step 1: weighing wrinkle-removing active substances, hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin, PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 cross-linked copolymer, glycerol and deionized water according to the mass ratio of 4.5:0.5:12:20:24, wherein the wrinkle-removing active substances comprise acetylhydroxyproline, carnosine, tocopherol glucoside, thiotaurine and nicotinamide ribose according to the mass ratio of 1:3:0.6:2: 0.6;
step 2: mixing 1/3 of the glycerol weighed in the step (1) with the acetylhydroxyproline, the tocopherol glucoside and the nicotinamide ribose weighed in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
and step 3: mixing the rest 2/3 mass of glycerol and 1/2 mass of deionized water weighed in the step 1 with the PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 crosslinked copolymer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
and 4, step 4: mixing and stirring carnosine, thiotaurine and hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin with the rest deionized water to obtain a mixed solution C;
and 5: adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B, stirring at 300-500rpm, adding the mixed solution C, and stirring for 10-30min to obtain wrinkle removing composition gel with gel strength of 250 g/cm2

and step 3: mixing the rest 2/3 mass of glycerol and 1/2 mass of deionized water weighed in the step 1 with the PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 crosslinked copolymer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
and 4, step 4: mixing and stirring carnosine, thiotaurine and hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin with the rest deionized water to obtain a mixed solution C;
and 5: adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B, stirring at 300-500rpm, adding the mixed solution C, and stirring for 10-30min to obtain wrinkle removing composition gel with gel strength of 340 g/cm2

and step 3: mixing the rest 2/3 mass of glycerol and 1/2 mass of deionized water weighed in the step 1 with the PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 crosslinked copolymer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
and 4, step 4: mixing and stirring carnosine, thiotaurine and hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin with the rest deionized water to obtain a mixed solution C;
and 5: adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B, stirring at 300-500rpm, adding the mixed solution C, and stirring for 10-30min to obtain the wrinkle-removing composition with gel strength of 350 g/cm2
The obtained wrinkle-removing composition gel for eye can be stored at 40 deg.C for 3 months without delamination.

A wrinkle-removing composition gel for the eye characterized by: the wrinkle-removing cream comprises wrinkle-removing active substances, hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin, PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 cross-linked polymer, glycerol and deionized water in a mass ratio of 4-10:0.5-2:10-20:20-30:20-30, wherein the wrinkle-removing active substances comprise acetylhydroxyproline, carnosine, tocopherol glucoside, thiotaurine and nicotinamide ribose in a mass ratio of 1:1-3:0.6:2: 0.2-0.8.
2. A method for preparing a wrinkle-removing composition gel for the eye according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing wrinkle-removing active substances, hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin, PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 cross-linked copolymer, glycerol and deionized water according to the mass ratio of 4-10:0.5-2:10-20:20-30:20-30, wherein the wrinkle-removing active substances comprise acetylhydroxyproline, carnosine, tocopherol glucoside, thiotaurine and nicotinamide ribose according to the mass ratio of 1:1-3:0.6:2: 0.2-0.8;
step 2: mixing 1/3 of the glycerol weighed in the step (1) with the acetylhydroxyproline, the tocopherol glucoside and the nicotinamide ribose weighed in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
and step 3: mixing the rest 2/3 mass of glycerol and 1/2 mass of deionized water weighed in the step 1 with the PEG-12 polymethylsiloxane/PPG-20 crosslinked copolymer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
And 4, step 4: mixing the carnosine, the thiotaurine and the hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin weighed in the step 1 with the rest deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
and 5: and adding the mixed solution A into the mixed solution B, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 300-500rpm, then adding the mixed solution C, and continuously stirring for 10-30min to obtain the wrinkle-removing composition gel for eyes.
