Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
The snow swallow is a natural pith secretion secreted by rare plant downy sterculia nobilis trees, is distributed in deep mountain rainforests of Yunnan and Burma at the junction of tropical zone and subtropical zone, and is characterized in that a picking person ripens the trunk of the tree, stimulates the tree body to secrete self-protection gel, collects the gel, and is named as snow swallow because the snow swallow is foamed and eaten, has crystal appearance characteristics, is very similar to the cubilose, and has rich nutritional value.
Through modern medical analysis, the spirifer has the functions of inhibiting sucrose absorption, reducing blood sugar rise, improving type 2 diabetes, preventing and treating obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and the like, and the D-galacturonic acid contained in the spirifer has natural nutritional value when being used for preparing hyaluronic acid and L-arabinose for extracting diabetes drugs.
The snow swallow can be taken as a medicine and is rich in various polysaccharides and other essential nutrient elements for human bodies. Modern medicine shows that the bird's nest also has the functions of resisting inflammation, killing parasite, raising immunity, promoting cell mitosis, proliferation and differentiation, etc. Due to the characteristics, the snow swallow becomes an indispensable food for more and more families, particularly female friends.
At present, the industry of the swiftlet does not have the development of industrially produced instant products, the swiftlet can be made into edible food only by selecting, removing impurities and soaking for more than ten hours at home, and also by mastering specific time, specific temperature and material compatibility, and the manufacturing process is complex, long in time and extremely inconvenient.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the technical staff in the field is how to provide an instant snow swallow product which has stable quality, good taste, reasonable nutrition collocation, full reduction of the original taste and flavor of the food material and basically consistent home making effect, and a production process thereof.
The following describes an intelligent device control panel and an intelligent device control system according to embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of a piece of swiftlet, which includes the following steps:
step 101: uniformly spreading the raw material of the spirifer on the bottom of the soaking tank.
Step 102: adding 8-50 times of water into the foaming tank for foaming until the diameter of incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 2mm and the proportion of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 10% so as to obtain the foamed raw material of the snowflake.
Step 103: removing impurity particles in the soaked and foamed raw material of the snow swallow, and enabling the content of the impurity particles in the soaked and foamed raw material of the snow swallow to be less than 0.1% and the diameter of the impurity particles to be not more than 1mm, so as to obtain the raw material of the snow swallow to be prepared.
Step 104: placing at least one ingredient and sugar or sugar substitute in a cooking device, adding water, and heating until the sugar or sugar substitute is completely dissolved.
Step 105: and after the sugar or the sugar substitutes are completely melted, adding the raw material for making the snow swallow into the cooking device for cooking for 15-25 minutes to obtain a snow swallow preform.
Step 106: the snowflake preliminary product is divided into blocks and placed into at least one fixed tray, and the at least one fixed tray is placed in a quick-freezing tank body for dehydration and cooling, so that the divided snowflake preliminary product is made into a freeze-dried dehydrated block.
Step 107: and hermetically packaging the freeze-dried dehydrated material block to obtain the snow swallow material block.
Specifically, firstly, pre-soaking the raw material of the snow swallow, uniformly spreading the raw material of the snow swallow on the bottom of a soaking tank, and then adding 8-50 times of water according to the amount of the raw material of the snow swallow for soaking till the diameter of particles which indicate incomplete soaking in the raw material of the snow swallow is not more than 2mm and the proportion of the particles in the raw material of the snow swallow is not more than 10 percent, thus completing the soaking of the snow swallow and obtaining the soaked and soaked raw material of the snow swallow. Because the swiftlet is a natural secretion of the sterculia villosa tree and possibly contains some impurities, after the raw material of the swiftlet is soaked and foamed, the impurities in the soaked raw material of the swiftlet, such as some natural tillered plant impurity particles, need to be removed, so that the content of the impurity particles is less than one thousandth and the diameter is not more than 1mm to avoid influencing eating, after the impurities are removed, the raw material of the swiftlet to be made is obtained, and then the making of auxiliary materials is started. Adding various ingredients and sugar for increasing sweet taste into a cooking device, adding sugar substitute for preparing a sugar-free product, adding water into the cooking device, heating the ingredients and the sugar or the sugar substitute in the cooking device until the sugar or the sugar substitute is completely dissolved, putting the raw material to be made into the sucris pedunculata into the cooking device, cooking the raw material together with the ingredients and the dissolved sugar or sugar substitute for 15-25 minutes, and obtaining the sucris pedunculata preform. The method comprises the following steps of dividing the preliminary products of the spirifera into blocks, separately placing the preliminary products of the spirifera into at least one fixed tray, placing the at least one fixed tray containing the divided preliminary products of the spirifera into a quick-freezing tank body, dehydrating and cooling to obtain dehydrated freeze-dried material blocks. And (4) hermetically packaging the dehydrated freeze-dried material blocks to obtain the snow swallow material blocks.
In an embodiment of the invention, the at least one ingredient comprises: one or more of fructus Lycii, nidus Collocaliae, nuts, edible flowers and fruits;
the sugar, comprising: white granulated sugar, rock sugar or brown sugar;
the sugar substitute comprises: maltitol, erythritol or steviol glycosides.
In order to make the prepared snow swallow block more nutritious and delicious, one or more of medlar, cubilose, nuts, edible flowers and fruits can be added into the ingredients, and in order to make the product more delicious, white granulated sugar, rock sugar or brown sugar can be used for increasing the sweet taste. Considering that sugar-free food has a certain audience, sugar can be replaced by sugar substitute, and the sugar substitute is preferably maltitol, erythritol or stevioside, so that the sugar-free food such as the sugar-free sucris products diabetes patients can be eaten by the audience.
In one embodiment of the invention, the temperature in the foam tank body is 8-32 ℃, and the humidity is 90-100%.
The soaking tank can be a stainless steel or food-grade PE tank body, the temperature in the tank body is adjusted to 8-32 ℃, the humidity is adjusted to 90-100% for soaking, the snow swallow can be selected from dragon beard snow swallow, short dragon beard snow swallow or granular snow swallow, and the dragon beard snow swallow, the short dragon beard snow swallow or the granular snow swallow are evenly and flatly paved in the stainless steel or food-grade PE tank body for soaking and standing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes: when the diameter of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is more than 2mm or the ratio of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is more than 10%, adding water into the foaming tank for secondary foaming until the diameter of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 2mm and the ratio of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 10%.
Specifically, if the incomplete foaming semi-soft particles in the snowflake raw materials are larger than two millimeters in diameter and are higher than 10 percent of the foaming raw materials in proportion, and the foaming time is longer than 15 hours, secondary water replenishing is carried out, the water replenishing amount is gradually increased by 10 percent according to the total amount of the first water replenishing amount until the foaming requirement is met, namely the diameter of the incomplete foaming particles in the snowflake raw materials is not larger than 2mm and the proportion of the incomplete foaming particles in the snowflake raw materials is not larger than 10 percent.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the hermetically packaging the freeze-dried dehydrated material block to obtain the material block of swiftlet, includes:
and flatly paving the freeze-dried dehydrated material block on a horizontal packaging machine, and hermetically packaging by using an airtight aluminum film to obtain the snow swallow material block.
The invention discloses a method for treating cured dehydrated snow swallow raw materials by adopting a physical vacuum heat treatment curing and then a cold treatment means, and on the premise of not introducing other foreign substances, the snow swallow product is natural, pure and safer.
The invention provides a piece of snow swallow material for the manufacturing method of the piece of snow swallow material provided by the embodiment.
For example, the raw material of the spirifer is selected from spirifer, the spirifer is uniformly spread at the bottom of a PE foaming tank with the temperature of 20 ℃ and the humidity of 95%, 40 times of water is added for foaming for 2 hours until the diameter of incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the spirifer is not more than 2mm and the percentage of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the spirifer is not more than 10%. Removing impurity particles in the soaked and soaked swallow tassels to obtain the raw material of the swallow tassels to be prepared. The preparation method comprises the following steps of selecting medlar, a proper amount of edible bird's nest, nuts, edible flowers and fruits as ingredients, selecting crystal sugar as sugar, putting the ingredients into a boiling pot, adding purified water, heating to 100 ℃, heating and boiling for 20 minutes until the crystal sugar is completely dissolved for later use. And (5) after dehydration and freeze-drying, obtaining a material block of the swallow tail.
When the product of the snowflake swallow block is inspected, the snowflake swallow block to be inspected is placed under vacuum of 40Pa and is kept for burning for three minutes, the packaged snowflake swallow block does not seep water into the snowflake swallow product, and the packaged snowflake swallow product can be stored at normal temperature and can be preserved for more than one year.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for making instant snow swallow, based on the snow swallow block provided in the above embodiment, the method includes the following steps:
step 201: and removing the outer package of the snow swallow block, and placing the snow swallow block into a container.
Step 202: and adding boiling water into the container to soak the snow swallow blocks in the container until the proportion of solid contents is not less than 60 percent, so as to prepare the instant snow swallow.
Specifically, the piece of the snowflake swallow is torn off the outer package and placed in a container, 150 plus 300ml of boiling water is added for soaking for 2-10 minutes, and the instant snowflake swallow is prepared after the piece of the snowflake swallow is reduced to more than 60% of solid content after being soaked.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the instant swiftlet prepared by using the instant swiftlet preparation method provided by the embodiment.
The instant swiftlet adopts the physical vacuum heat treatment and curing and then the cold treatment means to treat the cured dehydrated swiftlet raw material, does not introduce other foreign substances, has natural and pure products, and the solid content of the swiftlet product is reduced to be more than or equal to 60 percent.
In conclusion, the invention discloses the prepared instant snow swallow product, aiming at the problems that the existing snow swallow product is still in a family cooking stage and is not in the background of industrial production, under the condition of no food additive, the natural characteristics of the snow swallow need to spend a large amount of time to prepare food materials, select and remove impurities, soak and boil for a long time in the family cooking process, so that the food materials are easy to waste, cannot be stored for a long time and are easy to breed bacteria in the cooking link, and the snow swallow is dissolved in different degrees in the cooking process to cause the problems of low solid content, poor taste, insufficient fragrance, unstable consistency and poor suspension property, and a physical processing technology is adopted to ensure that the snow swallow is not added with any food additive and auxiliary agent in the processing process, so that the appearance, fragrance, consistency, stable solid content, smooth and elastic taste and no loss of nutrition of the snow swallow can be realized, meanwhile, the quality guarantee period of the snow swallow product is long, and the snow swallow product can be stored at normal temperature for more than 12 months. Therefore, the instant snow swallow product disclosed by the invention is suitable for market popularization.
Compared with the existing household cooking mode, the invention discloses and provides an instant snow swallow product and a production process thereof, and the instant snow swallow product has the following excellent effects:
1. the invention discloses a method for treating cured dehydrated snow swallow raw materials by adopting a physical vacuum heat treatment curing and then a cold treatment means, and on the premise of not introducing other foreign substances, the snow swallow product is natural, pure and safer.
2. The invention adopts the vacuum dehydration process of quick freezing after short-time boiling (steaming) after pre-soaking, which is not only high-efficiency, but also increases the stewing resistance of the swiftlet by the way of vacuum treatment of heat and cold alternately at different time, so that the swiftlet can not be dissolved under different stewing, brewing and reducing processes; and the swiftlet can be directly put into production after being picked and soaked, thereby improving the processing efficiency and the qualification rate of the swiftlet products.
3. The invention adopts a sectional type sterilization process to obviously improve the nutrition retention rate of the products of the snowflake swallows on the premise of ensuring the commercial sterility of the products of the snowflake swallows.
4. The invention adopts the whole process steps of mutual coordination and supplement, the prepared products of the snow swallow can not be dissolved by itself or deteriorated, the products can be preserved for a long time without adding preservatives, and the original natural nutrient components of the snow swallow are well kept.
5. The invention relates to a factory-type assembly line equipment production processing technology, which solves the problem that current consumers can only adopt a household cooking method and can eat the snow swallow in cooking time of more than 10 hours. According to the invention, through scientific food material nutrition collocation, consumers can conveniently eat the swiftlet with boiling water for a few minutes, so that the cooking time is greatly saved, the cooking efficiency is improved, the original taste and flavor of the food materials are kept, the social production efficiency is improved, the waste and resource waste of the food materials cooked by families are avoided, the generation of household garbage is reduced, and the policy and the guideline of national low-carbon, environment-friendly and green healthy food are conformed.
It should be noted that not all steps and modules in the above flows and system structure diagrams are necessary, and some steps or modules may be omitted according to actual needs. The execution order of the steps is not fixed and can be adjusted as required. The system structure described in the above embodiments may be a physical structure or a logical structure, that is, some modules may be implemented by the same physical entity, or some modules may be implemented by a plurality of physical entities, or some components in a plurality of independent devices may be implemented together.
In the above embodiments, the hardware unit may be implemented mechanically or electrically. For example, a hardware element may comprise permanently dedicated circuitry or logic (such as a dedicated processor, FPGA or ASIC) to perform the corresponding operations. The hardware elements may also comprise programmable logic or circuitry, such as a general purpose processor or other programmable processor, that may be temporarily configured by software to perform the corresponding operations. The specific implementation (mechanical, or dedicated permanent, or temporarily set) may be determined based on cost and time considerations.
While the invention has been shown and described in detail in the drawings and in the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the invention to the embodiments disclosed, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various combinations of the code auditing means in the various embodiments described above may be used to obtain further embodiments of the invention, which are also within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The manufacturing method of the snow swallow block is characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly spreading the raw material of the swiftlet on the bottom of the soaking tank;
adding 8-50 times of water into the foaming tank for foaming until the diameter of incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 2mm and the proportion of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 10% so as to obtain a foamed raw material of the snowflake;
removing impurity particles in the soaked and foamed raw material of the snow swallow, so that the content of the impurity particles in the soaked and foamed raw material of the snow swallow is less than 0.1% and the diameter of the impurity particles is not more than 1mm, and obtaining the raw material of the snow swallow to be prepared;
placing at least one ingredient and sugar or sugar substitute in a cooking device, adding water, and heating until the sugar or sugar substitute is completely dissolved;
after the sugar or the sugar substitutes are completely melted, adding the raw material of the swallow slices to be prepared into the cooking device for cooking for 15-25 minutes to obtain a swallow slice preform;
the snowflake preliminary product is divided into blocks and placed into at least one fixed tray, and the at least one fixed tray is placed in a quick-freezing tank body for dehydration and cooling so as to prepare the divided snowflake preliminary product into a freeze-dried dehydrated block;
and hermetically packaging the freeze-dried dehydrated material block to obtain the snow swallow material block.
2. The method of claim 1,
the at least one ingredient comprising: one or more of fructus Lycii, nidus Collocaliae, nuts, edible flowers and fruits;
the sugar, comprising: white granulated sugar, rock sugar or brown sugar;
the sugar substitute comprises: maltitol, erythritol or steviol glycosides.
3. The method of claim 1,
the temperature in the foaming tank body is 8-32 ℃, and the humidity is 90-100%.
4. The method of claim 1,
further comprising: when the diameter of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is more than 2mm or the ratio of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is more than 10%, adding water into the foaming tank for secondary foaming until the diameter of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 2mm and the ratio of the incomplete foaming particles in the raw material of the snowflake is not more than 10%.
5. The method of claim 1,
the method for hermetically packaging the freeze-dried dehydrated material block to obtain the snow swallow material block comprises the following steps:
and flatly paving the freeze-dried dehydrated material block on a horizontal packaging machine, and hermetically packaging by using an airtight aluminum film to obtain the snow swallow material block.
6. The method of claim 1,
the vacuum dehydration rate in the quick-freezing tank body is not less than 95%.
7. The method of claim 1,
the cooking temperature in the cooking device is 85-105 ℃, and the cooking time is 15-25 minutes.
8. Piece of snow swallow prepared using the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A method of making instant snow swallow using the snow swallow mass of claim 8, comprising:
removing the outer package of the snow swallow block, and placing the snow swallow block into a container;
and adding boiling water into the container to soak the snow swallow blocks in the container until the proportion of solid contents is not less than 60 percent, so as to prepare the instant snow swallow.
10. Instant swiftlet made using the method of making instant swiftlet of claim 9.
