Claims (3)

1. A network vehicle service supervision method for guaranteeing passenger safety is characterized by comprising the following steps: acquiring registration information of a network vehicle service provider and authority of a video function and an audio function of terminal equipment of the network vehicle service provider, and regularly testing the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment to detect whether the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are abnormal or not; when the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are abnormal, sending notification information to the network vehicle service provider to remind a server to check the abnormality of the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment; before the abnormity of the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment is eliminated, the registration information of the network vehicle service person is temporarily cancelled so as to avoid the condition that the information in the vehicle cannot be remotely acquired when the abnormity occurs; recovering the registration information of the network vehicle service provider after the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are eliminated;
receiving a starting point and a terminal point input by a target passenger, and generating a corresponding riding route;
acquiring a contact way of the emergency contact person input or prestored by the target passenger;
acquiring position information of the target passenger and/or a vehicle carried by the target passenger in real time, judging whether the position of the vehicle carried by the target passenger is changed within a preset time period or not according to the position information and/or the carrying route, and determining that the vehicle carried by the target passenger is abnormal when the position of the vehicle carried by the target passenger is not changed within the preset time period; judging whether the position information of the target passenger and the position information of the vehicle carried by the target passenger are separated before reaching the terminal, and determining that the vehicle carried by the target passenger is abnormal when the position separation occurs; judging whether the position information of the target passenger and/or the position information of the vehicle taken by the target passenger is lost or not, and determining that the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal when the position information of the target passenger and/or the position information of the vehicle taken by the target passenger is lost;
when the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal, remotely opening terminal equipment in the vehicle taken by the target passenger to acquire video information and audio information in the vehicle, reminding a security officer of a network vehicle service platform, and carrying out background remote monitoring and supervision on the interior of the abnormal vehicle through the terminal equipment to confirm the abnormality;
and when determining that the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal, sending the position information to an emergency contact corresponding to the contact way and giving an alarm.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the vehicle carried by the target passenger is abnormal further comprises:
judging whether the current position of the target passenger deviates from the riding route, and determining that the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal when the current position of the target passenger deviates from the riding route.
3. A network vehicle service supervision platform for guaranteeing passenger safety is characterized by comprising: the authority acquisition module is used for acquiring the registration information of the network vehicle service provider and the authority of the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment of the network vehicle service provider;
the testing module is used for testing the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment regularly so as to detect whether the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are abnormal or not; when the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are abnormal, sending notification information to the network vehicle service provider to remind a server to check the abnormality of the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment; before the abnormity of the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment is eliminated, the registration information of the network vehicle service person is temporarily cancelled so as to avoid the condition that the information in the vehicle cannot be remotely acquired when the abnormity occurs; recovering the registration information of the network vehicle service provider after the video function and the audio function of the terminal equipment are eliminated;
the riding route generating module is used for receiving a starting point and a terminal point input by a target passenger and generating a corresponding riding route;
the contact information acquisition module is used for acquiring the contact information of the emergency contact person input or pre-stored by the target passenger;
the abnormity judgment module is used for acquiring position information of the target passenger and/or the vehicle taken by the target passenger in real time, judging whether the position of the vehicle taken by the target passenger changes within a preset time period or not according to the position information and/or the taking route, and determining that the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal when the position of the vehicle taken by the target passenger does not change within the preset time period; judging whether the position information of the target passenger and the position information of the vehicle carried by the target passenger are separated before reaching the terminal, and determining that the vehicle carried by the target passenger is abnormal when the position separation occurs; judging whether the position information of the target passenger and/or the position information of the vehicle taken by the target passenger is lost or not, and determining that the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal when the position information of the target passenger and/or the position information of the vehicle taken by the target passenger is lost;
the abnormity confirming module is used for remotely opening terminal equipment in the vehicle taken by the target passenger to acquire video information and audio information in the vehicle when the vehicle taken by the target passenger is abnormal, simultaneously reminding a security officer of a network vehicle service platform, and carrying out background remote monitoring and supervision on the interior of the abnormal vehicle through the terminal equipment to confirm the abnormity;
and the abnormal information sending module is used for sending the position information to an emergency contact corresponding to the contact way and giving an alarm when the abnormal condition of the vehicle taken by the target passenger is determined.
