As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the harmless treatment production equipment for poultry and livestock manure of the present invention, when the equipment works, the first motor 7 is turned on, the first motor 7 drives the multiple sets of stirring blades 9 and the multiple sets of scattering rods 10 to rotate in the treatment tank 1 through the first rotating shaft 8, at the same time, the rotating first rotating shaft 8 drives the tank cover 6 to rotate, the tank cover 6 drives the annular chute 5 to rotate on the annular guide rail 4, the tank cover 6 drives the separation bin 11 thereon to rotate, the separation bin 11 drives the extrusion barrel 12, the first guide pipeline 13, the second motor 14, the second rotating shaft 15, the spiral pushing plate 16, the second guide pipeline 17, the feed hopper 18, the second cover plate 19 and the support rod 20 to rotate, because the feed hopper 18 is located above the middle part of the separation bin 11, the feed hopper 18 is kept fixed at the rotating lower position, thereby facilitating continuous adding of the outside poultry and livestock manure into the equipment through the feed hopper 18 when the equipment is in operation, the second motor 14 is turned on, the second motor 14 drives the spiral material pushing plate 16 to rotate through the second rotating shaft 15, the second cover plate 19 is opened through the automatic opening device, the excrement is poured into the feed hopper 18, the excrement in the feed hopper 18 enters the right side inside the extrusion barrel 12 through the second material guide pipeline 17, the spiral material pushing plate 16 in a rotating state pushes the excrement in the extrusion barrel 12 to move leftwards and extrude the excrement, the left lower side of the extrusion barrel 12 is provided with an inclined surface, so that the extrusion force between the excrement in the extrusion barrel 12 is improved, sewage in the excrement seeps into the separation bin 11 through a plurality of groups of seepage holes on the extrusion barrel 12, so that the excrement is dehydrated, the sewage in the separation bin 11 is discharged into external sewage treatment equipment through the water guide device and the filtering device, the dehydrated excrement moves to the left side of the extrusion barrel 12 and falls into the treatment tank 1 through the first material guide pipeline 13, because the first rotating shaft 8 drives the tank cover 6 to rotate, the first material guiding pipeline 13 keeps a rotating state, the excrement in the first material guiding pipeline 13 is uniformly scattered into the treatment tank 1, the material adding device is opened, the fermentation bacteria in the material adding device are discharged into the treatment tank 1, the rotating multiple groups of stirring blades 9 can stir and mix the excrement and the fermentation bacteria in the treatment tank 1, meanwhile, the rotating multiple groups of scattering rods 10 can scatter the excrement and the fermentation bacteria in the treatment tank 1, so that the excrement and the fermentation bacteria are uniformly mixed, after the stirring of the excrement and the fermentation bacteria in the treatment tank 1 is completed, the first cover plate 3 is opened, the excrement and the fermentation bacteria in the treatment tank 1 can be discharged to the outside air through the discharge port and subjected to standing fermentation treatment, when the excrement is subjected to standing fermentation, the fermentation bacteria in the excrement can be rapidly propagated and generate a large amount of heat, the heat can heat the excrement and kill the harmful bacteria in the excrement, thereby completing the harmless treatment of the livestock manure.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the harmless treatment is carried out on the livestock excrement, so that the content of harmful bacteria in the excrement can be effectively reduced, the damage of the harmful bacteria to vegetation is prevented, the decomposition rate of organic nutrients in the excrement can be effectively improved by excrement fermentation, the growth promoting effect of the excrement on the vegetation is improved, and meanwhile, the equipment can carry out synchronous separation treatment on sewage in the excrement, so that the dryness of the excrement is effectively improved, and the damage of the sewage to the environment is prevented; the working mode of the feeding device is that the suction pump 23 is opened, the suction pump 23 can pump out the fermentation bacteria culture solution stored in the material box 21 through the first material conveying pipe 24 and discharge the fermentation bacteria culture solution into the material distribution pipe 26 through the second material conveying pipe 25, the fermentation bacteria culture solution in the material distribution pipe 26 can be sprayed into the excrement in the processing tank 1 through the plurality of groups of spray heads 27, meanwhile, as the tank cover 6 is in a rotating state, the tank cover 6 drives the material box 21, the tank cover 22, the suction pump 23, the first material conveying pipe 24, the second material conveying pipe 25, the material distribution pipe 26 and the plurality of groups of spray heads 27 to synchronously rotate, and the plurality of groups of spray heads 27 in the rotating state can uniformly disperse the fermentation bacteria culture solution into the processing tank 1, so that the mixing uniformity of fermentation bacteria and the excrement is improved; the working mode of the water guide device is that when the groove cover 6 rotates, the groove cover 6 drives the first water pipe 28 and the first annular water guide bin 29 to synchronously rotate, the first annular water guide bin 29 can rotate on the second annular water guide bin 30, sewage in the separation bin 11 enters the first annular water guide bin 29 through the first water pipe 28, and sewage in the first annular water guide bin 29 enters the filtering device through the second annular water guide bin 30 and the second water pipe 31, so that the sewage in the separation bin 11 is guided out; the working mode of the filtering device is that sewage entering the front side inside the filtering bin 32 through the second water pipe 31 passes through the filter plate 33 and flows to the rear side inside the filtering bin 32, the filter plate 33 can filter and intercept particulate impurities in the sewage, the impurities intercepted by the filter plate 33 are gathered at the front side inside the filtering bin 32 due to the inclined installation of the filter plate 33, the sewage at the rear side inside the filtering bin 32 can be discharged into external sewage treatment equipment through the third water pipe 34, the third cover plate 35 is opened, and the impurities gathered at the front side inside the filtering bin 32 can be discharged to the outside through the cleaning port, so that the inside of the filtering bin 32 can be cleaned conveniently, and the filtering device can be used for performing primary purification treatment on the sewage conveniently and preventing the particulate impurities in the sewage from blocking the external sewage treatment equipment; when excrement in the extrusion barrel 12 enters the left upper side of the interior of the extrusion barrel 12 through the inclined surface of the left lower side of the interior of the extrusion barrel 12, the excrement can push the extrusion block 36 to move leftwards, the extrusion block 36 can drive the two groups of sliding rods 37 and the two groups of limiting plates 39 to slide leftwards, the extrusion block 36 synchronously compresses the two groups of springs 38, and the right ends of the two groups of springs 38 can extrude the excrement through the extrusion block 36, so that the acting force of excrement extrusion dehydration is improved, and the dehydration effect is improved; the automatic opening device has the working mode that the air cylinder push rod 41 is opened, and the left end of the air cylinder push rod 41 can pull the second cover plate 19 to open through the left supporting plate 40, so that the opening and closing of the second cover plate 19 are automatically controlled conveniently; the liquid level meter 42 is arranged, so that the storage capacity of the culture solution in the feed box 21 can be conveniently monitored in real time; through setting up observation glass 43 and observation hole, can conveniently carry out real-time supervision to equipment behavior and excrement and urine stirring condition in the treatment tank 1, improve practicality and reliability.
According to the harmless treatment production equipment for the livestock and poultry manure, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the equipment can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the equipment can be achieved; cylinder push rods 41 are commercially available.

The apparatus for harmless treatment of livestock manure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding device comprises a bin (21), a lid (22), a suction pump (23), a first delivery pipe (24), a second delivery pipe (25) and a distributing pipe (26), the bin (21) is installed at the top front side of the treatment tank (1), the lid (22) is installed at the top left front side of the bin (21), the suction pump (23) is installed at the top rear side of the bin (21), the first delivery pipe (24) and the second delivery pipe (25) are installed on the suction pump (23), the left side input end of the first delivery pipe (24) extends into the bin (21), the right lower side output end of the second delivery pipe (25) passes through the tank lid (6) and extends into the inner upper side of the treatment tank (1), the distributing pipe (26) is installed at the top of the inner wall of the tank lid (6), the right lower side output end of the second delivery pipe (25) is communicated with the interior of the distributing pipe (26), the bottom of the material distributing pipe (26) is uniformly provided with a plurality of groups of spray heads (27).

The apparatus for the innocent treatment production of livestock manure according to claim 2, wherein the water guide means comprises a first water pipe (28), a first annular water guide chamber (29), a second annular water guide chamber (30) and a second water pipe (31), the first water pipe (28) is installed at the left lower side of the separation chamber (11) and is communicated with the inside of the separation chamber (11), the first annular water guide chamber (29) is installed on the outer side wall of the tank cover (6), the second annular water guide chamber (30) is installed at the upper side of the outer side wall of the treatment tank (1), the bottom of the first annular water guide chamber (29) is rotatably connected with the top of the second annular water guide chamber (30), the inside of the first annular water guide chamber (29) is communicated with the inside of the second annular water guide chamber (30), the second water pipe (31) is installed at the front side of the second annular water guide chamber (30) and is communicated with the inside of the second annular water guide chamber (30), the lower output end of the second water pipe (31) is arranged on the filtering device.

The livestock manure harmless treatment production equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filtering device comprises a filtering bin (32), a filtering plate (33), a third water pipe (34) and a third cover plate (35), the filtering bin (32) is installed on the front side of the treatment tank (1), the filtering plate (33) is installed in the middle of the inner wall of the filtering bin (32) in an inclined mode, the output end of the lower side of the second water pipe (31) is installed on the front side of the top of the filtering bin (32), the third water pipe (34) is installed on the rear lower side of the left end of the filtering bin (32), the front side of the filtering bin (32) is communicated with a cleaning port, and the third cover plate (35) is covered on the cleaning port.
