➃ under the action of the mixing pump, the mixed liquid passes through the impact mixer and the mixing drum to be mixed, and the mixture of water and emulsifier forms emulsified water with uniform particle size and water particle coated by emulsifier after the mixture is circulated and mixed for a set time.
6. The method for preparing emulsified water as claimed in claim 5, wherein the water and the emulsifier are mixed in a predetermined ratio in step ➀, and the mixture is fed into a trumpet feed pipe directly from the trumpet feed pipe to the bottom of the mixing cylinder.
7. The method as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein in step ➃, the mixture is mixed for a predetermined time, and after the mixture is tested to reach a standard, the valve is manually opened, and the emulsified water flows out through the outlet.
8. The preparation method of the emulsified diesel oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:
➀, the emulsified water and the diesel oil prepared by the method of claim 5 or 6 are added into a mixing barrel of the preparation device through a feed inlet of the preparation device according to a set proportion;
➁ under the action of the mixing pump, the mixture of emulsified water and diesel oil is sprayed from the bottom of the mixing drum to the top of the impact mixing drum through the liquid column nozzle of the feeding pipe of the impact mixer;
➂ spraying the mixed solution from a liquid column nozzle of a second discharge pipe of the impact mixer to impact and stir the mixed solution in the mixing cylinder; meanwhile, when the pressure in the impact mixer barrel is greater than the elastic force of a spring in the one-way valve, the one-way valve is opened, and the mixed liquid is further impacted and mixed by an impact nozzle of a first discharge pipe of the impact mixer;
➃ under the action of the mixing pump, the mixed liquid passes through the impact mixer and the mixing drum to be mixed, and the emulsified diesel oil with uniform particle size is formed by the mixed liquid of emulsified water and diesel oil after the mixture is circulated and mixed for a set time.
9. The method for preparing emulsified diesel oil as set forth in claim 8, wherein the emulsified water and diesel oil are fed into the horn feed pipe after passing through the feed port of the preparation apparatus in the set ratio in step ➀, and are directly fed to the bottom of the mixing cylinder through the horn feed pipe.
10. The method for preparing emulsified diesel oil as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein in step ➃, the mixed solution is mixed for a set time, and after the mixed solution is checked to reach the standard, the valve is manually opened, and the emulsified diesel oil flows out through the discharge port.
