Abstract
The invention discloses a complete set of bobbin coding, conveying and collecting device, which comprises a bobbin conveying structure and an automatic doffing structure. The bobbin conveying structure comprises a conveying support, a slide way assembly is arranged on the conveying support, a chain assembly is arranged below the slide way assembly, a push plate is arranged on the chain assembly, and the upper portion of the push plate is arranged in the slide way assembly. The automatic doffing tube structure is arranged in front of the bobbin conveying structure and comprises a supporting frame, an automatic doffing tube assembly is arranged on the supporting frame, and the automatic doffing tube assembly is located right in front of the slide way assembly. The yarn bobbin marking machine further comprises a laser coding machine arranged on the side portion of the yarn bobbin conveying structure. In the process of transporting the complete set of bobbins, the complete set of bobbins are coded by the laser coding machine, and compared with the prior art, the complete set of bobbins do not need to be independently disassembled for code spraying. When the bobbin is collected by the automatic doffing tube structure, an independent power source is not needed, and the purpose of collection can be realized by utilizing gravity.

Background
The existing methods for marking the yarn tube include three methods, namely manual marking, automatic code spraying and automatic labeling. In the three methods, manual marking needs manual marking in a handwriting mode before the bobbin reaches the bobbin winder. Automatic spout a yard needs to be separately placed complete sets of spool and spout the sign indicating number on the conveyer wire alone, and the spool that will disperse after spouting the sign indicating number integrates complete sets. The automatic labeling is to label the inner wall of the bobbin in the process of packaging the cone yarn.
The prior art has the following problems:

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings:
with reference to fig. 1 to 6, a set of yarn tube coding, conveying and collecting device comprises a yarn tube conveying structure 1 and an automatic doffing tube structure 2.
The bobbin conveying structure comprises a conveying support 3, a slide way assembly is arranged on the conveying support, a chain assembly is arranged below the slide way assembly, a plurality of push plates 4 are arranged on the chain assembly, and the upper portions of the push plates are arranged in the slide way assembly.
The slide way assembly comprises two inclined guide supporting plates 5 which are oppositely arranged, the two guide supporting plates form a V-shaped groove structure, and a gap is reserved between the bottoms of the two guide supporting plates.
The chain assembly comprises a driving chain wheel 6 and a driven chain wheel 7, the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel are connected through a chain 8, and the driving chain wheel is driven through a motor 10.
The push plate 2 is fixed on the chain 6 and can drive the upper part of the push plate to move in the gap during the transmission of the chain.
And a position enough for placing the bobbin is reserved between two adjacent push plates.
The function of the push plate 2 is that when the bobbin 9 is placed on the V-shaped groove structures of the two guide support plates, the push plate is abutted against the rear end face of the bobbin, and the push plate pushes the bobbin to slide on the two guide support plates.
The push pedal includes vertical section and slope section, and the slope section inclines backward, and the reverse slope of slope section towards chain transmission promptly, and the top at vertical section is connected to the slope section.
The reason why the push plate is provided with the inclined section is that: when the bobbin is pushed to the automatic doffing tube structure, the pushing plate moves in a circular arc mode at the driven wheel, the inclined section can move in a fit mode with the circular arc of the chain when moving to the position, the pushing plate is always attached to the rear end of the bobbin, and therefore the bobbin is pushed to the automatic doffing tube structure better.
The automatic doffing tube structure is arranged in front of the bobbin conveying structure and comprises a supporting frame 11, an automatic doffing tube assembly 12 is arranged on the supporting frame, and the automatic doffing tube assembly is located right in front of the slide way assembly.
The support frame comprises a front and a rear support column 13, between which the automatic doffing tube assembly is arranged.
The automatic doffer assembly includes a slide 14 and a barrier member, the slide being angularly disposed between two support posts.
Each support column is also provided with a support plate 15, and a rotating shaft 16 is connected between the two support plates.
The baffle piece comprises a horizontal fixed plate 17, a right end of the horizontal fixed plate is fixedly connected with an inclined plate 18 in an inclined mode, the fixed plate and the inclined plate form a baffle piece similar to a Chinese character 'factory' -shaped mode, and the joint of the fixed plate and the inclined plate is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft.
A shelf 19 is provided on the support plate and a cushion 20 is provided on the shelf.
The bottom surface of the right end of the fixed plate is provided with a balancing weight 21, and two sides of the balancing weight can fall on a buffer pad of the frame plate to provide certain buffer when the balancing weight drives the baffle piece to return.
The baffle piece is positioned on the left side of the sliding plate, and a V-shaped yarn barrel placing position is formed between the inclined plate and the sliding plate.
A container is arranged below the sliding plate and used for collecting the yarn barrel.
The device also comprises a laser coding machine 22 which is arranged at the side part of the bobbin conveying structure.
The last photoelectric switch that is provided with of laser coding machine, photoelectric switch can discern the position of yarn section of thick bamboo, and when discerning yarn section of thick bamboo and target in place the back, laser coding machine beats the sign indicating number to a yarn section of thick bamboo. The laser coding machine belongs to the prior art, and the working principle of the laser coding machine is not explained in detail.
The bobbin conveying structure is matched with the laser coding machine to realize coding in the complete set of bobbin transportation process.
The device roughly works as follows:
the bobbin 9 is placed on a V-shaped groove structure formed by the two guide supporting plates, the push plate is abutted against the rear end face of the bobbin, the bobbin is pushed by the push plate to move forwards along with the transmission of the chain, the position of the bobbin is identified by a photoelectric switch on the laser coding machine in the moving process, and the laser coding machine codes the bobbin after identifying that the bobbin is in place; the yarn barrel after being coded continues to move forward to the structure of the automatic doffing tube, on the structure of the automatic doffing tube, the front part of the bobbin firstly falls into the position where the yarn barrel between the sliding plate and the inclined plate forms a V shape is placed, because the weight of the part of the bobbin falling into the position where the yarn barrel is placed is smaller than that of the counterweight block, the whole baffle piece does not act, then the bobbin completely falls into the position where the yarn barrel is placed along with the bobbin, the force of the yarn barrel on the inclined plate is greater than the weight of the counterweight block, the yarn barrel extrudes the inclined plate, the whole baffle piece rotates, the yarn barrel slides into a containing container along the sliding plate under the gravity, the collection of the yarn barrel is completed, and the baffle piece is reset under the driving of the counterweight block to wait for the arrival of the next yarn barrel.
