The grouting equipment comprises a funnel-shaped grouting tool bit, an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are both provided with openings at the top ends, the inner sleeve is positioned inside the outer sleeve, and the top end of the inner sleeve is fixedly connected with the top end of the outer sleeve through an annular steel plate; an inner air bag is bonded on the inner wall of the inner sleeve, and mounting holes are formed in two sides of the inner air bag; the funnel-shaped grouting tool bit comprises a bucket body bottom and a grouting pipe, the bucket body bottom is bonded on the inner wall of the inner air bag, the grouting pipe penetrates out of the mounting hole and extends to the outer side of the outer wall of the inner air bag, and a through hole for the grouting pipe to penetrate through is formed in the outer sleeve at a position corresponding to the mounting hole; the outer side of the upper end of the outer sleeve is bonded with an outer airbag; the bottom of the outer sleeve is provided with a small ventilation hole, the small ventilation hole is covered with a breathable blocking cloth, and the breathable blocking cloth is adhered to the outer wall of the bottom of the outer sleeve. Background
In the engineering application of anchor rod support, the failure mode of the anchor rod is mainly the slippage instability between the anchor rod and the hole wall when coal ash adhered on the hole wall or broken soft surrounding rock and the like are encountered in the anchoring process in the supporting process, in order to solve the slippage instability problem of the anchor rod, the prior art mostly adopts an anchor rod hole reaming mode to solve the problems, for example, in the prior art CN 109779662A, a method for reaming and filling the bottom of the anchor rod hole of the soft coal rock roadway is disclosed, the hole is reamed at the bottom of the anchor rod hole, then grouting is carried out, common anchor rod holes are reamed for anchoring after grouting, the property of the surrounding rock around the anchor rod hole is changed equivalently after reaming and grouting are solidified, and the anchoring performance of the anchor rod is improved. However, it requires re-drilling of ordinary anchor rod holes for anchoring after grouting, which increases the amount of work and operation costs, and increases the amount of grout used.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides roof reinforcing grouting equipment which comprises a funnel-shaped grouting tool bit, an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are both provided with openings at the top ends; an inner air bag is bonded on the inner wall of the inner sleeve, and mounting holes are formed in two sides of the inner air bag; the funnel-shaped grouting tool bit comprises a bucket body bottom and a grouting pipe, the bucket body bottom is bonded on the inner wall of the inner air bag, the grouting pipe penetrates out of the mounting hole and extends to the outer side of the outer wall of the inner air bag, and a through hole for the grouting pipe to penetrate through is formed in the outer sleeve at a position corresponding to the mounting hole; the outer side of the upper end of the outer sleeve is bonded with an outer airbag; the bottom of the outer sleeve is provided with a small ventilation hole, the small ventilation hole is covered with a breathable blocking cloth, and the breathable blocking cloth is adhered to the outer wall of the bottom of the outer sleeve.
Preferably, the inner bladder is cylindrical; the outer air sac is in a circular ring shape.
Preferably, the circular steel plate is provided with a vent hole.
Preferably, the inner airbag is connected with the air valve through an inner airbag ventilation duct, and the outer airbag is connected with the air valve through an outer airbag ventilation duct.
The arrangement of the inner air bag ensures that the top of the funnel-shaped grouting cutter head can be retracted into the outer sleeve after the inner air bag is inflated; after the inner air bag is deflated, the top of the funnel-shaped grouting cutter head can extend out of the outer sleeve under the pressure of grout during grouting.
Preferably, the bottom of the outer sleeve is made of a wavy plate, and the small air holes are formed in the position, concave to the top end of the outer sleeve, of the wavy plate.
When the performance of the roof rock mass needs to be improved, firstly, anchoring holes are drilled in the surrounding rock, then, the hole bottoms of the anchoring holes are subjected to hole expanding treatment by adopting the conventional method, and then, the roof reinforcing grouting equipment disclosed by the invention is used for grouting.
A method of roof reinforcing grouting comprising the steps of:
(1) drilling an anchoring hole into the surrounding rock at a position needing top plate reinforcement, and performing hole bottom reaming treatment on the drilled anchoring hole to obtain a hole bottom reamed anchoring hole;
(2) inflating the inner air bag to enable the funnel-shaped grouting tool bit to retract into the outer sleeve, injecting gas into the outer air bag when the grouting equipment is deeply inserted into a designated area, ensuring the stability of the whole equipment in the working process and preventing slurry from flowing out, and simultaneously discharging the gas in the inner air bag;
(3) injecting high-pressure slurry into the inner sleeve by a high-pressure pump station, enabling the top of the grouting tool bit to extend out of the outer sleeve through the mounting hole by the pressure of the slurry, uniformly injecting the slurry to a filling area through the grouting tool bit, ensuring that the top of the grouting tool bit extends completely by the high-pressure slurry, discharging gas in the filling area through a small ventilation hole at the bottom of the outer sleeve, and ensuring that the slurry completely fills the whole filling area;
(4) when the whole filling area is filled with the slurry, the filling pressure is increased suddenly due to the fact that the air-permeable blocking cloth (the air-permeable blocking cloth can be made of proper materials according to the requirements on the site, and can also be made of multiple layers) prevents the slurry from passing through, and then the filling work can be finished;
(5) after filling, injecting gas into the inner air bag after the slurry is initially set to recover the grouting cutter head, discharging gas in the outer air bag, pumping the whole equipment out of a filling area, and finishing grouting work.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the top plate reinforcing and grouting equipment can uniformly inject grout into a filling area, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate; and after grouting, common anchor rod holes do not need to be drilled again, so that the engineering quantity, the use amount of grout and the operation cost are reduced.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples, without however restricting the scope of the invention thereto.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a top plate reinforcing grouting device comprises a funnel-shaped grouting tool bit 5, an inner sleeve 8 and an outer sleeve 10, wherein the inner sleeve 8 and the outer sleeve 10 are both provided with openings at the top ends, the inner sleeve 8 is positioned inside the outer sleeve 10, and the top end of the inner sleeve 8 is welded and fixed with the top end of the outer sleeve 10 through a circular steel plate 11; the inner wall of the inner sleeve 8 is bonded with an inner air bag 6, and mounting holes 13 are formed in the two sides of the inner air bag 6; the funnel-shaped grouting cutter 5 head comprises a bucket body bottom 501 and a grouting pipe 502, the bucket body bottom 501 is bonded on the inner wall of the inner air bag 6, the grouting pipe 502 penetrates out of the mounting hole 13 and extends to the outer side of the outer wall of the inner air bag, and a through hole 12 for the grouting pipe 502 to penetrate through is arranged on the outer sleeve 10 corresponding to the mounting hole 13; the outer side of the upper end of the outer sleeve 10 is bonded with an outer airbag 4; a plurality of small air holes 7 are formed in the bottom of the outer sleeve 10, the bottom of the outer sleeve 10 is made of a wavy plate, and the small air holes 7 are formed in the positions, concave to the top end of the outer sleeve, of the glass-wave plate. The small air holes 7 are covered with air-permeable barrier cloth 14 (not shown in figure 1), and the air-permeable barrier cloth 14 is adhered to the outer wall of the bottom of the outer sleeve.
The inner air bag 6 is cylindrical; the outer bladder 4 is annular. The circular steel plate 11 is provided with a vent hole 9. The inner airbag 6 is connected with the air valve 1 through the inner airbag ventilation pipeline 3, and the outer airbag 4 is connected with the air valve 1 through the outer airbag ventilation pipeline 2.
A method of roof reinforcing grouting comprising the steps of:
(1) drilling an anchoring hole into the surrounding rock at a position needing top plate reinforcement, and performing hole bottom reaming treatment on the drilled anchoring hole to obtain a hole bottom reamed anchoring hole;
(2) inflating the inner air bag to enable the grouting tool bit to retract into the outer sleeve, injecting gas into the outer air bag when the grouting equipment is deeply inserted into a specified area, ensuring the stability of the whole equipment in the working process and preventing grout from flowing out, and simultaneously discharging the gas in the inner air bag;
(3) injecting high-pressure slurry into the inner sleeve by a high-pressure pump station, enabling the top of a grouting tool bit to extend out of the outer sleeve through a mounting hole by the pressure of the slurry, uniformly injecting the slurry to a filling area through the grouting tool bit, ensuring that the top of the tool bit extends outwards completely by the high-pressure slurry, and discharging gas in the filling area through a small vent hole at the bottom of the outer sleeve to ensure that the slurry completely fills the whole filling area;
(4) after the whole filling area is filled with the slurry, the filling pressure is increased suddenly due to the fact that the blocking cloth prevents the slurry from passing through, and then filling work can be finished;
(5) and after the filling is finished, staying for 3-5 minutes, injecting gas into the inner air bag after the slurry is initially set to recover the grouting tool bit, discharging the gas in the outer air bag, pumping the whole equipment out of the filling area, and finishing the grouting work. After grouting, the blocking cloth is invalid, and only the adhered gauze needs to be taken down and replaced.
The top plate reinforcing and grouting equipment can uniformly inject grout into a filling area, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate; and after grouting, common anchor rod holes do not need to be drilled again, so that the engineering quantity and the operation cost are reduced. The subsequent anchor rod that adopts anchors can effectively improve the intensity, stability and other mechanical properties of roof rock mass, improves the operating condition under the high risk roof operation environment.
