The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the washing equipment mounting structure which is wide in application range, high in mounting strength and good in fixing effect.
The invention also aims to provide a washing equipment mounting method with high fixing strength.
The invention also provides a wall-mounted washing device with the mounting structure.

b. pre-embedding the fixing seat in the opening;
c. filling a filling material into the open hole, and fixing the fixed seat pre-embedded in the open hole in the wall body;
d. One end of the connecting piece is arranged on the fixed seat;
e. the washing device is directly or indirectly mounted on the connecting piece.

Further, before the step e of installing the washing device, the method further comprises a step e 1: the locking piece is sleeved from the other end of the connecting piece to lock and fix the connecting piece on the wall body.

After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
According to the invention, the fixing seat is embedded in the opening on the wall body, the high-strength filling material is filled to fix the fixing seat, and then the washing equipment is fixed on the wall body through the connecting piece connected with the fixing seat, so that the stress of the washing equipment directly acts on the high-strength filling material in the opening of the wall body through the connecting piece and the fixing seat, the washing equipment can be ensured to run safely and stably, the risk of separating from the wall body is avoided, and the problem that the washing equipment cannot be stably installed on the light wall is effectively solved. The invention has the characteristics of high installation strength, good stability and wide application range.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the washing apparatus installation structure according to the present invention is used to install a washing apparatus 2 on a wall 1, and the washing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is a washing machine, and the washing machine is installed on the wall through the installation structure. However, the washing apparatus is not limited to a washing machine, but may be a dishwasher or a water heater.
The mounting structure comprises an opening 5 in a wall body 1, a fixing seat 9 at least partially embedded in the opening 5, a filling material 3 filled in the opening 5 and a connecting piece 4, wherein one end of the connecting piece 4 is connected with the fixing seat 9, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with a mounting part 21 of the washing equipment 2. The mounting part 21 of the washing device of the present invention may be a structure configured in the washing device itself, for example, a rear panel constituting a rear wall of an outer tub of a washing machine, or a mounting member such as a lug provided on a peripheral wall of a rear end of the outer tub, or may be a structure in which an additional exterior fitting such as a mounting bracket is provided. Can directly install washing machine on connecting piece 4 through the mounting hole on washing machine rear panel or the hangers, perhaps, install the mounting bracket on the connecting piece earlier, install washing machine on the mounting bracket again, again perhaps, assemble mounting bracket and washing machine earlier, the assembly of rethread mounting bracket and connecting piece installs washing machine on the wall body.
Because some washing equipment such as a washing machine inevitably generates vibration in the working process, the washing equipment is influenced by the weight of washing water, the vibration generated by high-speed rotation of an inner barrel in dehydration and other factors during washing, the support strength requirement of the washing machine is higher, and therefore the wall body has higher strength requirement on the installation, but for some light wall bodies, the strength of the wall body does not meet the installation requirement of a wall-mounted washing machine, and the use range of the wall-mounted washing machine is seriously influenced. According to the invention, the hole 5 is formed in the wall body 1, the fixing seat 9 is pre-buried in the hole 5, the filling material 3 with higher filling strength is used for pre-burying and fixing the fixing seat 9 in the hole 5, after the high-strength filling material 3 is solidified, the fixing seat 9 is fixed on the wall body 1, one end of the connecting piece 4 connected with the fixing seat 9 extends out of the wall body 1, and finally, the washing machine is installed, so that the stress of the washing machine directly acts on the filling material 3 with higher strength through the connecting piece 4 and the fixing seat 9, and the problem that the light wall body is not suitable for installing the wall-mounted washing machine is effectively solved.
The filling material 3 has such a strength that the connecting element 4 connected to the fastening base 9 can support the maximum load operation of the washing device 2. Preferably, the filling material 3 is cement or concrete, and may be other high-strength materials having similar properties to concrete.
The filling material 3 is concrete, the concrete is composed of dry and hard cement mortar, the weight ratio of the cement to the sand is 1:2, the dry and hard cement mortar can be solidified in a short time, the strength of the whole formed concrete is high, and the concrete has deformation and fracture resistance. Pre-buried fixing base 9 in trompil 5, treat the concrete setting back, the concrete is as an organic whole with fixing base 9 fastening, and fixing base 9 is connected with the one end of connecting piece 4 for but install the cleaning equipment 2 on connecting piece 4 operation steadily.
Filling material 3 is cement, as said above, installs fixing base 9 is pre-buried in trompil 5, then fills cement, treats like this that cement solidifies the back, and cement and fixing base 9 are fastened as an organic whole.
In an embodiment of the fixing seat of the present invention, the fixing seat 9 is an embedded part, and includes: a connecting portion 91 for mounting the connector 4; and the fixing part 92 is convexly arranged on the connecting part 91 and is used for enhancing the installation strength of the connecting part 91 pre-embedded in the filling material 3.
Furthermore, one end of the connecting part 91 close to the outer side of the opening 5 is a sleeve structure with internal threads, and the connecting part 4 is in threaded connection with the sleeve structure of the connecting part 91. In order to prevent the filling material 3 from entering the sleeve structure, the connecting part 4 and the fixing seat 9 can be assembled firstly, and then the fixing seat 9 is embedded in the opening 5 by the filling material 3, or one end of the connecting part 91 connected with the connecting part 4 extends out of the opening 5, and then the other end of the connecting part 91 connected with the connecting part 4 is exposed out of the filling material 3.
The fixing portion 92 includes at least one protruding member 921 protruding outside the connecting portion 91. The protruding member 921 is a plurality of support arms extending from the connecting portion 91 to the peripheral wall of the opening 5, and the support arms are preferably arranged at intervals, or the protruding member 921 is a fixing plate arranged at one end of the connecting portion 91 corresponding to the inside of the opening 5, and the outer edge of the fixing plate at least partially protrudes out of the periphery of the connecting portion 91.
In another embodiment of the fixing seat of the present invention, the fixing seat 9 and the connecting element 4 are an integral structure, and at least a part of the structure of the fixing seat 9 protrudes from the periphery of the connecting element 4.
In one embodiment of the wall and the openings according to the invention, the wall 1 is a lightweight wall 1, four openings 5 are drilled in the lightweight wall 1 at four locations corresponding to the desired fastening points of the washing apparatus 2, and the openings 5 in the wall 1 are non-circular openings, because if the openings are circular, rotating the connectors causes the filling material to rotate in the openings, and the fastening strength is reduced. The number of the holes 5 on the wall for installing the washing equipment 2 is not limited, and according to the installation requirement, the holes can be four, or less than or more than four, and any number of the holes is within the protection scope of the invention as long as the washing equipment can be installed on the wall.
Preferably, the opening 5 is an elliptical hole (see fig. 6), a combination hole formed by at least two partially overlapped holes, or a polygonal hole or other various shapes.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the opening 5 of the present embodiment is a combined hole formed by combining a main hole 51 and four auxiliary holes 52 provided at the edge of the main hole 51, and the main hole 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 are partially overlapped. The method comprises the steps of firstly drilling four main holes 51 on a wall body 1, then drilling four small auxiliary holes 52 at four points on the edge of each main hole 51, enabling the main holes 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 to be partially overlapped and matched to form an opening 5, enabling a fixing part 92 of a fixing seat to enter the opening 5, pre-embedding the fixing seat 9 in the opening 5, then adding filling materials 3 into the four combined holes to ensure that the inside of the four combined holes is sealed and seamless, fixing the fixing seat 9 on the wall body 1 after the filling materials 3 are solidified, enabling one end of a connecting piece 4 to extend out of the wall body 1, and finally installing the washing equipment 2 on the connecting piece 4 to finish the installation operation of the wall-mounted washing equipment.
The four filling positions are four holes in the wall-mounted washing equipment, the four holes are 5 holes in the wall body 1, the four fixing seats 9 are embedded in the four holes 5, the positions corresponding to the connecting pieces 4 of the fixing seats 9 correspond to the fixing holes in the wall-mounted washing equipment mounting portion 21, and the function of hanging the wall-mounted washing equipment is achieved. When the wall-mounted washing equipment is installed on a wall body, the fixed seats can be embedded in the upper two openings, high-strength filling materials are filled in the lower two openings, and the washing equipment is fixed by using expansion bolts after the filling materials are solidified. That is, the installation structure of the washing equipment of the present invention is reasonably adjusted according to the strength of the wall corresponding to the installation position of the washing equipment, and the installation structure of the present invention is not limited to be adopted in all positions for installing the washing equipment.
In another embodiment of the wall and the opening according to the invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the wall 1 has a cavity 6, the opening 5 communicates with the cavity 6, and the filling material 3 is filled at least in the cavity 6 around the corresponding opening 5 to fix the fixing seat 9. For example, some non-load bearing walls are constructed of hollow bricks, with a cavity in the wall. After the fixed seat 9 is fixed by the filling material 3, the connecting piece 4 is installed, and then the washing equipment 2 is installed on the connecting piece 4, so that the installation operation of the wall-mounted washing equipment is completed. Or, the connecting piece 4 and the fixing seat 9 are assembled firstly and then are pre-buried and fixed.
Specifically, the fixed position on the wall body 1 where the washing equipment 2 is to be installed is provided with a cavity 6, the opening 5 is communicated with the cavity 6, the fixing seat 9 is embedded in the cavity 6, part of the fixing seat extends into the opening 5, the filling material 3 with high strength is filled into the cavity 6 through the opening 5, and the filling material 3 is ensured to be filled into the cavity 6 communicated with the opening 5 (see fig. 7).
Alternatively, the cavity 6 is provided with a blocking piece 7 (see fig. 8) correspondingly positioned at the lower side of the opening 5, and the filling material 3 is added into the cavity 6 through the opening 5 and supported by the blocking piece 7, so that the filling amount of the filling material can be reduced. The arrangement of the blocking piece 7 is related to the position of the opening in the cavity 6, and the blocking piece 7 can also be arranged on the upper side or the left and right sides of the opening, or in combination.
For example, the block piece 7 is disposed in the cavity 6 at a position corresponding to the position surrounding the opening 5, and the space surrounded by the block piece 7 and communicating with the opening 5 is filled with the filling material 3. The space that the shutoff piece encloses alone, or the space that shutoff piece and cavity inner wall cooperation enclosed must satisfy its size and can pre-buried installation fixing base.
As shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8, the connector 4 of the present invention includes a screw 41, one end of the screw 41 is threadedly connected to the connecting portion 91 of the fixing base 9, and the other end of the screw extends to protrude from the wall 1 for installing the washing device 2.
Furthermore, the connecting piece 4 further comprises a locking piece, the locking piece is sleeved on the screw rod 41 and clamped between the washing equipment mounting part 21 and the wall body 1, and the screw rod 41 is locked and fixed on the wall body 1.
Preferably, the retaining member includes a retaining nut 42.
Further, the locking member may further include a flat washer and/or an elastic washer (not shown) disposed between the locking nut 42 and the wall body 1.
The wall-mounted washing device is a wall-mounted washing machine, a wall-mounted dishwasher or a wall-mounted water heater, and the wall-mounted washing machine is taken as an example, but not limited to be the wall-mounted washing machine. The connecting piece 4 for installing the wall-mounted washing machine is used for installing the wall-mounted washing machine, wherein one end of a screw rod 41 is installed in a fixed seat 9 pre-embedded by a filling material 3, and the other end of the screw rod extends to protrude out of a wall body 1. In order to ensure the connection strength between the screw 41 and the wall 1, a locking nut 42 is arranged at one end of the screw 41 where the wall-mounted washing machine is installed, the locking nut 42 is installed on the screw 41 in a threaded manner, and the screw 41 is locked and fixed on the wall 1.
Further, in order to prevent the wall-mounted washing machine from being collided with the wall 1 due to vibration during operation, a damping assembly including an elastic rubber pad 8 is mounted at one end of the screw 41 protruding from the wall 1, and the elastic rubber pad 8 is supported between the mounting portion 21 of the wall-mounted washing machine and the wall 1.
The fixing seat is embedded in the opening of the wall body, the fixing seat is fixed by filling the high-strength filling material with the strength higher than that of the wall body, and the washing machine is suspended and supported by the connecting piece arranged on the fixing seat, so that the stress of the washing machine directly acts on the high-strength filling material through the connecting piece and the fixing seat, the supporting strength required by the operation of the washing machine can be ensured, and the installation strength of the washing machine and the wall body is effectively increased.
The wall-mounted washing equipment is mounted on the wall body through the mounting structure, so that the wall-mounted washing equipment is wide in application range, and can be mounted on light wall bodies, hollow brick walls and the like.
