技术领域
本发明涉及无油干螺杆空压机技术领域,具体为一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器。
背景技术
在无油干螺杆空压机装置上,进气控制器是空压机气管路系统上的一部分,用于控制整个装置是否向外供气。
传统进气控制器存在以下缺陷:
1、一个进气阀和一个放空阀通过控制系统进行分别控制,若进气阀或放空阀中的一个出现故障,不仅会造成装置无法正常运行,还会存在安全隐患;
2、传统进气控制器采用齿轮传动,对各零件加工及安装要求较高,而且容易出现卡死的现象。
发明内容
为了解决现有进气控制器加工安装要求高,容易出现故障的问题,本发明提供了一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器,其结构稳定可靠,加工和安装简单,不容易出现故障。
其技术方案是这样的:一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器,其包括阀体,所述阀体上设置有进气腔和放空腔,其特征在于,所述阀体的进气腔内通过阀杆安装有可转动的阀板,所述放空腔一侧设置有控制腔,所述控制腔内设置有活塞,所述活塞左右两侧中的一侧通入高压介质控制所述活塞向左或向右移动,所述放空腔内设置有放空挡板,所述放空挡板与所述活塞之间通过传动杆连接,所述传动杆上设置有环形凹槽,所述阀杆一端安装有卡嵌于所述环形凹槽内的摇杆。
其进一步特征在于,所述活塞与所述控制腔的内壁之间设置有弹簧;
所述阀体侧部安装有调节螺栓。
采用本发明后,活塞左右两侧中的一侧通入高压介质控制活塞向左或向右移动,传动杆和放空挡板跟着向左或向右移动,由于摇杆位于环形凹槽内,会随着传动杆左右移动而顺时针或逆时针转动,阀板跟着转动,从而实现了进气腔和放空腔一体化控制,结构稳定可靠,加工和安装简单,不容易出现故障。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器,其包括阀体1,阀体1上设置有进气腔12和放空腔13,阀体1的进气腔12内通过阀杆3安装有可转动的阀板2,放空腔13一侧设置有控制腔14,控制腔14内设置有活塞5,活塞5左右两侧中的一侧通入高压介质控制活塞向左或向右移动,高压介质可以采用压力油、仪表气或者空压机排气作为动力源,可满足多种工况使用需求。
放空腔13内设置有放空挡板7,放空挡板7与活塞5之间通过传动杆4连接,传动杆4上设置有环形凹槽15,阀杆3一端安装有卡嵌于环形凹槽15内的摇杆6,摇杆6为安装在转盘18上的偏心轴承结构,转盘18固定于阀杆3端部。
为了确保控制器在失去控制介质时,控制器处于关闭状态,避免空压机因失去控制介质产生危险,在活塞右侧与控制腔14的内壁之间设置有弹簧10。
控制腔14左侧设置有盖板,活塞左侧的高压介质进口16设置在盖板11上,右侧的高压介质进口17设置在控制腔侧壁上。
见图3所示,阀体1侧部安装有调节螺栓9。调节螺栓9用于调节阀板2前后通道大小。阀体1在调节螺栓9位置,有一个内部通孔18,该通孔18连接阀板前和阀板后,通过调节调节螺栓9的深度,遮挡通孔,从而控制阀板2前后通道,控制控制器在关闭状态时空压机的进气量。
使用原理如下所述:
向活塞5左侧的高压介质进口16通入高压介质,活塞5左侧压力高于右侧,推动活塞5向右运动,传动杆4随活塞5向右运动,带动摇杆6逆时针转动,摇杆6带动阀杆3与阀板2同时逆时针转动;当放空挡板7与放空腔13处的放空阀座8接触时,进气控制器开启动作停止,此时阀板2处于竖直状态,进气腔12处于完全开启状态,此时放空挡板7与放空阀座8接触,放空腔13处于关闭状态。
向活塞5右侧的高压介质进口17通入高压介质,活塞5右侧压力高于左侧,推动活塞5向左运动,传动杆4随活塞5向左运动,带动摇杆6顺时针转动,摇杆6带动阀杆3与阀板2同时顺时针转动;当活塞5与盖板11接触时,进气控制器关闭动作停止,此时阀板2处于水平状态,进气腔12处于完全闭合状态,此时放空挡板7与放空阀座8脱离,放空腔13处于开启状态。
本发明将进气阀和放空阀一体化,通过传动杆4同时控制进气腔12和放空腔13的状态,能保证进气腔12与放空腔13同时处于所需状态,避免因阀门故障造成不必要的损失。
本发明的传动部件采用“传动杆+摇杆”结构,中间运动部件为轴承,相比于传统的“齿条杆+齿轮”的结构,运动更稳定,加工更便捷。

1.一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器,其包括阀体,所述阀体上设置有进气腔和放空腔,其特征在于,所述阀体的进气腔内通过阀杆安装有可转动的阀板,所述放空腔一侧设置有控制腔,所述控制腔内设置有活塞,所述活塞左右两侧中的一侧通入高压介质控制所述活塞向左或向右移动,所述放空腔内设置有放空挡板,所述放空挡板与所述活塞之间通过传动杆连接,所述传动杆上设置有环形凹槽,所述阀杆一端安装有卡嵌于所述环形凹槽内的摇杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干螺杆空压机用进气控制器,其特征在于,所述活塞与所述控制腔的内壁之间设置有弹簧。
