Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete crack cleaning agents, in particular to a preparation method of a concrete crack cleaning agent.
Background
At present, the joint surface is not cleaned by using a special cleaning agent before chemical grouting of concrete cracks in China, but chemical grout is directly poured after the cracks are simply cleaned by using clean water. Because a large amount of calcification or cement paste stones can be formed after the joint surface is polluted and clear water cannot be cleaned, the grout is not densely filled after chemical grouting, the adhesion force with the joint surface is poor, and the grouting effect is not ideal. The cleaning of the seam surface by using dilute hydrochloric acid before individual engineering chemical grouting is said to be a high-risk chemical hazardous article regulated by the public security department, because the dilute hydrochloric acid (also named as salt strong water) is strong in acidity, has pungent smell and strong corrosivity, is mainly used for producing chemical solvents or catalysts and can illegally produce heroin, cocaine and the like.
Patent No. CN201210077695.4 discloses a concrete crack cleaning agent, which comprises 90-99 parts by weight of sulfamic acid, 0.9-9.8 parts by weight of glycolic acid and 0.1-0.3 part by weight of surfactant OP-10 nonylphenol polyoxyethylene acid. The invention has simple manufacturing process and good cleaning effect, and can meet the requirement of effectively cleaning the joint surface of the concrete crack before chemical grouting.
However, the concrete crack cleaning agent in the market at present has a poor cleaning effect on a large amount of calcification materials and cement paste stones in the cracks, and the cleaned calcification materials and cement paste stones cannot be effectively adsorbed in time.
