step 204 may specifically include: and determining the address information of the target remote terminal corresponding to the target monitoring mechanism according to the identification information of the target monitoring mechanism carried in the report request and the mapping relation between the prestored identification information of the monitoring mechanism and the address information of the remote terminal.
In practical applications, one regulatory body may correspond to one remote terminal, but is not limited thereto. Optionally, one supervision mechanism may correspond to a plurality of remote terminals, so that a plurality of users can be borne to report to the one supervision mechanism through the plurality of remote terminals, and the efficiency of file reporting is improved. Alternatively, one remote terminal may correspond to a plurality of regulatory authorities, i.e., one remote terminal may also be configured to comply with the reporting requirements of a plurality of regulatory authorities. For example, when the report request matching degrees of the monitoring agencies a and B are high, a remote terminal that can report to the monitoring agency a or the monitoring agency B can be maintained, so as to save computer resources.
Step 206: and sending the address information to the user terminal.
The delivery server, after determining a target remote terminal that can be used for delivery to a target regulatory agency in response to a delivery request of the user terminal for the target regulatory agency, may send address information of the target remote terminal to the user terminal, so that the user may establish a delivery link instance with the target regulatory agency based on the address information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the sending the address information to the user terminal may specifically include: and sending the IP address information or URL information of the target remote terminal to the user terminal.
If the address information is IP address information, the user can directly establish connection with the user terminal based on the IP address information. If the address information is URL information, the user can access the address indicated by the URL information through any browser.
Step 208: and acquiring an access request of the user to the target remote terminal based on the address information from the user terminal.
And after receiving the address information of the target remote terminal fed back by the delivery server, the user terminal responds to the access operation of the user to the target remote terminal based on the address information to generate an access request to the target remote terminal and sends the access request to the delivery server. Thus, via the submission server, an instance of a submission link between the user terminal, the target remote terminal, and the target regulatory authority is established. The reporting link instance is used for automatically transmitting the supervision file to the target remote terminal after the user uploads the supervision file on the user terminal, and then the target remote terminal actually reports the supervision file to the target supervision agency.
Step 210: in response to the access request, sending remote desktop image information corresponding to the target remote terminal to the user terminal; the remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information is used for the user to perform submission to the target regulatory agency on the user terminal.
Wherein the remote desktop refers to a desktop of the target remote terminal.
After the reporting link instances between the user terminal, the target remote terminal, and the target regulatory authority are established, the reporting server may map the desktop of the target remote terminal to the user terminal to form a remote desktop. The user operates the remote desktop on the user terminal to realize the report to the target supervision mechanism through the established report link example.
In an alternative embodiment, step 210 may specifically include: responding to the access request, and acquiring desktop information of the target remote terminal; then according to the desktop information, rendering to obtain remote desktop image information corresponding to the target remote terminal; and sending the remote desktop image information to the user terminal so that the user terminal displays a remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information.
In another optional embodiment, step 210 may specifically include: responding to the access request, and acquiring desktop information of the target remote terminal; and then, the desktop information is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal obtains remote desktop image information corresponding to the target remote terminal according to the rendering of the desktop information, and a remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information is displayed.
In practical applications, if the target remote terminal address is URL information, after the user accesses the remote terminal address indicated by the URL information through the browser in the user terminal, the remote desktop of the remote terminal is displayed as the web page information embedded in the browser. From the perspective of the user, the report operation of the supervision file on any browser of any user terminal is realized.
In the method shown in fig. 2, the remote terminal meeting the delivery requirement is used as the actual delivery terminal, the file to be delivered can be transmitted to the remote terminal, and the user only needs to operate the remote desktop of the remote terminal on the user terminal, so that the requirements of the supervision mechanism on the network, software, hardware and the like of the delivery terminal are shielded for the user, the user can conveniently execute the delivery operation on any user terminal, and the final delivery is completed; the user does not need to maintain the user terminal to meet the reporting requirement, so that the human resources and the computer resources are saved, and the reporting of the supervision file is more convenient.
It should be understood that in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the order of some steps may be adjusted according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted.
Based on the method of fig. 2, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments of the method, which are described below.
After the user terminal displays the remote desktop of the remote terminal, the user can operate on the remote desktop of the remote terminal, and the remote terminal is used for reporting the supervision file.
In an embodiment of the present application, any delivery operation performed by a user at a delivery terminal is performed at the target remote terminal. Thus, after the sending the remote desktop image information corresponding to the target remote terminal to the user terminal in response to the access request (step 210), the method may further include: acquiring the information of the submission operation executed by the user aiming at the remote desktop; sending the reporting operation information to the target remote terminal; acquiring updated desktop information generated by the target remote terminal based on the submission operation information; rendering to obtain updated remote desktop image information according to the updated desktop information; and sending the updated remote desktop image information to the user terminal. The reporting operation information may include operation information of peripheral devices such as a keyboard and a mouse.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user uploads the supervision file to be submitted at the user terminal, the submission server may forward the supervision file to the submission target remote terminal. Specifically, after the sending the remote desktop image information corresponding to the target remote terminal to the user terminal in response to the access request (step 210), the method may further include: acquiring a file to be reported uploaded by the user from the user terminal; and sending the file to be submitted to the target remote terminal so that the target remote terminal sends the file to be submitted to the target supervision mechanism.
In practical application, before a user submits through the submission scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the authority of the user needs to be verified.
In an embodiment of the present application, before receiving a submission request from the user terminal to the target regulatory agency (step 202), the method may further include: acquiring authentication information of the user from the user terminal; judging whether the user has the delivery authority or not according to the authentication information; if the user has the reporting authority, sending established reporting link information to the user terminal; one reporting link corresponds to one target regulatory authority. The specific technique for performing authentication may refer to the prior art, which is not described herein.
In practical application, the determining whether the user has the delivery right specifically may include: verifying whether the user is a registered presenter. If the user has the delivery right, sending the established delivery link information to the user terminal, which may specifically include: if the user is a registered reporting party, acquiring prestored reporting link information corresponding to the user; and sending the reporting link information corresponding to the user terminal.
Based on the same idea, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another method for reporting a supervision file according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of the program, the main body of execution of the flow may be the program installed in the user terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, the process may include the following steps:
step 302: and acquiring the report operation of the user on the target supervision mechanism.
Step 304: in response to the submission operation, obtaining address information of a target remote terminal for submission to the target regulatory authority from a submission server; the target remote terminal meets the reporting requirements of the target supervision authority.
Specifically, after acquiring a delivery operation of a user, a user terminal generates a delivery request to the target monitoring authority, sends the delivery request to a delivery server, and receives address information of a target remote terminal fed back from the delivery server and used for delivering to the target monitoring authority.
Step 306: and displaying the address information of the target remote terminal. The address information of the target remote terminal may include IP address information or URL information.
Specifically, after the address information is displayed on the user terminal, an operation of the user based on the address information may be received. For example, if the address information is URL information, the user may access the target remote terminal indicated by the URL information in a browser.
Step 308: and responding to the access operation of the user to the target remote terminal based on the address information, and acquiring the remote desktop image information of the target remote terminal from the delivery server.
Step 310: displaying a remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information; the remote desktop is used for the user to perform submission to the target regulatory agency.
Specifically, when the user requires to connect the target remote terminal, the submission server may obtain desktop information of the target remote terminal, and render the desktop information on the user terminal to obtain a remote desktop, so that the user may submit the supervision file in the remote desktop, and the submission is convenient.
Based on the scheme in fig. 3, the requirements of the supervision mechanism on the network, software, hardware and the like of the submission terminal are shielded for the user, the user can conveniently execute the submission operation on any user terminal, and the final submission is completed; the user does not need to maintain the user terminal to meet the reporting requirement, so that the human resources and the computer resources are saved, and the reporting of the supervision file is more convenient.
In an alternative embodiment, after the displaying the remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information (step 310), the method may further include: acquiring the information of the submission operation executed by the user aiming at the remote desktop; sending the reporting operation information to the target remote terminal; and acquiring updated remote desktop image information generated in response to the reporting operation information.
The sending the report operation information to the target remote terminal may specifically include: and sending the submission operation information to the target remote terminal through the submission server. The acquiring of the updated remote desktop image information generated in response to the delivery operation information may specifically include: and acquiring updated remote desktop image information obtained by rendering the submission server according to the updated desktop information, wherein the updated desktop information is obtained by the remote terminal in response to the submission operation information.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the displaying the remote desktop represented by the remote desktop image information (step 310), the method may further include: acquiring a file to be reported uploaded by the user; and sending the file to be submitted to the target remote terminal so that the target remote terminal sends the file to be submitted to the target supervision mechanism. The sending the file to be submitted to the target remote terminal may specifically include: and sending the file to be submitted to the target remote terminal through the submission server.
In practical application, before a user submits through the submission scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the authority of the user needs to be verified.
In an embodiment of the present application, before the obtaining the submission operation of the user to the target monitoring authority (step 302), the method may further include: acquiring authentication information of the user; sending the authentication information to the submission server, wherein the authentication information is used for authenticating the user by the submission server; and acquiring established reporting link information which is sent by the reporting server after the user passes the authentication on the basis of the authentication information, wherein one reporting link corresponds to a target supervision mechanism.
According to the above description, an interaction diagram of the method for reporting a supervision file in an actual application scenario provided by the embodiment of the present specification is shown in fig. 4.
In FIG. 4, step 402: the delivery server receives a delivery request sent by the user terminal.
Step 404: and the submission server determines the remote terminal corresponding to the supervision mechanism according to the identification information of the supervision mechanism carried in the submission request.
Step 406: and the report server sends the address information of the remote terminal to the user terminal.
Step 408: and the report server acquires an access request of the user terminal to the remote terminal based on the address information.
Step 410: and the report server sends a desktop information acquisition request to the remote terminal.
Step 412: and the report server acquires desktop information from the remote terminal.
Step 414: and the submission server renders the remote desktop according to the desktop information so as to display the remote desktop on the user terminal.
Step 416: and the user terminal acquires the report operation information of the user based on the remote desktop and the file to be reported uploaded by the user.
Step 418: and the submission server acquires the submission operation information and the file to be submitted from the user terminal.
Step 420: and the delivery server sends the delivery operation information and the file to be delivered to the remote terminal.
Step 422: and the remote terminal finishes the submission to the supervision mechanism according to the submission operation information and the file to be submitted.
Based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present specification further provides an apparatus corresponding to the method of fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a supervision file reporting apparatus corresponding to fig. 2 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include:

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
