Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort fall within the protection scope of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to the relevant requirements of the financial institutions on supervision, the financial institutions need to actively report to each supervision institution, and the process is called supervision file reporting. It is often necessary to report regulatory documentation to different regulatory agencies through different regulatory reporting platforms.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a scenario of a supervision file delivery method in the prior art. For example, for a certain regulatory agency 1, the delivery party needs to make a delivery by logging in a web page provided by the regulatory agency 1; for a certain supervision mechanism 2, the submitting party needs to download and install a client II provided by the supervision mechanism 2, and logs in the client II to submit; for a certain supervision mechanism 3, the submitting party needs to download and install the client III provided by the supervision mechanism 3, and logs in the client III for submitting; for a certain regulatory agency n, the submitting party needs to send the mail to a mailbox specified by the regulatory agency n to realize submission. The manner in which each administration platform requires the submission by the submitter is not limited to the above example. In the prior art, in order to realize the submission of different supervision mechanisms, related personnel of the submission mechanisms need to know the submission requirements of the different supervision mechanisms, and the submission parties generally need to install different client software, security certification software and the like on a user terminal, even need to be equipped with hardware meeting the requirements of the supervision mechanisms, so that the difficulty of the submission work of supervision files is high; in addition, in the specific delivery process, each step of the delivery operation needs to be manually executed, the operation is complex, and the delivery process is complicated.
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the scheme provides the following embodiments:
fig. 2 is a schematic view of a scenario of a supervision file reporting method in an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 2, for the monitoring authorities 1 to n, even though the manner of receiving the submission document by each monitoring authority is different, the submitting party only needs to submit through the unified submission platform provided in the embodiment of the present application on the user terminal, the routing server provides a unified routing outlet, and the actual submission channels (submission links 1 to n in fig. 2) corresponding to different monitoring authorities are all accessed to the submission platform provided in the present application. The delivery routing apparatus in fig. 2 may specifically be a software program running on the delivery router for performing routing. According to the scheme, for the submitting party, the differences of different submitting channels are shielded, the submitting party does not need to pay attention to the actual submitting channel in the submitting process, and the difficulty in the submitting process is reduced; moreover, the reporting link is established between the user and the supervision mechanism, so that the actual operation of the reporting personnel is simple, and the reporting process is convenient.
Next, a supervision file reporting method provided in an embodiment of the specification will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings:
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reporting a supervision file according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of the program, the main body of execution of the flow may be the program installed in the routing server. Specifically, the execution subject of the flow may be the delivery routing device in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the process may include the following steps:
step 302: and acquiring the information of the delivery receiver.
In the process of submitting from a financial institution to a regulatory body, the financial institution may be referred to as a submitting party and the regulatory body may be referred to as a submitting receiving party. In an embodiment of the present application, the delivery party may include a financial institution; the delivery recipient may include a financial regulatory agency. The presenters may specifically include commercial banks, insurance companies, security companies, and the like. The delivery receiver can specifically comprise various supervision gate mechanisms of people's banks, bank prisoners, outer bureaus, audits and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, the submitting party may utilize the submitting platform provided in the present application to submit the supervision file, and specifically, the submitting platform may include a form of a web page or a client, which is not limited thereto. The submitting party provides information related to submission through the submitting platform, and then the information is routed through the routing server, and then the actual submitting operation is executed through a submitting link corresponding to the information related to submission.
The information provided by the delivery party relating to the delivery may include at least delivery recipient information. The submission recipient information is information for describing a regulatory agency, and specifically, the submission recipient information may specifically include identification information of the regulatory agency.
Step 304: and judging whether a first delivery link corresponding to the delivery receiver information exists or not according to the delivery receiver information.
The delivery link may be configured to deliver the supervision file provided by the delivery party to the delivery recipient according to a delivery mode supported by the delivery recipient. More specifically, the submission link may be a combination of hardware and/or software necessary to implement submission of the administration document provided by the submission recipient to the submission recipient in a manner supported by the submission recipient.
In an embodiment of the present application, a delivery link corresponding to a delivery recipient may be stored in advance, and the pre-stored delivery link may be referred to as a first delivery link. In practical applications, the first delivery link may be a pre-established delivery link based on information provided by a user of the delivery platform, including the current delivery party and/or other delivery parties.
For the pre-stored first delivery link, at least the information of the delivery receiver having a mapping relation with the first delivery link is stored. Thus, step 304 may specifically include searching whether a first delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient information exists according to the pre-stored first delivery link and pre-stored delivery recipient information having a mapping relationship with the first delivery link.
In an embodiment of the present application, the pre-stored first delivery link may be specifically stored in a user terminal that uses the delivery platform of the present application, or may be stored in a routing server corresponding to the delivery platform of the present application, or stored in both the user terminal and the routing server. Thus, the step of determining whether or not the first delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient information exists may be performed by a user terminal or a routing server.
Step 306: and if so, reporting the supervision file to a reporting receiver indicated by the reporting receiver information based on the first reporting link.
The submission receiving party may specifically refer to a financial regulatory agency.
If the first delivery link corresponding to the delivery receiver information exists, that is, the first delivery link is a link which can be used for delivering the file to the delivery receiver indicated by the delivery receiver information already exists. Thus, the administrative file may then be sent to the delivery recipient over the first delivery link.
Step 308: and if the supervision file does not exist, establishing a second reporting link, and reporting the supervision file to the reporting receiver based on the second reporting link.
If the first delivery link corresponding to the delivery receiver information does not exist, it means that a link available for file delivery to the delivery receiver indicated by the delivery receiver information is not established. Thus, it is necessary to newly establish a second delivery link and transmit the supervision file to the delivery recipient using the newly established second delivery link.
In this application, for the purpose of description, in a case where there is no link corresponding to the delivery recipient at present, the newly created delivery link is referred to as a second delivery link to be distinguished from the first delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient that is currently present.
In practice, the administration files provided by the user may be obtained prior to step 306 and step 308.
In practical applications, the steps in fig. 3 may be executed on the routing server. Alternatively, it may be performed at the user terminal; or may be executed partly on the routing server and partly on the user terminal, which is not specifically limited in this application.
It should be understood that in the method described in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the order of some steps may be adjusted according to actual needs, or some steps may be omitted.
The method in fig. 3 determines whether a pre-established first reporting link corresponding to the reporting receiver information exists according to the reporting receiver information provided by the user, and if so, the file can be reported based on the pre-established first reporting link, and if not, the file is reported based on a newly established second reporting link after the new reporting link is established, so that for the user who manages the file reporting, the scheme shields the difference of different reporting channels, the user only needs to report through a uniform platform, and does not need to pay attention to the difference of the reporting channels of different monitoring mechanisms, so that the reporting process is simple and easy to operate, and the difficulty of the reporting work of the monitoring file is reduced; moreover, when the user reports the supervision file, the unified pre-established or newly-built reporting link can be used for automatically reporting the file, the complicated reporting operation is not required to be manually executed by the user, and the reporting is more convenient.
Based on the method of fig. 3, the present specification also provides some specific embodiments of the method, which are described below.
In an embodiment of the application, the delivery recipient information may include delivery recipient identification information. The submission receiver identification information is regulatory agency identification information, and specifically may include information that may be used to identify a regulatory agency, such as a name of the regulatory agency. Therefore, the pre-stored information of the delivery recipient having a mapping relationship with the first delivery link may specifically include the regulatory agency identification information.
In practice, for a regulatory body, it may be necessary to submit for one or more different types of submission items. Since different types of delivery items may relate to different delivery modes, the pre-stored delivery receiver information having a mapping relationship with the first delivery link may specifically include the regulatory agency identification information and the delivery item information. The delivery item information may include information for identifying a delivery item, such as a delivery item name or a delivery item number.
For ease of understanding, this is now exemplified. Assuming that the prior reporting party a, the monitoring organization (the reporting receiving party) M and the reporting items corresponding to the monitoring organization include M1, M2, M3, etc., then multiple reporting links a-M1, a-M2, a-M3, etc. may be established between the reporting party a and the monitoring organization M, and are respectively used for reporting the reporting items M1, M2, M3, etc.
In embodiments of the present application, a regulatory body may correspond to at least one delivery link, where a delivery link may correspond to a delivery item, with the delivery party determined. In the case of the same administration, different delivery parties may each correspond to at least one delivery link, where one delivery link may correspond to one delivery item.
In practical application, the pre-stored first delivery link corresponding to the information of the delivery receiving party may be a delivery link corresponding to the current delivery party, that is, a delivery link pre-established by the current delivery party; the present invention may be a delivery link corresponding to another delivery party, that is, a delivery link previously established by another delivery party.
In an embodiment of the application, if there is a first delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient information, based on the first delivery link, the method for delivering the supervision file to the delivery recipient indicated by the delivery recipient information (step 306), may specifically include: acquiring information of a delivery party; judging whether the delivery party information is consistent with prestored delivery party information corresponding to the first delivery link; if the first reporting link is consistent with the reporting link corresponding to the current reporting party, the first reporting link is utilized to report the supervision file to the reporting receiving party; if the first reporting link is inconsistent with the second reporting link, the first reporting link is a reporting link corresponding to other reporting parties, the pre-stored reporting party information in the first reporting link is replaced by the reporting party information to obtain a third reporting link, and then the third reporting link is utilized to report the supervision file to the reporting receiving party.
In the embodiments of the present application, information other than the information of the delivery party required when the delivery link is established may be referred to as meta information. In practical applications, the presence of the delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient information may mean that meta-information required for delivering the supervision file to the delivery recipient corresponding to the delivery recipient information has been constructed and stored. Generally, the meta information includes delivery recipient information and delivery means information.
In practical application, under the condition of having a pre-established first delivery link, if the current delivery side information is consistent with the pre-stored delivery side information, the first delivery link can be directly used; if the current delivery side information is inconsistent with the pre-stored delivery side information, only the delivery side information in the first delivery link needs to be updated, and specifically, a third delivery link is established by using the current delivery side information and the meta-information of the first delivery link.
Following the above example, it is assumed that a first report link a-M1 is stored in advance, and pre-stored report receiver information M1 and pre-stored report transmitter information a having a mapping relationship with the first report link a-M1 are stored. If the current delivery recipient information is M1, then delivery may be performed based on the first delivery link a-M1. Further, if the current information of the delivery party is a, the first delivery link a-M1 can be directly used for delivery; if the current information of the reporting party is B, a third reporting link B-M1 needs to be established based on the meta information in the first reporting link A-M1, and then the third reporting link B-M1 is used for reporting.
In the above embodiment, in the case of having the pre-established first reporting link, whether the current reporting party information is consistent with the pre-stored reporting party information or not, the meta information of the established first reporting link can be used, so that the utilization rate of the meta information used for constructing the reporting link is increased, and the execution efficiency of the supervision file reporting method is also increased.
In an embodiment of the application, after the replacing the pre-stored delivery party information in the first delivery link with the delivery party information to obtain a third delivery link, the method may further include: and storing the mapping relation among the third reporting link, the third reporting link and the information of the reporting party and the mapping relation among the third reporting link and the information of the reporting receiving party.
It should be noted that although the terms first reporting link, second reporting link, and third reporting link are used in the description, these terms are only used to distinguish the pre-established directly usable reporting link, the reporting link that needs to be newly established, and the reporting link that can be used after being modified based on the pre-established reporting link in the current reporting scenario. In practical applications, these reporting links have no essential difference. In fact, after the third reporting link is obtained and stored, in a subsequent application, this third reporting link may be referred to as the first reporting link.
In an embodiment of the application, if there is no first delivery link corresponding to the delivery recipient information, establishing a second delivery link, and delivering the supervision file to the delivery recipient based on the second delivery link (step 308), which may specifically include: acquiring information of a delivery party and information of a delivery mode; establishing a second delivery link based on the delivery party information, the delivery receiver information and the delivery mode information; and reporting the supervision file to the reporting receiver by using the second reporting link.
Following the above example, assuming that the current delivery recipient information is N1 and there is no first delivery link corresponding to N1 in the prestored first delivery links, a third delivery link needs to be newly established. Specifically, the information A of the delivery party, the information N1 of the delivery receiving party and the information of the delivery mode are obtained, a second delivery link A-N1 is newly established, and then the second delivery link A-N1 is used for delivery.
In practical applications, the manner of reporting the supervision file may be various, for example, the reporting manner may include web page reporting, client reporting, mail reporting, port reporting, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present application, the delivery manner information may include at least address information of the delivery recipient. In addition, the delivery method information may further include operation information for performing the delivery operation. The delivery mode information may be provided by a user (current delivery party or other delivery party); alternatively, the report platform maintenance person may obtain the report recipient information provided by the user, and specifically, the report platform maintenance person may obtain the report recipient information from an information disclosure platform of a report recipient (i.e., a regulatory agency) indicated by the report recipient information.
If the delivery mode is web page delivery, the delivery mode information may include address information of a delivery website, and the delivery party information may include login information that the delivery party uses to log in the delivery website. In this case, reporting the supervision file to the reporting and receiving party may specifically include: and after logging in the delivery website according to the login information, utilizing the second delivery link to deliver the supervision file to the delivery receiver.
If the delivery mode is client delivery, the delivery recipient information may include address information of the delivery client, and the delivery party information may include login information that the delivery party is used to log in the delivery client. In this case, reporting the supervision file to the reporting and receiving party may specifically include: and after logging in the delivery client according to the login information, utilizing the second delivery link to deliver the supervision file to the delivery receiver.
If the delivery mode is web delivery, the delivery receiver information may include a supervisor mailbox address, and the delivery receiver information may include a delivery receiver mailbox address. In this case, reporting the supervision file to the reporting and receiving party may specifically include: and sending the file to be submitted to the supervisor by the mailbox address by using the second submitting link.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the establishing the second reporting link, the method may further include: and storing the second delivery link, the mapping relation between the second delivery link and the delivery party information and the mapping relation between the second delivery link and the delivery receiver information. In practical applications, after the second delivery link is obtained and stored, in subsequent applications, the second delivery link may be referred to as the first delivery link.
In the embodiment of the application, after the supervision file is reported to the supervision institution, report result information can be obtained from the supervision institution and fed back to the user. Specifically, after the reporting the supervision file to the reporting receiver indicated by the reporting receiver information, the method may further include: receiving the delivery result information sent by the delivery receiver; and providing the report result information to the user. Specifically, the submission result information may be displayed to the user at the submission platform, or sent to the user through the submission platform. The posting result information may include information indicating whether the posting was successful.
In practical application, after receiving the reporting information, part of the supervision mechanisms actively feed back reporting result information; after receiving the submission file, part of the supervision authorities do not actively feed back the submission result information, and under the condition, the scheme of the application can actively acquire the submission result information from the supervision authorities.
Optionally, before receiving the delivery result information sent by the delivery recipient, the method may further include: and sending a delivery result information acquisition request to the delivery receiver. Thus, the delivery recipient can return the delivery result information in response to the delivery result acquisition request.
Based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present specification further provides a device corresponding to the method. While particular embodiments of the present specification have been described above, in some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
The embodiments in this specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other.
The apparatus, the device, and the method provided in the embodiments of the present specification are corresponding, and therefore, the apparatus and the device also have beneficial technical effects similar to those of the corresponding method, and since the beneficial technical effects of the method have been described in detail above, the beneficial technical effects of the corresponding apparatus and the device are not described again here.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, CUPL (core universal Programming Language), HDCal, jhddl (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, rhyd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language (Hardware Description Language), which is currently used in most popular applications. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, apparatuses, modules or units described in the above embodiments may be specifically implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or implemented by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
