Step S3052: detecting whether the positions of a driver terminal and a passenger terminal are on a travel route corresponding to the order or not during the travel corresponding to the order, wherein the travel abnormality corresponding to the order comprises: the position of at least one of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal deviates from the travel route.
The server 100 may monitor the travel tracks of the driver terminal 111 and the passenger terminal 121 in real time, and when the travel track of either one of them is not on the preset travel route established in advance, it is determined that the travel is abnormal, and it is likely that the driver forces the passenger to get off halfway.
Step S3053: detecting whether the duration that a driver terminal and a passenger terminal are continuously located at a position on a travel route corresponding to the order exceeds a preset duration during the travel corresponding to the order, wherein the travel abnormality corresponding to the order comprises: and the duration of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal continuously positioned at one position on the travel route corresponding to the order exceeds the preset duration.
The server 100 may monitor the travel tracks of the driver terminal 111 and the passenger terminal 121 in real time, and determine that the travel is abnormal when any one of the driver terminal 111 and the passenger terminal 121 stays somewhere for a long time, and the stay time is significantly beyond a preset normal range, for example, more than 5 minutes.

Step S311: sending confirmation prompt information to the passenger terminal and sending the following prompt information: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring; wherein, the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.
After the passenger confirms that the journey is normal, the server records the time, the duration and the state of the abnormality and the time when the passenger confirms the normal. For example, as illustrated in fig. 13 at 09: 50 driver terminal journey recording authorization terminal, when passenger 10:00, the time 10:00 of the passenger for confirming the normal travel and the total interruption time is 10 minutes, and the passenger terminal is informed of the recorded information.
Step S312: and the passenger terminal outputs the first prompt message and confirmation prompt message in the first output mode, wherein the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.

It should be noted that, although the second background color is green, the first background color is yellow, and the third background color is red in the present application, this is only an example and is not a specific limitation to the present application, and the wavelengths of the light waves reflected by the second background color are smaller than the wavelength of the light wave reflected by the first background color, and the wavelengths of the light waves reflected by the second background color are smaller than the wavelength of the light wave reflected by the third background color. And the third background color (and corresponding information) has a higher presentation priority than the first background color (for corresponding information) which has a higher presentation priority than the second background color (and corresponding information). That is, the passenger terminal always preferentially shows the higher priority background color (and corresponding information) in the security assistant control 402.
In the related monitoring technology for the abnormal network car booking travel, a network car booking platform can detect at the background and starts monitoring after the travel starts until an order is finished, but for a passenger, the monitoring process is not sensible, the passenger does not know whether the current travel of the passenger is monitored in real time, and even if the passenger is abnormal in the travel, the passenger sometimes can not know, so that the passenger can not actively take related measures, how to let the passenger know whether the network car booking travel started by the passenger is monitored and obtain the travel information in real time, and when the abnormality occurs, the passenger is related to whether the passenger can timely know the abnormal information and actively take measures to prevent the abnormality.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, when the passenger terminal initiates the order allocation request, the server terminal starts to monitor whether the passenger terminal authorizes various safety monitoring settings and starts to monitor the travel information when the travel is started, and in the whole process from the initiation request to the order ending, the server terminal monitors the state transition of the order in real time, controls the passenger terminal to output normal prompt information when the order is normal, and controls the passenger terminal to output abnormal prompt information when the order is abnormal. The passenger can sense that the order is monitored by the server side from the beginning of order initiation, and when any abnormal information occurs, the passenger terminal is notified in time, so that the passenger can know the abnormal information immediately and can take related measures actively.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a terminal. Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 15, the terminal 500 includes:

Claims (24)

1. A method for outputting prompt information is applied to a passenger terminal and comprises the following steps:
sending an order distribution request to a server, wherein the order distribution request is used for requesting the distribution of the order initiated by the passenger terminal;
receiving order distribution information sent by the server, wherein the order distribution information represents that an order initiated by the passenger terminal is distributed to a driver terminal;
receiving a stroke detection result sent by the server during the stroke, wherein the stroke detection result represents that the stroke corresponding to the order is normal or abnormal;
and outputting prompt information matched with the detection result.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving convoy setting prompt information sent by the server during the journey, wherein the convoy setting prompt information represents that: the server detects that the passenger terminal is not provided with the escort function during the travel;
outputting the convoying setting prompt information under a first background color, wherein the convoying setting prompt information comprises at least one of the following information: the system comprises a number encryption setting prompt, a journey recording authorization prompt, a travel insurance prompt, an emergency contact setting prompt, a journey automatic sharing setting prompt and a real-name authentication prompt.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the prompt matching the detection result comprises:
when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is normal, outputting first prompt information matched with the detection result in a first output mode;
when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order is abnormal, outputting second prompt information matched with the detection result in a second output mode;
the second output mode is different from the first output mode, and the first prompt message is different from the second prompt message.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order is normal, outputting first prompt information matched with the detection result in a first output mode, including:
under a second background color, the following prompt messages are broadcast in turn: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring;
when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order is abnormal, outputting second prompt information matched with the detection result in a second output mode, wherein the second prompt information comprises at least one of the following information:
when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order has the travel record interruption, outputting a record interruption prompt and record interruption duration under a third background color;
when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is abnormally stopped, outputting an abnormal stopping prompt and abnormal stopping duration under the third background color;
and when the detection result represents that the route deviation occurs to the travel corresponding to the order, outputting a route deviation prompt and a route deviation state under the third background color.
5. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein after outputting the second prompt information matching the detection result in a second output manner, the method further comprises:
when detecting a normal travel confirmation operation input by a user, sending normal travel confirmation information to the server;
and outputting the first prompt message and confirmation prompt message in the first output mode, wherein the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after outputting the prompt matching the detection result, the method further comprises:
and when the viewing operation aiming at the prompt message is detected, generating and displaying a detail page, wherein the detail page comprises a plurality of journey detection items and corresponding detection detail descriptions.
7. A method for sending prompt information is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving an order distribution request sent by a passenger terminal, wherein the order distribution request is used for requesting the distribution of an order initiated by the passenger terminal;
the order distribution information is sent to the passenger terminal and indicates that the order initiated by the passenger terminal is distributed to the driver terminal;
detecting whether the travel corresponding to the order is normal or not during the travel corresponding to the order;
and sending prompt information matched with the detection result to the passenger terminal.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
detecting whether the passenger terminal is not provided with a navigation protection function or not during the process of the journey corresponding to the order;
when detecting that the passenger terminal does not set the convoy function, sending convoy setting prompt information to the passenger terminal, wherein the convoy setting prompt information comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a number encryption setting prompt, a journey recording authorization prompt, a travel insurance prompt, an emergency contact setting prompt, a journey automatic sharing setting prompt and a real-name authentication prompt.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein sending a prompt to the passenger terminal matching the detection result comprises:
when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is normal, the following prompt information is sent to the passenger terminal: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring;
when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order is interrupted by the travel record, sending a record interruption prompt and record interruption duration to the passenger terminal;
when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is abnormally stopped, prompting the passenger terminal to stop abnormally and prolonging the abnormal stopping duration;
and when the detection result represents that the route deviation occurs to the travel corresponding to the order, prompting the passenger terminal for the route deviation and indicating the state of the route deviation.
10. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving travel normal confirmation information sent by the passenger terminal, wherein the travel normal confirmation information represents that a user confirms that the travel is normal;
sending confirmation prompt information to the passenger terminal and sending the following prompt information: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring; wherein, the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein detecting whether the itinerary corresponding to the order is normal during the itinerary corresponding to the order is in progress comprises at least one of:
detecting whether recording sent by a driver terminal and a passenger terminal respectively is continuously received or not during a journey corresponding to the order, and carrying out abnormity identification on the recording, wherein the journey abnormity corresponding to the order comprises the following steps: the recording sent by at least one of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal is not received, or the text corresponding to the recording sent by at least one of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal comprises sensitive words;
detecting whether the positions of a driver terminal and a passenger terminal are on a travel route corresponding to the order or not during the travel corresponding to the order, wherein the travel abnormality corresponding to the order comprises: a position of at least one of a driver terminal and a passenger terminal deviates from the travel route;
detecting whether the duration that a driver terminal and a passenger terminal are continuously located at a position on a travel route corresponding to the order exceeds a preset duration during the travel corresponding to the order, wherein the travel abnormality corresponding to the order comprises: and the duration of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal continuously positioned at one position on the travel route corresponding to the order exceeds the preset duration.
12. A terminal, comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending an order distribution request to a server, wherein the order distribution request is used for requesting to distribute the order initiated by the passenger terminal;
the first receiving module is used for receiving order distribution information sent by the server, and the order distribution information represents that an order initiated by the passenger terminal is distributed to a driver terminal;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a stroke detection result sent by the server during the stroke, wherein the stroke detection result represents that the stroke corresponding to the order is normal or abnormal;
and the first output module is used for outputting the prompt information matched with the detection result.
13. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the terminal further comprises:
a third receiving module, configured to receive convoy setting prompt information sent by the server during a trip, where the convoy setting prompt information represents: the server detects that the passenger terminal is not provided with the escort function during the travel;
the second output module is used for outputting the convoying setting prompt message under the first background color, and the convoying setting prompt message comprises at least one of the following information: the system comprises a number encryption setting prompt, a journey recording authorization prompt, a travel insurance prompt, an emergency contact setting prompt, a journey automatic sharing setting prompt and a real-name authentication prompt.
14. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the first output module comprises:
the first output sub-module is used for outputting first prompt information matched with the detection result in a first output mode when the detection result represents that the corresponding stroke of the order is normal;
the second output sub-module is used for outputting second prompt information matched with the detection result in a second output mode when the detection result represents that the stroke corresponding to the order is abnormal;
the second output mode is different from the first output mode, and the first prompt message is different from the second prompt message.
15. The terminal of claim 14, wherein the first output submodule comprises:
the first playing unit is used for playing the following prompt messages in turn under the second background color: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring;
the second output sub-module comprises at least one of:
the first output unit is used for outputting a recording interruption prompt and recording interruption duration under a third background color when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order has the travel recording interruption;
the second output unit is used for outputting an abnormal stay prompt and abnormal stay duration under the third background color when the detection result represents that the stroke corresponding to the order is abnormally stayed;
and the third output unit is used for outputting a route deviation prompt and a route deviation state under the third background color when the detection result represents that the route deviation occurs in the corresponding travel of the order.
16. The terminal according to claim 14 or 15, further comprising:
the second sending module is used for sending the stroke normal confirmation information to the server when detecting the stroke normal confirmation operation input by the user;
and the third output module is used for outputting the first prompt message and the confirmation prompt message in the first output mode, wherein the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.
17. The terminal of claim 12, further comprising:
and the first generation module is used for generating and displaying a detail page when the viewing operation aiming at the prompt message is detected, wherein the detail page comprises a plurality of stroke detection items and corresponding detection detail descriptions.

the second detection module is used for detecting whether the passenger terminal is not provided with the convoy function or not during the process of the journey corresponding to the order;
a third sending module, configured to send a convoy setting prompt message to the passenger terminal when detecting that the passenger terminal does not set a convoy function, where the convoy setting prompt message includes at least one of: the system comprises a number encryption setting prompt, a journey recording authorization prompt, a travel insurance prompt, an emergency contact setting prompt, a journey automatic sharing setting prompt and a real-name authentication prompt.
20. The server according to claim 18, wherein the second sending module comprises:
the first sending submodule is used for sending the following prompt information to the passenger terminal when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is normal: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring;
the second sending submodule is used for sending a recording interruption prompt and recording interruption duration to the passenger terminal when the detection result represents that the travel corresponding to the order is interrupted by the recording;
the third sending submodule is used for prompting the passenger terminal to stop abnormally and prompting the passenger terminal to stop abnormally for the duration of the stopping abnormally when the detection result represents that the corresponding travel of the order is stopped abnormally;
and the fourth sending submodule is used for prompting the passenger terminal for the route deviation and the route deviation state when the detection result represents that the route deviation occurs to the travel corresponding to the order.
21. The server of claim 18, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the travel normal confirmation information sent by the passenger terminal, wherein the travel normal confirmation information represents that a user confirms that the travel is normal;
a fourth sending module, configured to send confirmation prompt information to the passenger terminal and send the following prompt information: recording/real-time position monitoring, travel recording monitoring, abnormal stay monitoring and route deviation monitoring; wherein, the confirmation prompt message comprises a confirmation event record and a confirmation moment.

a third detection sub-module, configured to detect whether a duration that the driver terminal and the passenger terminal are continuously located at a position on a travel route corresponding to the order exceeds a preset duration during a travel corresponding to the order, where the travel abnormality corresponding to the order includes: and the duration of the driver terminal and the passenger terminal continuously positioned at one position on the travel route corresponding to the order exceeds the preset duration.
23. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
