In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The household electrical appliance comprises, but is not limited to, a washing machine, an air conditioner and a smoke exhaust ventilator, and the washing machine is taken as an example in the specific embodiment. The embodiment provides a method for installing a washing machine on a wall body, which comprises the following steps:
s1, filling materials into filling holes formed in a wall body;
s2, forming a first hole by punching on the filling material before the filling material is hardened to the set hardness;
s3, after the filling material is hardened to the set hardness, trimming the first holes on the filling material to form second holes;
and S4, one end of the connecting piece is installed in the second hole, and the other end of the connecting piece is provided with household electrical equipment.
Because the filling holes in the wall are filled with the filling material with high strength, and then the hardened filling material is perforated with holes for installing the connecting piece, the filling material with high strength after hardening is difficult to directly drill, has high labor intensity, is easy to drill and deviate, and causes the deviation of the direction of the expansion bolts, thus being difficult to install the washing machine. Meanwhile, the filling material with higher strength is directly drilled, the wall surface at the periphery of the hole is easy to crush, the pore diameters of the inner part and the outer part of the hole are inconsistent, and the mounting strength of the expansion bolt is reduced.
According to the invention, the filling material is filled in the filling holes formed in the wall, when the filling material is perforated, the filling material is perforated to form the first holes before being hardened to the specified hardness, and the first holes on the wall can be one or more, so that the filling material is relatively easy to perforated and adjust the perforation direction, for example, the perforation direction is perpendicular to the wall due to the fact that the hardening strength of the filling material is relatively low; after the filling material is perforated, the first hole on the filling material is trimmed to form a second hole after the setting hardness of the filling material is continuously waited, at this time, the second hole can be accurately and easily finished on the basis of the original first hole of the filling material, and then the household electrical appliance is installed in the second hole through the connecting piece. By using the household electrical appliance installation method, the labor intensity of installation work is reduced, the installation accuracy is improved, and the household electrical appliance can be more efficiently and stably installed on a light wall body in a labor-saving manner.
The steps S1 and S2 further comprise the following steps: the location of the openings in the filler material is determined. And determining the position of the opening on the filling material by a positioning mark method, marking the position on the filling material according to the set distance and direction or the installation structure of the household appliance, and forming a first hole on the filling material according to the marked position. The first number of holes of the filler material may correspond one-to-one with the filler holes of the wall and may be one or more holes in the wall.
In step S2, a first hole is formed by punching a hole in the filling material according to a preset punching direction, so that the situation that the home appliance cannot be mounted or is unstable in mounting due to the fact that the mounting position of the connecting piece is deviated due to deviation of the punching direction can be avoided, and collision occurs during operation. In step S2, the aperture of the first hole on the filling material is smaller than the aperture required during installation, so that the problem that the first hole on the filling material is too large in aperture or the first hole is deformed after the filling material is hardened, so that the connection strength between the connecting piece and the filling material is reduced, and the connecting piece cannot be fixed on the filling material is avoided.
In step S3, reaming is performed with the central axis of the first hole as the central axis, and the hole diameter of the first hole on the filler is enlarged to the hole diameter required for mounting according to the mounting requirement of the connector, so as to form a second hole. Since the filling material is perforated before being hardened to a specified hardness, the position and direction of the perforation are adjustable, and thus the first hole on the filling material can play a role in guiding and positioning the reaming. And reaming the central shaft of the first hole on the filling material to form a second hole, so that the second hole on the filling material can be obtained efficiently and laborsaving, and the obtained mounting hole can meet the mounting requirement.
The method further comprises the following steps before the step S1: s0, trimming the upper hole of the wall body to form a filling hole. And trimming small holes left on the wall or pits with larger areas into filling holes on the wall.
Or, before step S1, the method further comprises the following steps: s0, forming filling holes on the wall body. And forming filling holes by perforating on the flat wall body. The larger the aperture of the filling hole, the larger the wall area which can be enhanced, and the aperture of the wall filling hole needs to be larger than the diameter of the second hole. The aperture of the filling hole on the wall body can be comprehensively and reasonably adjusted according to the installation requirement and the attractive requirement, and the optimal choice is that the aperture of the filling hole of the wall body is more than or equal to 5 times of the diameter of the second hole; the depth of the filling hole on the wall body is more than or equal to the installation depth of the connecting piece, and the preferable choice is that the depth of the filling hole on the wall body is more than or equal to 10cm.
The method further comprises the following steps before the step S0: and determining the position of the opening on the wall body. Marking the positions of the walls according to the set distance and direction or according to the installation structure of the household electrical appliance, and then forming filling holes on the walls according to the marked positions. The plurality of filling holes can also be set according to the positions of the holes left on the wall body and comprehensively considering the positions of the wall body corresponding to the set distance, direction or installation structure of the household electrical appliance.
In step S1, the filling hole on the wall body is a combined hole formed by combining the main hole and at least one auxiliary hole arranged at the edge of the main hole. Four auxiliary holes can be uniformly formed in the edge of the main hole. The wall filling holes are arranged as the combined holes, so that the contact area between the filling material and the wall is increased, the connection strength between the filling material and the wall is increased, and the filling material can be prevented from rotating in the wall filling holes due to the rotation of the connecting piece; the installation strength and the stability of the household electrical appliance on the wall are improved.
The steps S0 and S1 further comprise the following steps: firstly judging whether a cavity is communicated with a wall filling hole or not, if so, putting a plugging piece for plugging the cavity into the wall filling hole.
The sealing piece for sealing the cavity is placed in the space where the wall body filling hole is communicated with the cavity, so that a sealing space can be formed, then the filling material is filled in, the strength of the sealing space can be improved, household appliances can be installed in the sealing space on the wall body, and the problem that the household appliances cannot be installed on the hollow wall body is effectively solved.
In the step S1, after the wall body is perforated, dust in the filling hole of the wall body is cleaned up, and the inner wall is soaked and filled with the filling material, so that the connection strength can be improved. The filler material is a fast setting high strength material, which is quick setting cement or polyurethane filler. The use of the rapidly hardening high-strength material can improve the installation strength, save the installation time of household equipment and improve the installation work efficiency.
In step S4, one end of the connecting member is first installed in the second hole, and then the other end of the connecting member is installed on the home appliance connection, or the home appliance is first installed on the other end of the connecting member, and then one end of the connecting member is installed in the second hole.
The invention also provides a wall-mounted household appliance which is mounted on the wall by adopting the household appliance mounting method.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment further provides a washing machine mounting structure using the above-mentioned washing machine mounting method, where the washing machine mounting structure is used for mounting a washing machine 2 on a wall 1, and includes a wall filling hole 5 on the wall 1, a filling material 3 filled in the wall filling hole 5, and a connecting member 4, where one end of the connecting member 4 is mounted in the filling material 3, and the other end is connected with a mounting portion 21 of the washing machine 2. The mounting portion 21 of the washing machine of the present invention may be configured by the washing machine itself, for example, a rear panel constituting a rear wall of the outer tub of the washing machine, or a mounting member such as a hanger provided on a peripheral wall of a rear end of the outer tub, or may be configured by an added fitting such as a mounting bracket.
Because the washing machine 2 inevitably generates vibration in the working process, during washing, the washing machine is influenced by the weight of washing water, vibration generated by high-speed rotation of the inner cylinder during dehydration and other factors, the requirement on the supporting strength of the washing machine is higher, so that the wall body has higher strength requirement on the installation, but for some light wall bodies, the strength of the wall body does not meet the installation requirement of the wall-mounted washing machine, and the application range of the wall-mounted washing machine is seriously influenced. According to the invention, the wall filling hole 5 is formed by opening the hole in the wall 1, the filling material 3 with higher strength is filled in the wall filling hole 5, the connecting piece 4 is fixed by using the high-strength filling material 3, and then the washing machine 2 is installed, so that the stress of the washing machine directly acts on the filling material 3 with higher strength through the connecting piece 4, and the problem that the light wall is not suitable for installing the wall-mounted washing machine is effectively solved.
The strength of the filling material 3 should be such that the fixed connection 4 supports the maximum load operation of the washing machine 2; the filler 3 may be cement or concrete, or may be other high strength materials having similar properties to quick-setting cement or polyurethane filler. The connecting piece 4 is an expansion bolt.
The filling material 3 is concrete, the components of the concrete are dry hard cement mortar, wherein the weight ratio of the cement to the sand is 1:2, the dry hard cement mortar can be solidified in a short time, and the whole formed concrete has high strength and deformation and fracture resistance.
The wall body 1 is a light wall body 1, four filling holes 5 are drilled at four positions of the light wall body 1 corresponding to fixing points required by the washing machine 2, the filling holes 5 on the wall body 1 are non-circular holes, because the filling materials 3 are bonded with the wall body by different materials, the bonding strength between the filling materials 3 and the wall body 1 is insufficient, if the filling holes 5 are circular holes, the filling materials 3 can rotate in the filling holes 5 by rotating the connecting piece 4, and the fixing strength is low.
The wall filling hole 5 is an elliptical hole (see fig. 5), a combined hole formed by at least two holes partially overlapped, or various special-shaped holes such as polygonal holes.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the filling hole 5 of the present embodiment is a combined hole composed of a combination of a main hole and four auxiliary holes provided at the edge of the main hole, the main hole and the auxiliary holes being partially overlapped. Four main holes 51 with the diameter larger than that of the connecting piece 4 are drilled on the wall body 1, four small auxiliary holes 52 are drilled at four points on the edge of each main hole 51, the main holes 51 and the auxiliary holes 52 are partially overlapped and matched to form a wall body filling hole 5, then filling materials 3 are added into the four combined holes, the sealing of the inside of the four combined holes is ensured to be seamless, after the filling materials 3 are solidified, the connecting piece 4 is perforated and installed on the filling materials 3, and finally the washing machine 2 is installed on the connecting piece 4, so that the installation operation of the wall-mounted washing machine is completed.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the wall 1 has a cavity 6, the wall filling hole 5 communicates with the cavity 6, and the filling material 3 is filled at least in the cavity 6 corresponding to the periphery of the wall filling hole 5. For example, some non-load-bearing walls are built by hollow bricks, and cavities are formed in the walls. Then, the filling material 3 is partially perforated, trimmed and the connecting piece 4 is installed, and then the washing machine 2 is installed on the connecting piece 4, thus completing the installation operation of the wall-mounted washing machine.
Specifically, the fixing position on the wall body 1 to which the washing machine 2 is to be mounted is provided with a cavity 6, the wall body filling hole 5 is communicated with the cavity 6, and the filling material 3 with higher strength is filled into the cavity 6 through the wall body filling hole 5, so that the filling material 3 is ensured to be filled in the cavity 6 communicated with the wall body filling hole 5 (see fig. 6).
Alternatively, the cavity 6 is provided with the blocking member 7 (see fig. 7), and the blocking member 7 is correspondingly positioned below the wall filling hole 5, and the filling material 3 is added into the cavity 6 through the wall filling hole 5, and is supported by the blocking member 7, so that the filling amount of the filling material 3 can be reduced. The arrangement of the blocking element 7 is dependent on the position of the filling opening 5 in the cavity 6, and the blocking element 7 can also be arranged on the upper side or on the left and right side of the filling opening 5, or in combination.
For example, the blocking member 7 is disposed in the cavity 6 at a position corresponding to the position of the wall filling hole 5, and the space surrounded by the blocking member 7 and communicating with the wall filling hole 5 is filled with the filling material 3.
