Axle box assemblies 4 are installed at two ends of the wheel set assemblies 2, planes for installing the suspension vibration dampers 3 are arranged at two sides of the axle box assemblies 4, the framework assemblies 1 are located on the two wheel set assemblies 2 through the suspension vibration dampers 3 and the axle box assemblies 4, the framework assemblies 1 are welded with the brake hanging seats, and the foundation brake devices 5 are installed on the framework assemblies through the brake hanging seats.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the frame assembly 1 includes a side beam assembly 11, a cross beam assembly 12, a guide frame assembly 13, a brake shoe hanging seat 14, a brake hanging seat i 15 and a brake hanging seat ii 16, the guide frame assembly 13 is welded at the bottom of the side beam assembly 11, the brake hanging seat i 15 and the brake hanging seat ii 16 are welded on the cross beam assembly 12, the brake shoe hanging seats 14 are fixed at two ends of the cross beam assembly 12, the cross beam assembly 12 is connected between the two side beam assemblies 11, preferably, the cross beam assembly 12 is connected to the middle of the side beam assembly 11.
The side beam assembly 11 and the cross beam assembly 12 can adopt a butt joint scheme or an insertion scheme.
As shown in fig. 4, the side sill assembly 11 is a double-web structure, and specifically, it is a box-type structure composed of a side sill upper cover 111, a side sill lower cover 112 and a side sill web 113, the side sill upper cover and the side sill lower cover are arranged oppositely, and the side sill web is arranged between both ends of the side sill upper cover and the side sill lower cover, so that the box-type structure has an inner cavity, in which a plurality of side sill rib plates 114 are welded, and a part of the structure of the side sill lower cover 112 extends out.
As shown in fig. 5, the beam assembly 12 is a double-web structure, a box-shaped structure is formed by a beam upper cover plate 121, a beam lower cover plate 122 and a beam web 123, the beam upper cover plate and the beam lower cover plate are arranged oppositely, and the beam web is arranged between the two ends of the beam upper cover plate and the beam lower cover plate, so that the box-shaped structure has an inner cavity, a plurality of beam rib plates 125 are welded in the inner cavity, a lower center plate 124 is welded on the beam upper cover plate 121, and the whole beam assembly 12 is a fish belly structure.
When the framework assembly 1 adopts a butt joint scheme, the cross beam lower cover plate 122 is connected with the side beam lower cover plate 112, and the cross beam upper cover plate 121 is in butt joint with the side beam web 113 to form a T-shaped structure.
The frame assembly 1 can also adopt an insertion scheme, the beam assembly is inserted into the reserved hole of the side beam web to form an insertion structure, and as shown in fig. 10, the insertion structure of the side beam assembly and the beam assembly is schematically shown.
As shown in fig. 6, the wheelset assembly 2 is press-fitted to the axle 22 by interference fit of the two wheels 21, and the axle 22 is connected at both ends to the axle housing assembly 4 by bearings 45, as shown in fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 7, the suspension damper device 3 is composed of a two-stage spring 31 and a lenoll damper 32, which are different in height between the inner and outer races.
As shown in fig. 8, the axle box assembly 4 includes an axle box assembly 41, a front cover 42, an end cover 43, a rear bumper 44, a bearing 45, and the like, and the axle box assembly 4 is connected to the wheel set assembly 2 through the bearing 45.
As shown in FIG. 9, the foundation brake device 5 adopts a single-side brake shoe brake device, which comprises a fixed lever 51, a movable lever 52, a lower pull rod 53, a brake beam 54, a brake shoe support 55 and the like, wherein the fixed lever 51 is connected with the movable lever 52 through the lower pull rod 53, the fixed lever 51 and the movable lever 52 are both fixedly connected with the brake beam 54, the brake shoe support 55 is arranged at both ends of the brake beam 54, the fixed lever 51 is connected with a brake hanger I15, the movable lever 52 is connected with a brake hanger II 16 through a lever hanger 56, the brake shoe support 55 is connected with the brake shoe hanger 14 through a brake shoe hanger 57, and the whole set of the foundation brake device 5 is hung on the framework assembly 1.
The invention also provides a railway vehicle which comprises the double-web side beam welding bogie.

1. 2. The dual web side sill weld truck of claim 1, wherein the side sill assembly includes opposed side sill upper and lower cover plates with side sill webs disposed therebetween to form the side sill assembly into a box-like structure.
3. The dual web side sill weld bogie of claim 2, wherein the box structure has an interior cavity with a plurality of side sill webs welded thereto; and the side part of the lower cover plate of the side beam is provided with an extending structure.
4. The dual web side sill weld truck of claim 2, wherein the beam assembly includes oppositely disposed upper and lower beam cover plates, the beam web being disposed between the ends of the upper and lower beam cover plates, such that the beam assembly forms a box-type structure.
5. The dual web side sill weld truck according to claim 4, wherein the box structure has an interior cavity with a plurality of cross beam webs welded thereto and a lower center plate welded to a cross beam upper cover plate.
6. The dual web side sill weld truck of claim 4, wherein the lower cross member cover is joined to the lower side member cover and the upper cross member cover is joined to the web of the side sill to form a T-shaped configuration when the side sill assemblies are joined in abutting engagement with the cross member assemblies.
7. The dual web side sill weld bogie of claim 2 or 4, wherein the cross beam assembly is inserted into the side sill web preformed hole when the side sill assembly and the cross beam assembly are in the inserted connection.
8. The twin web side sill welded truck of claim 1 wherein axle box assemblies are mounted to opposite ends of said wheelset assembly, suspension dampers are mounted to opposite sides of said axle box assemblies, and said axle box assemblies are connected to said wheelset assemblies by bearings.
9. The dual web side sill weld truck of claim 1 in which the frame assembly is a weld brake hanger and the foundation brake is suspended from the frame assembly by the brake hanger, the foundation brake being a single-sided shoe brake.
10. A railway vehicle comprising a dual web side sill weld bogie as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
